I think monthly feedbacks on the status of the pending background checks would be helpful. **What problems is Certn solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think getting background checks of all new hires are an important aspect of the hiring process and having Certn improves the efficiency of the hiring process. **Official Response from Elle Herron:** > Good news!
