Maximizing Potential While Managing Limitations: My Experience with Cielo Digital Accelerators **Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Jofelyn N. | Recruiter- Client Delivery, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 28, 2025 **What do you like best about Cielo Digital Accelerators™?** I like the ease of Integration from ATS to Rechub to Source & Engage as well as CLO.ai You don’t need to open multiple systems, candidates flow seamlessly, reducing admin burden. Rechub is great because there is a direct ability to pull candidates from ATS without re-entering information, saving time and minimizing errors. Source & Engage, I believe is a proactive sourcing tool beyond organic applications, enabling continuous engagement with passive talent. CLO.ai, I like it because the Job ad generation is fast and convenient, giving recruiters a head start on new requisitions. **What do you dislike about Cielo Digital Accelerators™?** The least helpful aspect of the tool for now is the double-Work with Legacy Systems. I still need to maintain updates in CTC, SmartRecruiters, and Paradox, creating inefficiency and gaps- Recruiter activity may appear delayed or inactive (example “In Review” status remains until manually updated). CLO.ai Content Gaps- Sometimes misses key candidate skills or important job-specific details, requiring manual editing which sometimes when alteration is made, it messes up with the job ad created by CLo.ai, saving the file is not as structured vs to when you don't make an edit. Source & Engage Quality Issues- High volume of unqualified candidates dilutes efficiency. Recruiters spend extra time skimming each sourced candidates instead of focusing on better-qualified leads. Visibility & Tracking Concerns- Candidate status not updating automatically in CTC if I schedule a candidate in RecHub can give misleading impressions of recruiter activity or progress. **What problems is Cielo Digital Accelerators™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am hopeful that Cielo Digital Accelerators once fully integrated will eliminate double work across systems, give real-time visibility into candidate progress, and deliver a streamlined end-to-end recruiting process that improves efficiency, quality of hire, and recruiter capacity. ### 2.
