Some people were really nice and helpful, and I appreciated their support.

**What do you dislike about CCBill?**

Transparency at work is really lacking, and the overall level of openness feels very low.

**What problems is CCBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m not using their product.

Serves high-risk and international merchants
No monthly account or gateway fees
Excellent customer support

**What do you dislike about CCBill?**


Very high flat rate pricing
Contract terms not disclosed
Many complaints over CCBill Pay service for customers

**What problems is CCBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re always a little suspicious of merchant account providers that specifically advertise to high-risk merchants. While some of them provide excellent service at a fair (but certainly not cheap) cost, there are also plenty of others that take advantage of their customers, charging exorbitantly high processing rates and adding on plenty of account fees.

Best payment processor I’ve used (I’ve gone through tons)

**What do you dislike about CCBill?**

The only thing I disliked was having to switch over to this new software from my old payment processor

**What problems is CCBill solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I will able to set up a seamless payment processor for my customers to submit payment transactions

amazing company to work with, have worked with ccbill since 2000. Great customer support and amazing company

Nothing to not like, they are always very supportive and answer our questions immediatly.
