**What do you like best about Captivate?**

Captivate is very useful when I am trying to get paid for my sales comission from my company ServiceTitan. I have used it for a few months now and haven't had a problem.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

The thing that I don't like about Captivate is that it isn't something that I can use on a day to day basis to do things like check my status of incoming comission checks.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Captivate is helping me out with the problem of recieveing my sales comission check and is very useful in getting paid at the right point in time. It follows state regulations.

The smooth design and easy user interface makes it better than the rest.

**What do you dislike about Captivate?**

The text and animation at times does not soothes the eyes.

If want to train your team with getting proper input of the information this is the go to tool.

**What problems is Captivate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Was able to convey my message to the team and forth receive training. The design helps to integrate video, pictures and text for a smooth flow of information and exchanging the thoughts.
