**What do you like best about CitySlim?**

I have used CitySlim for my bicycle courier company and it was rather useful in the end.  It is an integrated solution to all last-mile delivery challenges including order routing and optimization, real-time tracking, and customer communication.

**What do you dislike about CitySlim?**

The options of the activity seem rather limited for carrying out a deeper analysis.  The platform lacks essential analytical functions such as specific indexes of delivery time by zones or tendencies of customer satisfaction.

**What problems is CitySlim solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CitySlim can help to avoid performing some routine operations at the last mile deliveries because our couriers will be able to concentrate on serving clients.  The functions regarding routing ensure that travel time is minimized and fuel is conserved, which is part of our CSR.
