**What do you like best about Chataroo?**

One of the best company to offer the Chat Solutions in order to resolve the customer problem without and human effort to some extent. Chataroo will be the nest big thing and has the potential to beat the competition. There new features and UI is far better than the rest of the industry.

**What do you dislike about Chataroo?**

To be hosnest, I didn't  find anything to dislike. Their is only scope of introduction of new features which will lead to overall growth of the company. By innovation this will lead to new customer base which will be very benificial.

**What problems is Chataroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the realworld problem where a person did not need a human effort. The best part is that a user is able to customise the whole chat box as per there need. Change nearly every feature of the chat window. By monitoring customer interactions through live chat support, tracking issues, and following their journey on your site, you can gain valuable knowledge about your customers and how to improve your business.

**What do you like best about Chataroo?**

Chataroo was very easy to use and I also liked it. And in a few minutes later, my website is now being supported with a chat window installed to support instant messaging with customers. It is also easiest for me and my clients to use to communicate with each other.

**What do you dislike about Chataroo?**

Chataroo’s current problem is random chat session termination. This can be very inconvenient when you are mid-way through a conversation with a customer and you lose everything.

**What problems is Chataroo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Chataroo is helping me to survive as a low scale business. Having customers call and talk and me and me being able to troubleshoot their problems on site has given me a really high rating of customer satisfaction.
