**What do you like best about ClarityNOW?**

I love using the Goal/Gap feature of ClarityNOW. It helps our real estate team by providing extreme clarity on our goals and how to achieve them, clearly showing us what actions we need to take to hit and exceed our targets. ClarityNOW tells us exactly where we said we want to be and where we currently are, emphasizing what needs to be done to stay on track. It’s really a great way to get clarity on your business, and I'd definitely recommend it. I'd rate it a 10 out of 10 for how likely I would recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about ClarityNOW?**

The only thing that is a small hinder (if you can consider it) is that it takes quite a while to set up for your specific team. You have to set your splits, commissions, etc before really diving in.

**What problems is ClarityNOW solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ClarityNOW gives us extreme clarity on our goals, who to contact, and helps identify hot and cold leads. It clearly guides us on listings, appointments, and buyers needed to meet and exceed goals.
