"Celigo Makes Scheduling and Flow Management Easy—With Flexible Scripting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

The best thing about Celigo is how easy it is to set up schedules, access my flows, and manage everything through the UI, which makes it much easier for me to stay on top of my flows and quickly find what I need. Another big plus is the flexibility with code: whenever there are limitations, I can use scripts to fulfill those requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The number of available applications is very limited, and there are a lot of restrictions. The app options are fewer than expected, so it should be more customizable. There should be more customization options included in the standard applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and User-Friendly Integration Platform"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I like most user friendly interface of this platform. And it's already hosted on the cloud so we can easily connect like netsuite and Salesforce via using just credentials and and also we can use of pre built flows in celigo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Like I dislike most we can not use of custome library in celigo like boomi support for example I have the excel file from the g-drive and it's password protected so celigo don't have option to use of custom library like boomi support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Celigo: Powerful, Flexible Integrations with a Straightforward UI"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I've used several third party integration tools in my time as a Salesforce Administrator, but Celigo is the best. The depth of options is awesome. Celigo allows you to pull in data and transform it in any way you wish, then push to your selected platform. The user interface is straightforward and gives you programmatic level options in a declarative form. The pricing is fair and their onboarding support was great. They helped me through several issues getting my initial integration setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

I wish I didn't have to pay per connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Customizable Templates and Responsive Support Save Us Time"
4/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

When there are available customizations to hooks in prebuilt templates it is very helpful. The prebuilt template allows us to get a head start on building the flow while the customizability allows us to make it fit our needs. Support has generally been quick to respond to tickets even if a solution is not provided right away. Ora has become helpful for debugging and seems to have grown as a useful AI tool that can save time troubleshooting and writing help tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

I think that it can be difficult to track down errors and debug. I don't like that we have limited debugging time for the plan we are on. I wish debugging could be turned on longer. I also wish there was some ability to customize some of the integration apps or at least clone them and then edit so we could tweak them to fit our use case more effectively. "A trusted integration partner for Shopify and ERP projects"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

As a Shopify-focused ecommerce agency, Celigo has become one of our go-to integration platforms for connecting ecommerce stores with ERPs, CRMs, WMSs, and other business systems. It gives us the flexibility to build complex integration workflows without having to reinvent the wheel every time, which helps us deliver projects faster and more reliably for our clients.

What I appreciate most is the balance between power and usability. Celigo handles everything from straightforward data syncs to more advanced business logic, and its library of prebuilt connectors helps accelerate implementations. It's also reduced manual processes and data errors for many of our clients, creating a real operational ROI. On top of that, their team has been responsive whenever we've needed guidance, making Celigo a partner we feel confident recommending as part of our ecommerce technology stack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

There isn't much to dislike. Like any integration platform, there can be a learning curve when you're building more advanced workflows, but that's expected given the level of flexibility Celigo offers. We'd always welcome additional prebuilt connectors and templates, but overall it's been a reliable platform that's continued to evolve and improve over time. "Seamless Integration with Exceptional Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

I really like how Celigo works very well in the background. It synchronizes Salesforce with NetSuite seamlessly, giving sales reps live data in Salesforce. When it's functioning in the background, I don't even notice it because it doesn't slow things down noticeably—it just works well. I also find it extremely easy to get into the system whenever there's an issue, figure out what the error is, and make the necessary corrections and updates. The user interface is great for troubleshooting because it shows exactly where the error is and provides details, making it easy to pinpoint any issues. The initial setup of Celigo was very easy, and the customer support was extremely helpful in walking us through the setup, especially when we upgraded to the IO version. "Easy-To-Use Integrations with Powerful Customization"
5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

The user interface makes the software both easy to learn as well as explain to colleagues that I'm explaining my integrations to. It's drag-and-drop, but also has enough customizability to enable me to create complex integrations for hefty business requirements. I also like the ease of setting up an API connection for any integration, even if its not part of Celigo's released connectors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

The only feature that is missing from Celigo at the moment is the lack of a separate "scripts step" feature. This only becomes an issue when I need to iterate over the entire record while the steps before and after are in a one-to-many format, but I am able to get around the limitation by inserting a "fake" step that does nothing. And while the impact of this issue is relatively minor, it does require me to send an extra API request per record that doesn't need to occur. If I were to suggest an improvement, it would be to implement a standalone script step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable Integration Platform for Seamless Business Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Celigo?

What I like best about Celigo is its intuitive interface and the flexibility it provides for building and managing integrations. The flow designer, reusable mappings, and centralized dashboard make it easy to monitor integrations and quickly identify and resolve errors.

We use Celigo to integrate NetSuite with Shopify, Amazon, and our 3PL systems, and it has significantly reduced manual work while improving data accuracy across our business. The platform supports both simple and complex integration scenarios through JavaScript expressions, lookup functions, and custom hooks, allowing us to meet specific business requirements without extensive custom development. Performance has been reliable, even with high transaction volumes, and the error management tools make troubleshooting much more efficient. The implementation process was straightforward, and Celigo's support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance. Their documentation and knowledge base are also comprehensive and easy to follow.

From a return on investment perspective, Celigo has saved our team considerable time by automating repetitive processes, reducing manual errors, and improving operational efficiency. While there is a learning curve for advanced customizations, the platform is user-friendly for day-to-day administration. I also like that Celigo continues to introduce AI-powered capabilities and platform enhancements to simplify integration management and improve productivity. Overall, it has become a critical part of our integration strategy and has helped us scale our operations more efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

One area where Celigo could improve is the debugging experience for complex integrations. While the error logs are helpful, identifying the root cause of issues involving multiple flows or custom JavaScript can sometimes take longer than expected. More detailed logging and debugging tools would make troubleshooting easier. Need to refine UI as well.

Performance can occasionally slow down when processing large batches of transactions, so we sometimes need to adjust batch sizes to avoid timeouts. Some advanced configurations also have a learning curve and require a good understanding of both the source and destination systems. Although the documentation is generally good, a few advanced use cases could benefit from more detailed examples and best practices. Overall, these are relatively minor limitations compared to the value the platform provides, and they haven't prevented us from successfully automating our integrations. What do you like best about Celigo?

I like Celigo best for its user-friendly interface, seamless integration between different applications, and powerful automation capabilities. It simplifies complex workflows, reduces manual effort, and helps improve productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Celigo?

Some advanced configurations and error troubleshooting can be challenging, and debugging complex integrations sometimes requires additional time. Improving error messages, documentation, and debugging tools would make Celigo even better Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would love it if there was a way to take orders that are Entered by Sales persons in NetSuite to be able to show inside of BigCommerce? Or perhaps a Flow Integration from NetSuite to "AfterShip" which handles all of the shipping notifications?
