What problems is CETRAI solving and how is that benefiting you?

We implemented it across several educational use cases. One use case is deploying it on school websites to answer inquiries from parents and the general public. Another use case is integrating an agent inside the learning platform to guide students to specific, relevant content, or to propose a dynamic learning path to reach a particular goal, such as preparing for an exam in a short time. A third use case is career orientation and recommendations for lifelong learners on our online academies, which offer more than 300 specializations, where it can explain options, guide learners, and recommend the best fit for the caller. What do you like best about CETRAI?

I like that CETRAI’s knowledge base performs well and gives us the information we need for our business. It is easy to use for managing our voice agents for our schools and other platforms. I can easily add new information to the knowledge base, add more agents, and give each agent its own specific role through the dashboard.
