We came from a heavier platform we were barely using, and Claimory handles the specific parts of our workflow that other tools either ignored or buried under features we’d never touch. Setup was fast, the interface stays clean even as we add more, and the team actually adopted it instead of avoiding it. The claim audit side has saved us real time and helped us make more money. Support responds quickly when we reach out, and the pricing is great compared to other platforms. It simply does its job without the bloat, the way software should. The integrations covered what we needed without a big setup lift, so it fits into the tools we already run. Performance has been steady too , pages load quickly, and we haven’t hit lag even as we add more documents. The AI side is extremely handy. It flags things on claim audits we would have caught late or missed, which is a big part of where the time savings comes from. **What do you dislike about Claimory?** Nothing much to be honest we have adapted and cant see our shop without it compared to all the other systems our there nothing compares.. **What problems is Claimory solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before claimory we did claim audits by hand across a bunch of spread sheets , and stuff slipped through that costed us money.
