What do you like best about Celonis?

Their Copilot feature is quite good for business users and the AI capabilities are amazing and the best part is the support which Celonis team provides, be it technical side of things or how to maximise the value output for business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celonis?

Their LLM model need some improvements because their pre trained LLM models sometimes gives false positives and for now we cannot fully rely on output which are generated from AI features like Annotation Builder Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ETL is an essential component of any data pipeline. ETL stands for extract, transform, and load, and I appreciate how it takes unorganized data and refines it, making the data clean and providing proper context.
