**What do you like best about CE21?**

I find CE21 to be a great resource for adding content for online courses, live classrooms, and certification programs. It's very easy to upload video content and SCORM compliant courses. The system allows us to provide ongoing continuing education and certification programs for our members. I appreciate the many time-saving features, like automated renewals, notices, and notifications, which make managing our membership productive. The initial setup was fairly easy, and the onboarding training was extensive and resourceful, making the transition smooth. Additionally, the support is better compared to what we had with our previous provider, which has proven to be true.

**What do you dislike about CE21?**

I think the user interface may be getting a little dated looking. One thing that I would recommend for CE21 is to look at updating the user interface to make it look a little cleaner. Maybe it'll give it more of a modern touch.

**What problems is CE21 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CE21 enables us to manage our membership productively with time-saving features like automated renewals and notifications. It's also a great resource for creating content for online courses and certification programs, providing easy ways to upload videos and SCORM compliant courses.

Ce21 is necessary for my job uploading programs to our website and issuing learning certificates.

It has a lot of menus to get to simple features and user interface looks dated - especially in the classrooms.

CE21 lets us host lots of different type of content on one site and integrates Zoom well for webinars.

It does take a while to learn all of the bells and whistles of the system because there is so much to learn.
