## Canva Reviews
  ### 1. Easy, Guided Design With Great Templates and Responsive Support

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clara E. | Content Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

For someone who is not a designer, Canva is very easy to use and extremely helpful with guidance on effects, additions, suggestions, and templates. I can upload from other tools like OneDrive and Adobe, and I have received great, fast response from support teams when I need help.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The file folder organization structure seems a little old school and it can be hard to find what I'm looking for and organize my creations sometimes.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do not have an in-house graphic designer and I work on a very small marketing team for a very large company, so Canva makes it easy for me to wear all the different hats: social media manager, brand manager, graphic designer, content creator, events manager, etc. I need design work for all of these efforts and I've been able to limp along with Canva!

  ### 2. User-Friendly Design Tool, Needs Advanced Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nitish J. | Lead Statistical Analyst, Research, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for drafting SOPs and work instructions because it helps me immensely in creating flowcharts, work diagrams, organograms, and several other things. I like its user-friendly interface, versatile design tools, and shortcut features. It helps me work quickly without needing design expertise, and the shortcut feature saves time for repetitive work. Additionally, Canva allows me to create very clear and precise flowcharts, which are helpful for my presentations.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I feel limited when creating highly complex diagrams as the customization options are not so advanced.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for drafting SOPs and work instructions as it helps me immensely in creating clear flowcharts and diagrams for presentations. Its user-friendly interface, versatile tools, and shortcut features help me work quickly without design expertise, saving time on repetitive tasks.

  ### 3. Effortless Design with Built-In Resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bhagya R. | Web Developer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for designing invitations, birthday cards, and seasonal cards. It makes some editing easy. When I first click the menu, it shows me how to do it, making it quick and easy to learn. Some AI parts help me design easily without searching the internet. I like that I can search for some images through the app without needing to go online. It also provides some sample templates. Additionally, there's a vast variety of options available for searching. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

At the moment No.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes some editing easy by showing how to do things the first time I click the menu. It's quick and easy to learn with AI parts that help design without searching the internet. I can search images through the app and use sample templates.

  ### 4. Fast, Smooth, Cost-Effective Design Tool with Awesome UI/UX and AI Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul K. | Software Engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is very helpful for creating presentations, posters, and other designs. The UI/UX is super awesome, and it works very well with background remover integrations. Overall, it feels fast, smooth, and reliable to use. The price is very cost-effective compared to others, and the support system is quick and smooth as well. Its AI presentation creation and text generation features are super cool.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While working on a presentation in Canva, it shows a much smaller working area compared with MS PowerPoint, where the page view is wider. Because of this, it sometimes feels difficult to create PPTs in such a small workspace, even though the PPT page size is the same as the MS PowerPoint page size after downloading.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves most of my editing work and helps me create posters or PPTs in minutes, things that would take much longer in other apps like Figma, Photoshop, etc.

  ### 5. Versatile Templates and Easy Design for Everything from Posters to CVs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Georgios P. | Sustainability Officer, Environmental Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

In Canva, you have many options to create different things, such as posters, reports, and more. You can even create your CV there. It offers a wide range of templates, and you can easily align everything the way you want. You can also upload your own photos, which makes it even more useful.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only issue I’d point out is the pricing. I think there should be a student offer, for example, to make it more accessible.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me time and gives me ideas. For example, when I need to create a report, I browse through the templates first. Once I pick one I like, I customize it to fit what I need.

  ### 6. Streamlining Recruitment Design with Canva.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeanille R. | Technical Recruiter III, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how it makes creating professional-quality visual incredibly efficient and accessible. Weather I'm designing job posting, social media graphics or branded materials, the drag and drop interface and wide range or customizable templates allow me to produce polished content quickly without needing advanced design skills. It really helps streamline my workflow while still maintaining a consistent and visually appealing output across everything I create.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that while it's great for quick and visually appealing designs, it can feel somewhat limiting when working on more complex or highly customized projects. Some advanced editing features aren't as flexible compared to more professional design tools, and certain elements or templates are locked behind the Pro version. Also, design can sometimes look repetitive since many users rely on the same templates, which makes it a but challenging that feels completely unique.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the challenge of creating professional, visually appealing content quickly without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. For my work, especially when creating job postings, recruitment graphics, and social media visuals, it eliminates the need to start from the scratch by providing ready made templates, easy drag and drop tools and large library of elements.

This benefits me by significantly speeding up my workflow and allowing me to produce consistent, branded content across different platforms. It also helps me communicate job opportunities more effectively through eye catching visuals which improves engagement and attracts more potential candidates. It saves time, reduces dependency on dedicated designers and makes it easier to maintain a polished and professional presentation.

  ### 7. Versatile Design Tool, But Needs Better Mobile Compatibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kushagra G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for my graphics and analytics work, especially because it helps with different image layouts and graphics. The frames feature makes orienting images easy, and importing different graphics is very straightforward. I really like the QR code app integration for business flyers. The built-in elements like graphics, shapes, gradients, and illustrations mean I don't need to search the web for PNGs. I can make great graphs, and the website template is extremely helpful for my frontend work. I create rough website designs to share with clients, which speeds up the process before coding the final version.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The compatibility with Android devices and tablets is not that smooth. Sometimes the elements change position with the tiniest touch, and it lags on Android. You can't easily drag things, and it often lags and causes a mess while working on some big projects.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to handle different image layouts and graphics easily, thanks to features like frames and QR code integration. It also offers a variety of in-built elements which saves time searching the web, and I can create great graphs and templates for frontend work.

  ### 8. Canva’s Powerful Features Make Designing Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal G. | owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love everything about canva. Once you learn the program it has so many functions. I think depending on why your using it the free version will be sufficient. I do however highly recommend the paid version next up to be able to use the background remover and magic tool. It is worth it especially if its a function you'd use often

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Liek anyone else i wish it wasnt as expensive BUT again its worth it.. not much else disappoints

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its solving the brainfart creative blank problem.... i know if there's a design im working on and im having a brain fart canva is my go to because i can at least get an idea of where to start with the templates

  ### 9. Intuitive UI with Editable Layered Designs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit S. | Senior Technical Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like it because it can generate designs where every single element is a distinct, editable layer. The UI/UX is pretty intuitive and easy to use. It also integrates with Slack, can read long Slack threads, and can generate an informative summary.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The left-hand navigation feels pretty cumbersome; it takes multiple clicks to find even simple elements. The recent hike in prices can be discouraging for small teams. Also, support feels outdated.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It bridges the gap between technical skills and creative intent. By moving away from template-based search to intent-based AI, it has reduced the need for users to already know how to design. It can create an almost 80–90% accurate design from an AI prompt, which you can then refine further, making it especially helpful for early prototyping.

  ### 10. Canva Makes Poster Design Fast and Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kartikay R. | Representative - Men's Team Table Tennis, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The best thing about Canva is how simple it is. I remember when I had to use MS Paint or MS Word to create posters, and it took so much time. With Canva, I can do the same task in about 10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think the only issue with Canva is its user interface. A lot of valuable screen real estate is wasted. They can make the UI a bit more minimalistic.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a student, there have multiple ocassions where I need to make infographics for school and college projects. Canva has multiple templates i can use and thanks to those templates I can bring my ideas to life in these infographics. Plus the templates save a lot of time.

  ### 11. Intuitive, Fast, and Great Value—Canva Makes Pro Designs Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva stands out for its intuitive and user-friendly interface, making it easy for both beginners and experienced designers to create professional-quality content. The platform offers seamless integrations with popular tools and social media platforms, which helps streamline workflows and collaboration. Performance is generally fast and reliable, even when working on complex designs. From a pricing perspective, Canva provides excellent value for money, with a free plan that is highly functional and premium features that deliver strong ROI for businesses and teams. The onboarding experience is smooth, supported by extensive tutorials, templates, and learning resources. Canva's AI-powered features, such as Magic Design, background removal, and content generation tools, further enhance productivity by helping users create high-quality designs quickly and efficiently. Overall, Canva is a versatile, cost-effective, and innovative design platform that significantly reduces the time and effort required to produce professional visual content.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While Canva is extremely user-friendly, it does have some limitations. The design editor can occasionally become slow when working on large or asset-heavy projects, affecting overall performance. Although Canva integrates with many popular tools, some advanced workflows still require exporting and switching between platforms. The pricing is reasonable, but many of the best templates, stock assets, and AI-powered features are locked behind the Pro subscription, which may be costly for individual users. Customer support can sometimes take longer than expected for complex issues, and advanced design controls are not as robust as professional tools like Adobe Creative Cloud. Canva's AI features are useful for speeding up content creation, but the generated results often require manual refinement to meet higher-quality design standards. Overall, Canva prioritizes accessibility and ease of use, but power users may occasionally find its customization, performance, and advanced feature set somewhat limiting.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has honestly made our lives so much easier. Before, creating anything decent-looking meant hiring a designer or spending forever in complicated software. Now anyone on the team can put together social media posts, presentations, and documents that actually look good — without needing any design skills. It's super easy to pick up, the templates save a ton of time, and things like the background remover and AI writing tools are genuinely useful day to day. It also connects well with Google Drive and other tools we already use. For what you pay, it's really great value — we've saved a lot of time and money just by switching to it.

  ### 12. User-Friendly Templates, But Free Version and Advanced Editing Feel Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali H. | Video Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is incredibly user-friendly and comes with a huge library of ready-made templates for almost anything, from social media posts to professional presentations. Even if you’re not a graphic designer, you can still create polished, high-quality visuals with ease thanks to its simple drag-and-drop tools.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While Canva is great for putting together quick designs, the free version comes with quite a few limitations. A lot of the higher-quality elements and templates are locked behind the “Pro” subscription, which can feel restrictive if you’re trying to do more without paying. On top of that, it doesn’t offer the same level of advanced editing tools you get with professional software like Adobe Photoshop.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of having to rely on expensive design software or professional-level skills to create visual content. It saves me a lot of time by offering ready-to-use templates for ads and presentations, so I can put things together quickly without getting stuck in complicated design tools. As a result, I’m able to focus more on my business strategy instead of spending hours trying to design everything from scratch.

  ### 13. Easy-to-Use Template Editor with Plenty of Design Options

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Girlie O. | Administrative Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how easy it makes design drag and drop tools, ready made templates, and simple collaboration all in one place. It’s quick, beginner-friendly, and still powerful.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that it can feel limiting for more advanced design work there’s less control compared to professional tools. Also, many of the best templates and assets are locked behind a paid plan, which can be frustrating.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of making design accessible to non-designers. Instead of needing advanced skills or expensive software, you can quickly create professional looking graphics using templates and simple tools. The benefit is speed and convenience you can produce presentations, social media posts, or marketing materials in minutes, save money on hiring designers, and collaborate easily with others.

  ### 14. Massive Template Library and Easy Drag-and-Drop Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Begum Shakila R. | Data Entry Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most is the massive library of templates and elements. It is extremely user-friendly, and the drag-and-drop interface makes editing very simple. Even the free version has so many great features for creating professional marketing content quickly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the mobile app lags a little bit when dealing with heavy video files or complex designs. Also, many of the premium templates and advanced elements are locked behind the Canva Pro subscription, which can be expensive for beginners.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me a lot of time and effort. I do not have professional graphic design skills, but its easy interface allows me to create high-quality marketing posts and product images by myself. It benefits me by eliminating the need to spend money on expensive software or hire professional designers.

  ### 15. Simplifies Social Media Design with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Beatriz M. | Administrative assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that Canva makes it easier for me to create posts for my social media with its various templates and simple editing features. I enjoy the ability to combine different designs and scrap items from one design to use in another, as well as the option to remove and include items I actually like and need. This flexibility helps me personalize my images to look and say what I want. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy, particularly the feature where you can upload different brands, logos, fonts, and colors.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some of the removing features, like the tools that help you remove backgrounds from images, sometimes don't work as sharply as I'd like. There was one time when I was trying to edit an old picture, and it kept cutting off an important part of the image because it was mistaking it for the background. The manual tool for removing backgrounds also felt a bit bulky and not as sharp. Also, the phone setup is a little bit confusing.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva because I'm not an expert in designing; its templates make creating attractive images easier with simple editing features.

  ### 16. Fast, Scalable and Collaborative Design for Modern Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh C. | GenAI Marketing Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how it combines ease of use with genuinely powerful creative capabilities. It allows teams to move from idea to execution extremely fast without needing deep design expertise. The platform’s templates, collaboration features, AI-powered tools, and seamless integrations make it highly efficient for creating professional-quality content across presentations, social media, marketing assets, and internal communication. It significantly reduces design turnaround time while still maintaining strong creative flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While Canva is extremely efficient for fast-paced content creation, some advanced customization and precision controls still feel limited compared to professional-grade design tools. Managing large-scale projects with complex layer structures, detailed typography control, or highly customized brand systems can become restrictive. Additionally, occasional performance slowdowns on heavier files and limited flexibility in certain export settings can impact more advanced creative workflows.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is solving the fragmentation problem in modern creative workflows. Instead of switching between multiple tools for presentations, photo editing, logo creation, AI image generation, ad creatives, whiteboarding, and brand asset management, we can execute everything within one collaborative ecosystem. That has significantly improved speed, consistency, and team alignment. It reduces dependency on highly specialized software for day-to-day execution, shortens creative turnaround time, and makes it much easier to move from ideation to publish-ready assets without breaking workflow momentum.

  ### 17. Canva Makes Pro Quality Design Fast and Accessible with Powerful AI Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What i like best about Canva is how it makes professional looking design incredibly accessible and fast for non designers, while packing powerful features that actually save real time and money.
The UI/UX is genuinely intuitive with its clean drag and drop interface and massive template library i can jump in and create polished social media graphics, presentations, videos, or documents in minutes without a learning curve.
Performance is excellent.. everything loads quickly, edits feel snappy, and the mobile app works great too.
I love the AI side (Magic Studio / Canva AI 2.0) Magic Design, Magic Write, background remover, Magic Edit, and generative tools turn rough ideas into ready to use assets super fast. It feels like having a creative partner.
Integrations are solid it connects well with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, HubSpot, and more, which keeps workflows smooth.
On Pricing side, the free plan is surprisingly generous, and Pro delivers strong value. The time saved (and professional output) easily justifies the cost for teams or frequent creators.
Support is straightforward you can get started in seconds, and there are tons of tutorials plus helpful community resources.
Overall, Canva stands out because it combines simplicity with serious capability. It’s one of the few tools where I actually feel more productive and creative after using it. Highly recommended!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The UI is super intuitive, but sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming with so many suggestions, templates, and AI prompts appearing constantly. I occasionally wish there was a cleaner "focus mode" for more experienced users.
Performance is generally fast, but with very large or complex designs (lots of pages or high-res elements), it can slow down a little, especially in the browser.
On Pricing, the free version is generous, but many of the best features and elements are locked behind Pro. For heavy users, the subscription becomes almost essential, which adds up over time.
Integrations are good, but I wish they were deeper for example, two way syncing with some tools like Google Drive or Slack could be smoother.
The AI tools (Magic Studio) are impressive and save tons of time, but they are not perfect yet. Generative results can be hit or miss and often need manual adjustments.
Support is easy for beginners, but id love faster live chat support or more advanced troubleshooting resources on the Pro plan.
Despite these minor drawbacks, Canva is still one of my favorite tools because the pros far outweigh these small issues. It continues to improve rapidly.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the biggest problem i used to face: creating professional looking designs quickly without needing design skills or expensive software.
Before Canva, i struggled with clunky tools that had steep learning curves, or i had to hire designers for simple tasks like social media graphics, presentations, and videos which was slow and expensive.
The UI is incredibly intuitive with drag and drop and thousands of templates, so i can go from idea to polished design in minutes. This has saved me hours every week.
Performance is reliable and fast, even on mobile, so i never lose momentum while creating.
The AI features (Magic Studio) are game changing they automatically generate designs, remove backgrounds, edit images, and write copy, turning rough ideas into ready assets instantly. It feels like having an assistant.
Integrations with Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, and more keep everything in one smooth workflow without constant file downloads and uploads.
On Pricing side, the free plan is very usable, and Pro offers excellent value. The time and money i save easily covers the subscription i no longer pay for stock images or freelance designers as often.
Support is effortless. I was creating good work within minutes of signing up, with helpful tutorials always available.
Overall, Canva has made me more productive and creative. I now produce better content faster, which helps my work look more professional and allows me to focus on what really matters.

  ### 18. Essential and Simple Tool to Visualize Ideas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Olffer A. | Representante , Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like using Canva for my university work and to represent my ideas visually. I can create brands and videos, which saves me time. What I enjoy the most is its simplicity. Since its inception, I have been one of the first users and I believe its design engine has worked well and evolved over time. The initial setup of Canva is also automatic and very simple, it's just a matter of reading each option and there is always the possibility to undo actions. I always recommend Canva for both beginners and advanced users.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I would like you to take video editing to another level, 3D rendering from sketches.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create brands and videos, saving time on my projects.

  ### 19. Canva Makes Teaching More Engaging with Templates, Collaboration, and AI Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria Auxiliadora S. | Strategic Designer and Educator , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is an easy-to-use, great tool for teachers and students. It provides quick access to templates, presentations, and many other designs that make class time more engaging. It’s also compatible with Google Classroom and has plugins that work well when assigning classwork. It performs great when students work collaboratively, as well as on individual tasks and presentations. The pricing feels fair, especially since it provides teachers with Canva Education and many different visual elements that help presentations stand out. For a school publication, I used Artificial Intelligence for photo editing, and it delivered excellent, professional results. Overall, Canva is excellent.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s really nothing to dislike. The various updates and tools come together to provide a strong platform for educational purposes.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva empowers creativity in and beyond the classroom, from student projects to professional publications.

  ### 20. Beautiful, Easy Design Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay A. | Sales Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It looks so pretty. It helps me, someone who knows nothing about design, or graphics, create beautiful content for business and personal use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the sizes are wrong. You can change the size of an image for IG post or IG story, or FB cover. However, often times the sizing is not correct and when you actually upload the image things get cut off. In my experience the image, regardless of resizing is still usually too big. So additional edditing is needed after you think you completed a project.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

helps me make social media beautiful. helps me give beautiful free offers, journals, worksheets, covers for those. It's easy to download and save images. It's easy to share with team members and edit projects and share through the platform itself, which is wonderful.

  ### 21. Beginner-Friendly, Versatile Design Tool

I use Canva for creating presentations, posters, social media posts, resumes, and simple graphic designs. It is easy to use and has many templates that help make designs look professional quickly. Canva helps me create good-looking designs without needing advanced design skills. It saves time by providing ready-made templates, easy drag-and-drop tools, and quick editing options for presentations, posters, and social media content. What I like most about Canva is how simple and beginner-friendly it is. The features I use and value the most in Canva are the ready-made templates, drag-and-drop editor, background remover, and presentation tools. The templates save a lot of time, the editor is very easy to use, and the presentation features help create clean and professional slides quickly. The initial setup of Canva was very easy and straightforward. Creating an account took only a few minutes, and the interface was simple to understand even for beginners. The templates and guided tools also made it easy to start designing right away without needing any training. Before using Canva, I mostly used Microsoft PowerPoint and basic photo editing apps for designs and presentations. The switch to Canva happened because it was much easier to use, faster for creating professional-looking content, and offered a large collection of templates and design elements in one place. When I used Canva, the company/team size was small, with around 1–10 people working together. Canva worked well for collaboration because it made sharing and editing designs simple.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some advanced features in Canva require a paid subscription, which can be limiting. Sometimes the app can also feel slow when working on large projects, and a few customization options are not as detailed as professional design software. Canva could improve by making more features available in the free version, especially tools that students and beginners use often. The platform could also be optimized to run more smoothly on slower devices and internet connections.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me create good-looking designs without advanced design skills, saving time with ready-made templates, drag-and-drop tools, and quick editing options for presentations, posters, and social media content.

  ### 22. Effective Image Creation with AI, Needs Refinement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna O. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create images for my company's website, YouTube short videos, and advertising video. I really like Canva's AI features; I can type what kind of image I need and it creates it. Canva has helped me a lot.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the AI has to be refreshed. It doesn't create like it's supposed to, so it might tell you that you may want to start a new chat. The initial setup was a little difficult until I figured out how to use everything.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create images and video for our website. The AI helps by generating images based on my descriptions, but it sometimes requires refreshing when it doesn't perform as expected. Overall, it has helped me a lot.

  ### 23. Intuitive Drag-and-Drop Design with Powerful AI Tools and Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aswin Edward P. | Program Lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva’s standout feature is its intuitive drag‑and‑drop interface paired with a vast template library, enabling anyone, even without design experience, to create professional graphics, presentations, quizzes, and videos in minutes. Its AI‑powered tools, such as Magic Resize, Background Remover, and Text‑to‑Image, streamline time‑consuming tasks like editing visuals or generating quiz content. These capabilities align perfectly with interests in video production and interactive learning materials. Additionally, Canva’s real‑time collaboration and social media integration make it an ideal platform for educators, such as music teachers, to share resources, event materials, and engaging content effortlessly

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva’s main drawbacks include limited advanced editing tools, such as vector adjustments and complex layering, which often push professionals toward alternatives like Adobe Illustrator. Exporting high‑resolution files or videos can be slow, especially with large projects or during peak times, hindering quick sharing of quizzes or presentations. The free tier restricts access to premium templates, fonts, and stock photos, while the Pro plan costs around ₹1,000/month in India, and the lack of offline mode makes editing difficult in areas with unreliable WiFi. Also, collaboration glitches, such as unsynced changes in team projects, and inconsistent AI results with regional text or custom music graphics are also seen. Overall, Canva is beginner‑friendly and efficient for simple designs but scales poorly for heavy customization or professional‑grade work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of complex, time‑consuming design by offering an intuitive drag‑and‑drop interface, ready‑made templates, and AI tools that automate tasks like resizing, background removal, and text‑to‑image generation. This benefits me by making it easy to create professional‑looking visuals, videos, and interactive quizzes without needing advanced design skills or expensive software, saving both time and effort while allowing me to focus on creativity, teaching, and sharing engaging content with my audience.

  ### 24. Best Tool for Beginners but Premium Features are Limited

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** akshat k. | Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love Canva , And i'll surely suggest my friend for using this app because ,Canva is a very good and beginner friendly app, It has many and more better inbuilt options for style of fonts than other software and the key point of loving this app , That i can do animations or video making in same app without paying any cost ,I've also used this app before when i was beginner in Graphic designing........

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Honestly, when I started learning graphic designing, I used Canva for almost 2–3 months. The main thing I dislike about Canva is that Canva Pro means you need the premium version. Many times I would see a really good-looking inbuilt feature or a font style, but when I clicked on it, it showed that it was paid and only available with Canva Premium. I was very, very disappointed with Canva, which is why I left it and started looking for other software to continue my journey in graphic designing. That’s the reason I gave only a 7 rating, And it doesn't works on low end devices and ai intelligence like bg remover is worst for colour full background support are all good but only works with ai not a real human so your problem started being too harder but onboarding is too irritating, and integrations are all ok ok....

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When i was beginner ,I didn't know how to use heavy or large graphic designing apps like photoshop. So, i started researching about softwares for starting my journey. Then, I saw a app named Canva i tried to use this app and in 1-2 days i understood every functions about Canva i designed some thumbnail i used templates. I had never seen any easy app for Graphic designing except Canva and i love Canva because it is the first part of my Graphic designing journey and the most easiest designing app....

  ### 25. Smooth, User-Friendly Interface with Great Templates, Graphics, and Textures

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tathagata B. | College Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The interface is very smooth and user-friendly. The various templates and graphics provided are also great, and they give users plenty of choices to work with. The tools are easy to use too, and the built in textures also improve the work visually.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

To be honest, for me there isn’t really much to dislike about Canva. The only downside is that the templates available can sometimes feel a bit too similar, rather than offering a wider variety. However, this is only for some few topics whereas some other topics can provide wider options too.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I prefer content creation, Canva really helps me create attractive thumbnails, graphic posters, and other visuals that can attract more audience.

  ### 26. Easy and Fast, but Many Features Are Locked Behind the Paid Plan

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra A. | Workplace Investors Services and Education Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that for the free subscription you can do many things but if you decided to join the paid one you'd have a thousand more ways of doing things and I think that's pretty cool. It's easy (to me) and it has a lot of information that can be used pretty much for anything you wanna do. The customer service also helps you expand if you have no idea how to do it. You can also sink it with many other creative apps to create anything you want without having to do things twice. I haven't used AI or any automations, but I am sure it's a piece of cake if you already know how to do everything else. I have a friend that's 0% creative and she made a whole save the date with the AI function so it's for sure user friendly. I also think its pretty quick to do what you want it to do and it doesn't stay buffering a thousand years. Overall, the free subscription is cool and if you can pay its better.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

That you have to pay to get other features basically lol

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick and easy anything. Flyers, invitations, save the dates, anything you want.

  ### 27. A Versatile Tool for Posters, Presentations, and Image Editing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** sonia m. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It is a very multipurpose and useful software that helps me at different stages of my life. In college, it helped me create posters and presentations. Now, in my job, I use it to create presentation designs and edit images, including removing watermarks.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some services are paid, especially the AI features. I feel these should be free at least for getting started or exploring, but I’m not able to try them even once for free.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing, creating, and editing images, presentations, etc.—everything related to visuals in one software, with strong integration across different platforms.

  ### 28. Canva Makes Professional Designs Fast with an Intuitive, Template-Rich Editor

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Justin L. | SEO Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking designs in just a few minutes, even if you’re not a designer. I really like its huge library of templates, fonts, and stock elements, which I can quickly customize for social posts, presentations, and documents. The drag-and-drop interface feels intuitive, and I also appreciate being able to stay on brand by saving colors, logos, and layouts to reuse across different projects.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes Canva can feel a bit slow or laggy when working on larger designs or switching between pages. A few of the more advanced features are slightly hidden or take a moment to find in the interface. Collaboration can also get confusing if multiple people are editing at the same time, and version history and folder organization could be a bit more powerful and easier to manage. I would love if they would fully integrate Claude into their AI workflow.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva lets me produce high-quality visuals without needing a full-time designer or complicated software. It solves the problem of creating on-brand graphics, presentations, and social media content quickly. I can reuse templates, keep assets organized, and make changes on my own, which saves time and reduces costs compared to outsourcing or using more complex design tools.

  ### 29. Potentia Design Elementa cum Simplicissima Discendi Curva

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Honey S. | Mechanical, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

User Interface (UI): Its "Drag and Drop" feature is so easy that even someone who has never designed before can learn it in 5 minutes.
Template Library: Millions of pre-made templates (Instagram posts, YouTube thumbnails, resumes) are available, so you don't have to start from scratch.
Magic Studio (AI Features): * Magic Edit: Change clothes or background with one click.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva does not work at all without the internet. If the internet is slow, the work gets stuck.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Need for Graphic Designer ended: Small business owners don't have to pay a designer for every small task.
Time Saving: The work that takes 1 hour in Photoshop can be done in 5-10 minutes in Canva.
Device Sync: Start on your laptop and finish on your phone, everything stays saved on the cloud.

  ### 30. Effortless Design and Seamless Sync Across Devices

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robyn-Lee S. | Content Strategist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that Canva is easy to use. I can use it on my desktop, laptop, and phone, and I'm able to just go between the devices seamlessly. If I have something on my phone that I need in a specific image or project on Canva, I can just open the file on my phone, and it syncs immediately. It's super easy to set up, really easy peasy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish you could download documents as docs and not only as PDFs. Currently, you can only download a document as a PDF even though it has a whole editing thing. If they were able to make it so that you can export things like a Word doc or a .DOC, that would be great. You can make spreadsheets in Canva now, but I don't think you can export them as a spreadsheet.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for creating social media posters, ads, and resources. It streamlines work by syncing between devices, making asset management easy, especially between my Android phone and MacBook.

  ### 33. Easy, Free Design Tool That Makes My Work Look Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mayank K. | Full Stack Engineer(React/Nodejs/Javascript/Typescript/Ruby on Rails), Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

Canva is a very good and easy platform for designing. I use it to make my resume, posts, and PDFs look clean and professional. Most of the useful features are free, so I don’t need any paid plan. It is simple to use and saves me a lot of time. It really helps me in my daily work.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only thing is that for some advanced or better editing features, we need to take the premium plan. It also takes a little time to learn in the beginning, but overall it is very easy to use and quite helpful.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is already a good platform, but they are still upgrading it to add even better features and make it easier to use. It has helped me a lot and continues to be very useful. Overall, it is perfect for designing and editing purposes.

  ### 34. Effortless Design, Exceptional Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cindy F. | Board Member, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva incredibly valuable because it helps me easily, quickly, and straightforwardly create visual assets for my own company and clients. It saves a lot of time and offers excellent value since it doesn't cost much as a tool. I like how easy it is to use and appreciate the background remover and animator for quick and easy animations. The excellent library of stock images and videos is also a big plus. The background remover allows us to easily isolate objects or people from any photo in seconds, which is a huge value add. The animator enables us to make regular graphics dynamic, adding extra flair and engagement without taking more time than creating still graphics. Initial setup was super easy, and starting a brand kit was seamless and straightforward for my team.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Charts or building charts or graphs I find, is pretty limited. I wish that it was a little bit more comprehensive what you could do and how you could kind of modify and customize those data visualizations.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me easily create visual assets for my company and clients, saving a lot of time and offering value with low cost. Its background remover and animator tools add flair to graphics, making them more engaging without extra time investment.

  ### 35. Canva Makes Fast, Professional Designs Easy with Templates, Collaboration, and AI Tools

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I mostly use Canva for presentations, thumbnails, posters, and quick social media designs. What I like most is how fast and simple the overall workflow feels. Instead of starting from scratch, I can pick a template and customize it within a few minutes depending on what I need.

The drag-and-drop editor is easy to understand, even for someone without strong design experience. Features like background remover, resize, and ready-made elements save a lot of time during regular work. I also like that projects stay synced across devices, so it’s easy to continue editing from anywhere.

Another thing I found useful is collaboration. Sharing designs and working with others is much simpler compared to traditional design software. Overall, Canva makes creating good-looking content much more accessible and less time-consuming.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike is that many useful assets and features are locked behind Canva Pro, so the free version can feel limited sometimes. For more detailed or professional editing work, Canva also doesn’t provide the same level of control as tools like Photoshop or Illustrator.

I’ve also noticed that larger projects with lots of elements can occasionally feel slow in the browser version. The AI tools are useful for quick ideas, but the results are not always consistent depending on the type of design.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it much easier to create visual content without needing advanced design skills or complicated software. I use it for presentations, thumbnails, posters, and social media graphics, and it helps reduce the time spent designing from scratch.

The templates, drag-and-drop editing, and built-in assets make the whole process faster and more accessible. It’s especially useful when I need to quickly create something that still looks professional without spending hours on design work.

  ### 36. A Lifesaver for Simple Design Needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aakash M. | Graphic design comittee lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva mainly for my freelance services and university projects as well as day-to-day work. I find it to be a life saver since I can create visually stunning designs without resorting to complex software like Photoshop; it's very simple and useful. What I appreciate most is its ease of use. The elements and templates available on Canva are amazing; there are thousands of them, providing me with options galore for my work. I don't have to create elements from scratch, which is usually time-consuming, and when I'm in a hurry, I can simply pick a good-looking template and edit it for my university projects. The initial setup was too easy; just log in and use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think they should increase their zooming in option; I can zoom up to 500%, but sometimes it gets laggy.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a lifesaver for creating visually stunning designs without complex software, thanks to its simplicity. The vast range of elements and templates saves time and offers many options, especially for urgent projects.

  ### 37. Canva Brings My Ideas to Life for Ads, Videos, and Presentations

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva brings my ideas to life and has really helped me create advertising content, videos and even academic presentations too!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It has become a bit too strict on what available for free and what is for premium. More and more content that is beautiful is for premium. And has been slowly reducing the quality for free users. The AI is great but could be refined especially on content curation. Performance seems to be more and more geared to premuim users and not free users. It has great intergration but still lags on some google drive high def content and high memory content. The UX is good but again more and more geared to premium and not free UX

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Telling a story. It has has helped better define what our programs are about in a more engaging manner. Before we would have dreary word docs now we have great content and videos to share.

  ### 38. Canva: An easy and effective design tool for large teams

**Reviewed Date:** July 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to design everything, from images to safety banners of all sizes, and I find it good and easy to use, especially on the phone. I appreciate the help of the smart assistant, although I do the editing myself. Additionally, I love the widespread availability of Canva tutorials on YouTube in all languages, which makes it easy, as well as the ability to add external elements and its many exciting features. Canva is very important for my designs and saves me time and costs in the factory because I no longer need to hire a designer or outsource printing.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think the AI assistant needs more training and I believe its performance might be better in the paid version.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use Canva to design everything, it saves a lot of time and reduces costs because I can design and print by myself. The AI assistant helps me in designing, and it is easy to use, especially on the phone.

  ### 39. Intuitive, Smooth, and Worth It—Canva Pro Speeds Up Design Work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Media Production | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

In terms of ease of use, the software feels very intuitive and easy to navigate. The templates are good quality and stay up to date. The features included with the Pro version are genuinely useful and well aligned with the main use case, and importing media is straightforward—you can copy and paste media easily. Overall, it runs smoothly without noticeable lag, so I don’t feel like I have to worry about constantly saving my work. I can also switch between devices without friction and keep working while on the go. The gen-AI features are well integrated and usually perform reliably. On top of that, the stock images, graphics, and videos that come with Canva Pro are quite useful. For the amount of work I can get done quickly, canva pro is worth it.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The photo-editing features can feel a bit limited at times, with fewer options than you’d get in Lightroom or Photoshop. Exporting videos or high-resolution files can also be slow, and it sometimes gets buggy. The mobile app feels much more restricted compared to the desktop version, which makes it harder to do more involved work on the go. Advanced design controls are still too basic for professional designers, and layer management becomes frustrating once you’re working on more complex designs. Overall, Canva is great for quick content, but designs can start to look repetitive since so many people use the same templates.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick content creation for social media, including well-designed, engaging decks. I also use it to create graphics for websites and storefronts.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I do not like how I cannot grab an item when it is layered on top of another item. My cursor keeps grabbing the bigger item.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to create designs in the correct size really quickly for projects. It also allows for a lot of customization, and you don't have to take classes to learn how to use the platform. You can brush up on the features quickly through tutorials.

  ### 42. Intuitive Design with Some Alignment Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha M. | Market Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for designing research posters and presentations for university assignments because it makes these tasks easier and more appealing. There are various elements in Canva that simplify the design process, offering an ease of navigation that other recommended platforms like Word lack. I really appreciate the quirky design templates and suggested color palettes, which save me so much time. Canva's templates not only help frame my content better but also provide new ideas on how different elements can come together. The fonts and various design layouts cater to my needs well. Additionally, many people I know use Canva because it's easier to access.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes it becomes extremely hard to align the contents, especially when adding shapes. Every time I add a shape, I think it would be better if features regarding editing the shape, color, or look of it came first.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to design research posters and presentations. It makes designing easier and more appealing with its elements and templates. It saves time, offers easy navigation compared to Word, and suggests color palettes, making it less daunting.

  ### 43. Canva Respects Your Time—Perfect for Fast, Polished Designs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arjun . | Registration Clerk, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

the best thing about Canva is just how much it respects your time. It’s not trying to be Photoshop, and that’s why it works

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It's a great tool for a 15-minute job, but for "real" branding or complex design work, it starts to feel a bit like trying to build a house with Lego—it looks fine from a distance, but you eventually hit a wall where you just need better materials.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva essentially solves the “barrier to entry” problem in visual communication. Before it existed, if you wanted something to look professional, you basically had two options: pay a designer or spend months learning to navigate the steep learning curve of professional-grade software.

  ### 44. Super Easy & Helpful for designing , Agame changer tool then & still dominating

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh C. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Options to add elements or search any particular element in any design is easy which makes the User experience journey hasslefree.

Able to share the design with my team members for collaboration making and integration of gdrive, dropbox or Google photos too is helpful.

Collection of design are topnotch and that goes for every category be it ads or any apps for which we are trying ti design something .
Price point for a business seems okayish. given that from the average response time for any design changes are always seemless making the performance of the system fast.

AI text to audio and which can then be used for Video is really changing the game, with one prompt acting as an instructions to keep the design camera ready is super helpful .

Only once I had a problem with my subscription which was not reflecting correctly that too was resolved with an interaction with their inbuilt chat Bot installed.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Refining the image generated from the instructions given in form of prompt is not very helpful, it tends to give similar set of images and at times goes in a loop.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the design super easy and accessible to all no matter you have a designing background or not.

The range of templates available for videos and images is exactly what I need, especially when preparing marriage invitation cards or videos. I can easily customize them to fit my requirements and export them in the desired format. I also love that I can share creations directly on social media. The initial setup of Canva was seamless without any hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some high-end features come with a cost or are only available in premium versions. If I'm using or working on a big size file, then there might be some lags. I think there could be improvements in performance and making high-end features available at a lower cost.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me time with its customizable features and wide range of templates for creating images and videos. It replaces time-consuming tools and allows direct social media sharing.

  ### 46. Fantastic Pro Templates for On-Brand Social Posts and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willem S. | Property Practitioner, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The Pro version is fantastic. The templates make it easy to create adverts and posts for every social media platform, with straightforward options to customise the size and layout. It also helps us stay cohesive with our branding by using brand palettes, which is especially important in real estate—you have to keep the company “feel” consistent across all designs. It’s great for collaboration, too, which makes it even easier to keep everything aligned. As a web-based app there is no installation to worry about!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It can feel a bit less intuitive for new users at first, but once you get the hang of the interface, it’s a breeze to use.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy for me to make my properties look GREAT across all social media platforms. And in real estate, it’s all about getting EYES on them.

  ### 47. Clean UI, Smooth Integrations, and Strong Performance Even on the Lowest Plan

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The UI/UX is clean and neat, especially for new users, so it’s easy to navigate. All the creation options are neatly categorized on the home page, and the integrations work well. I’ve tried OneDrive and the mockup integration, and both worked smoothly. The AI integrations are also done well—you can remove backgrounds and access many more features even on their lowest paid plan.

Performance is great compared to other tools I’ve tested, and it doesn’t depend on your hardware. Pricing is okay-ish and not too pricey, but honestly, the free plan already includes most of the features. And if you run into any problems, support is live; I usually email them when I need help.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s a limit on the maximum number of uploads you can add to its cloud when creating projects, but honestly, the limit is fine for the free plan. I don’t have many complaints about Canva so far.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a very broad piece of software and can be used in almost every field, no matter what you do. I personally use it for whiteboards, creating and editing photos, videos, and mockups, and sometimes for video editing too (yeah, it has a beta version video editor). It benefits me mainly by saving me time, because it’s direct and straight to the point.

  ### 48. Canva Made Me My Own Designer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva has completely transformed how I handle social media and marketing content. The drag-and-drop editor makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking posts, stories, and ads without needing a design background. I especially love the Brand Kit feature — having my brand colors, fonts, and logos saved in one place means every piece of content stays consistent across platforms. The template library is massive and actually useful, covering everything from Instagram carousels to LinkedIn banners. What surprised me most is how much time I save: what used to take hours in other tools now takes minutes. The magic resize feature alone is a game-changer — I can design once and instantly adapt it for every platform.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The biggest frustration is how many useful features are locked behind the Pro subscription. You'll often find the perfect template or element, only to see that paywall icon on it. The free version feels a bit like a teaser. Also, Canva's export options can be limiting — especially for print-quality work where you need more control over resolution and color profiles. Sometimes the platform can feel slow when working with heavier designs or lots of elements on a single page.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Canva, creating social media content meant either hiring a designer or spending way too long in complicated tools like Photoshop. Canva solves that by putting professional design within reach for anyone. For me personally, it means I can churn out polished, on-brand content for multiple platforms quickly and independently. It's saved me both money and time — I no longer need to outsource simple graphics, and I can react fast to trends without waiting on a design team.

  ### 49. Complete, Intuitive Suite That Integrates Smoothly with Google Drive and Gmail

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian K. | Instructional Technology Coach, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It’s one of the most complete suites I use almost daily, for everything from graphic creation to charts, tables, and email newslettering. It’s extremely easy to use, very intuitive, and it integrates smoothly with my Google Drive and Gmail.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

A lot of the templates are very recognizable, which makes the designs feel less original.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a creative platform that makes collaboration easy and helps keep branding consistent. I also like the templates, which make it simple for non-creatives to create content without starting from scratch.

  ### 50. Intuitive and Cost-Effective Design Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating social media posts, print collateral, and video edits. I can start from templates, which helps me save time. I find the video editor fairly easy to use. The resources that come with my subscription are very handy, especially for video editing. I think Canva offers great value for the price, with all the resources you unlock and the AI features. The video editing is intuitive, especially when compared to Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and it allows me to add royalty-free music and graphics right from the app. Additionally, the initial setup of Canva was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish there were more controls related to video editing—some basic options like zoom and panning, for example.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save time using Canva's templates. The video editor is easy, and I utilize subscription resources to enhance my projects. It's intuitive compared to Adobe, with built-in royalty-free music and graphics, offering great value with included AI features.
