**Describe the project or task ChiroMatrix helped with:**

We use ChiroMatrix in our chiropractic office to keep patient information up to date. Our goal was for the doctor to be able to use it to update patient charts electronically.

**What do you like best about ChiroMatrix?**

I like that patients photos can be uploaded to their accounts to make it easier to put a face to a name.

**What do you dislike about ChiroMatrix?**

I dislike how many extra tabs there are that we never use. It takes up space and makes the screen cluttered.

**Recommendations to others considering ChiroMatrix:**

I recommend using it over physical charts.

**What problems is ChiroMatrix solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ChiroMatrix has made charting completely digital which saves so much time in oir practice.
