Certn is also integrated with Drata, our compliance automation platform, which makes our whole employee onboarding process much more streamlined. **What do you dislike about Certn?** Everything has been smooth, although it does take a bit longer to get US-based reports compared to how long it takes to get Canada-based reports. This is probably not related to Certn themselves but rather the underlying processing involved, which is different between US and Canada. **What problems is Certn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Allows us to screen employees before we hire them. They provide the reports instantly and also I like the fact that they provide pay-per-use model which not many background check companies offer. If I have to mandatory give a drawback then I would say that, "not all of their packages are pay-per-use. Which means for some of them, we would need to subscribe. No hassle of going to local police stations and also no waiting period. We also feel all the customer service right from the implementation of Cert'n has been great! **What do you dislike about Certn?** We have a lot of employees from Northern communities without internet access which can cause some barriers, but for the most part our account rep has been very helpful with finding ways around these barriers. **What problems is Certn solving and how is that benefiting you?** Certn has helped us with our employees having issues filling out the form, if a form gets stuck in the process (i.e. an employee doesn't have a drivers and the form asks for a driver's abstract).
