Once again, we cannot express enough praise for both the product and our dedicated, helpful, and friendly representative. As I am administrator of the system data implementation was the main thing I needed to do. I received really great help and istructions/trainings how to do everything. Onlny problem we had was connected with award letter view, but Astrella team helped us with this. Second - Platform. It is quite easy to use and intuitive for both - Admin and employee view. It could work faster, I think. Third - I like customer support, quick and really helpful. Every single person I have met at Astrella has made me and my Company feel that we are its only customer. They are always quick to respond to all questions and emails and always provide solutions to any problems that may arise. The attitude and approach to help provide us with exactly what we are looking for is truly unmatched. There have been multiple times where our account needed further customization, and Astrella always rose to the occasion and wanted to help us achieve what we needed. They always go above and beyond to please the customers. I have especially loved working with Don Gillotti and Blake Wilson. I continue to be impressed with their commitment to us. **What do you dislike about Astrella?** There are not many things that I dislike about Astrella. The only "downside" I have noticed about Astrella is that there are some capabilities that are a bit limited. However, any limitations that we have run into thus far have been resolved with customization and direct help from Astrella's people. **What problems is Astrella solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our Company is a Private Family-Owned Investment Company set up as an S Corp. Further, we have around 50 special purpose entities organized as LLCs. With that being said, our structure is somewhat unusual and quite complicated, as we have 50+ seperate cap tables with varying shareholders. We also have multiple trusts that are shareholders of our S Corp. Astrella has worked one on one with us from the beginning to customize our portal to meet our specific needs. Because we are somewhat unique, they also told us that they would love to learn from us as a customer to make future investment company customers' experience even better. Our experience with Astrella has truly been a pleasure, and we look forward to continuing our business relationship with them. ### 25. That's a tall task though, considering all the variants of cap tables.
