We started using this app as a way to have quicker support for potential customers and to decrease cart abandonment thereby increasing conversion and it's done exactly that. They are also the most helpful support team I've come across with a software/tool like this and will help you get everything set up and even help write your texts and templates for automations which I'm a big fan of. I am amazed by this app and by the team that’s working there. When I reached out to them, the team instantly responded back, onboarded me, created a strategy based on my needs. They promised to help me with anything that has to do with SMS and that was true. Whenever I was sending a campaign, they helped me draft the text and recommended me days and hours for better conversion.
