**What do you like best about CHSI Connections?**

The flexibility in the system enables a small carrier to make automated, streamlined processes.  It gives us more control than a typical standard core system that might not have this capability.

**What do you dislike about CHSI Connections?**

Ever-changing management since the buyout.  The core team that was there is no longer there.  We were sold on this product mainly because of the team and the relationship we had.  The team they have now struggles with the knowledge of the system and is spread too thin.

**What problems is CHSI Connections solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Submissions, policy, quoting, billing (AP/AR).  We have automated our team from a manual process to a streamlined process.  We now have a system to store and maintain all of our data.

Employees are super quick to help and attentive to issues

The least helpful thing about Connections is they don't have a claims application set up to use yet

We have a majority of our data stored with them and are able to integrate reports
