Ease of populating and the add-ins for the various software in Microsoft - Outlook, Word, Adobe. Customization of sub document types really was helpful Up to easily customize for our needs. **What do you dislike about First to File?** Hard pressed to think of anything. Would say the speed can be an issue occasionally. Main downfall is the odd limitation on number of document sub-types for each document type. Would prefer a total limit and then the ability to parse the sub-types as desired. **Recommendations to others considering First to File:** Take the time when implementing to think things thru well in advance. The time spent up front is well worth it when going live. **What problems is First to File solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reduced our office footprint ten-fold.
