The moments that actually test support are usually the exit, not the onboarding, since that's when a vendor has the least incentive to go the extra mile. I've noticed that show up in reviews too: one Midaxo reviewer described a rocky offboarding, where exporting notes and data ran into technical issues and they felt they didn't get much proactive help working through it, even though that same reviewer had no complaints about day-to-day use. That gap between in-contract support and offboarding support is usually what actually shifts confidence, more than how fast a routine ticket gets answered.
