Working with CertSecure has really made certs management so effortless and centralized across our domain. The KPI metrics and cert statistics are the things that strike the most; it really makes life easy to manage the PKI load overall. I've used their CA connectors for Microsoft ADCS and Digicert so far, and that's truly robust! Before, I needed to do it manually through mmc and stuff via accessing RDPs; now, I can simply issue certificates from my browser because of it. But the thing I admire the most about CertSecure and Encryption Consulting is their on-time support on the Software. I've been travelling across different time zones for my work, but wherever I was, I could always reach out to their team, and their support team was always there to help me out. Plus, our company had needed quite a lot of flexibility and customizations needed over the software, specific to address changes over certain migrations in our internal architecture, and they had implemented everything we needed. As of the usage, We daily use the software for past few years now in our company to manage client certificates and I have seen the product delivering wonderful features with each new release. As a daily user of this product I can say the following, absolute ease of use for managing SSL certificates, robust reporting and extremely responsive support wether it's an emergency or just a general question their customer support is second to none. It has one of the best and most seamless user experience. They have built the solution keeping the user in mind, they have streamlined the certificate management process, all the information is laid out on the dashboard, and even though they offer advanced functionalities, using them is a breeze.
