Quite a few things, unfortunately.

First, the UI is noticeably slow — basic navigation feels sluggish for what should be a straightforward data platform. Second, finding historical transaction records (grants, vesting events, exercises) is unnecessarily difficult. There's no reliable way to filter or search by specific fields, so reviewing your equity history becomes a tedious manual hunt every time.

The most alarming issue, however, surfaced during a company acquisition cashout. Settled shares were displayed as "Canceled or Terminated" — the exact same label used for previously mis-issued or voided grants. No visual distinction whatsoever. During a high-stakes liquidity event, that kind of misleading status display causes real panic. Equity is hard-earned, and employees shouldn't have to wonder whether their shares were actually wiped out because of sloppy UI labeling.

I’ve used this platform for several years and was initially very happy with it. A while ago, the platform was completely overhauled, and now it’s practically unusable. Multiple features were stripped away entirely, and the user experience has plummeted. For instance, you can no longer auto-fill all the essential information into option agreements like you used to, and there is no way to preview the agreements before sending them out for signature.
