**What do you like best about Caresoft?**

the tech team is readily available for all my questions. any changes I have requested thus far the developers have completed. very easy software to use for documentation of Supported Community Living. the price is only 10 dollars per users whis is very good for a small company like mines. they signed a BAA is which is great for Hippa compliance. 

**What do you dislike about Caresoft?**

I wish the Admin panel was a little easier to navigate, other than that I have no complaints.

**Recommendations to others considering Caresoft:**

this is good software for a company requiring to complete documentation  in order to receive payment from your state. very user friendly program. 

**What problems is Caresoft solving and how is that benefiting you?**

paperless documentation. wireless documentation, my staff can use the software no matter where they are located as this is a web based platform.
