On it's way out **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 30, 2018 **What do you like best about Class System?** Has a lot of options and rather user friendly once you get to know it. Generally does what it needs to do. **What do you dislike about Class System?** Class is no longer supported and is not being updated. For example, cannot process transactions through "Tap" cause it is not possible with class. System often crashes. **What problems is Class System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Class runs all of the registration and stores all account data. Once programs are inputted, it is easy to find them given that one understands the system. ### 2. Ease of access to information at the tip of your fingers! It contains all the information needed for our company. I use CLASS on a daily business and it is the very first thing I log into when I get into work. It gets the job done in regards to accessing personal information and dealing with batch printing of documents. It definitely takes sometime to get used to the system but it accomplishes all tasks required of my job. **What do you dislike about Class System?** The software can be very finicky. There is a limit on the number of users who can log in within a country, which can make it difficult to the use the software when other employees are also using it. When doing large batches of printing the software will freeze and crash and will not allow me to log in until it unfreezes. The unfreezing often takes upwards of 5-6 hours, which is far too long. If I am not in a hurry (this hardly happens) I will use another persons log in but more often I will need to contact IT to unfreeze the account. When freezing happens, the document or personal information I was using becomes locked so anybody with similar access cannot see or make any changes to the account. The system could definitely use some improvements like upgrading to a more modern system and streamlining some of its uses. **Recommendations to others considering Class System:** Take your time and be patient with the software.
