The ease of which you can accidentally send calls when you mean to send a text. The only thing I would change is the ability to send a long message as an mms instead of an sms, just so we could send longer messages without annoying people with too many short messages. Messages also come out of order sometimes which can be frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CivicPlus was the first platform I used in our IT department. I was intimidate before using it, but came to realize it’s incredibly easy to use. And if you do have a question, support is available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Messages can be accidentally sent out very easily. I also dislike the number of characters allowed per message; I wish it could be a bit longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
