Valuable for any e-com business looking to connect with their customers more personally
We started using this app as a way to have quicker support for potential customers and to decrease cart abandonment thereby increasing conversion and it's done exactly that. They are also the most helpful support team I've come across with a software/tool like this and will help you get everything set up and even help write your texts and templates for automations which I'm a big fan of. Thanks to cartloop we're building a decent txt list to campaign to.

The team at Cartloop help you get up and running in no time, then also help with planning going forward. A lot of competitors also seem to be US focused, but not the case with Cartloop, so great for us in the UK.
