"All-in-One Design Platform with Outstanding Features"
What do you like best about Canva?

I would definitely like to recommend canva to my colleagues and friends because this is one and only platform that has multiple range of photo and video editing tools and the same platform helps in removing images backgrounds and creating creative designs for our business in highest quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Canva is a quite interesting platform you can do almost everything related to photo and video editing or designing work on this tool. According to my experience it's subscription plan is little costlier as compared to other photo editing and designing platforms available in market. Rest canva gives the best designing experience. "Great for Quick Designs, Even if You're Not a Designer"
What do you like best about Canva?

What I like most is how fast it is to make edits and try different styles without needing any design skills. But sometimes the elements load slowly, and a few features feel restricted unless you upgrade to the paid plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Sometimes Canva feels a bit slow, especially when loading templates or elements. A few features are locked behind the Pro plan, which can be annoying when you're in the middle of a design. The mobile app is not as smooth as the desktop version, and collaboration can get confusing when multiple people are editing. Export quality also drops occasionally when dealing with complex graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Design with Ready-Made Templates"
What do you like best about Canva?

I love how user-friendly Canva is; it makes creating a variety of documents like cards, calendars, and flyers both enjoyable and straightforward. The ease with which I can navigate the platform and customize documents is incredibly valuable to me. It allows me to easily adjust templates to better suit my needs by adding text boxes and pictures, which enhances my creative workflow significantly. I also appreciate the availability of numerous templates, making it simple to create different types of documents, especially for printing purposes. Furthermore, I find it extremely convenient to create copies of my documents and share them effortlessly across my company, which adds to its utility. The straightforward account setup process, with its easy step-by-step guidance, made starting with Canva a breeze. I'm so pleased with Canva's overall capabilities that I'm highly likely to recommend it to others, as reflected in my 10/10 rating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I think maybe making a few more things available for the free version would be better. Also, having more integrations such as creating QR codes would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Design Made Easy and Fast with Canva"
What do you like best about Canva?

Canva makes design stupid-simple. I can create clean graphics, presentations, and social posts in minutes without messing around with complicated tools. The templates are solid, the drag-and-drop feels natural, and everything syncs fast. Even on my college account, it gives me most of what I need without extra effort. It’s reliable, quick, and saves a ton of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Some features feel locked behind the Pro version, and the limitations show when I need advanced editing. The mobile app can lag with larger designs, and the search results for elements sometimes feel cluttered. Collaboration also gets messy when multiple people edit the same design. Overall, great tool, but it could be smoother around the edges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifies Graphic Design for Non-Professionals"
What do you like best about Canva?

I really appreciate Canva's QR code creation feature, which is incredibly useful for me. I enjoy how Canva allows me to templatize designs, providing consistency and efficiency in my projects. The extensive library of designs is a significant asset, and I find the search engine exceptionally good for navigating through my own work, my team's work, and Canva's available resources. I love the variety of fonts available and appreciate the capability to incorporate brand colors, fonts, and designs effortlessly. Uploading images into Canva is remarkably easy, which streamlines my design process. I also love the flexibility Canva offers in downloading my work in various formats, such as PDFs, images, or print-ready files, all of which I find extremely convenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I think Canva's tutorials aren't as helpful as they could be. They assume more familiarity with the program than some people have. I also think that Canva's drawing and illustrator elements aren't as intuitive as using and creating images with block elements or uploaded files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Canva: Bulk create, the merge correspondence of the '20s"
What do you like best about Canva?

The bulk create feature in Canva is a game-changer. Now, every design that Canva offers, from a diploma to a badge, can be personalized in just a few clicks. You can upload either a CSV, XLSX, or TSV file with the data, and then insert the fields that you need to be personalized. Even the output has options to name them using the columns contained in the file. This helps a lot when you are managing hundreds of records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

So far, I haven't found anything to dislike. The price for Canva Teams is perfectly reasonable for all the work that can be done so easily in Canva, and new tools are frequently added as an extra benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Design and Incredibly Fun to Use, But Needs Better Organization Tools"
What do you like best about Canva?

I love Canva because it makes creating digital imagery and videography incredibly easy, intuitive, and fun. The platform turns content creation into a lively and entertaining experience, eliminating the usual burden and challenges associated with it. The features and the technology behind Canva's user experience are exceptional and truly make Canva stand out. Additionally, the setup process is pretty straightforward and user-friendly, as Canva prompts and guides you through the initial onboarding, despite the developed functionality and feature set they offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

I find organizing and storing content on Canva to be challenging. While I use it heavily for a variety of content creation tasks, it often results in a disorganized system due to the volume of content. This disorganization is partly due to our practices, but I also feel Canva could improve the user experience. Specifically, I would appreciate features that simplify and facilitate the organization, movement, and storage of files in a more intuitive and accessible manner. "Easy, Time-Saving Design with Some Limitations in Free Version"
What do you like best about Canva?

What I appreciate most about Canva is how simple it is to create professional-looking designs, even without any prior design experience. I regularly use this application to make Instagram posts and stories. When I joined BizGurukul, I needed to create Instagram posts, so I turned to Canva for making posters and for preparing presentations for meetings. Although I didn't achieve any sales, I genuinely enjoyed the creative process. The drag-and-drop interface is very user-friendly, and there are plenty of ready-made templates for presentations, social media posts, and more. I also value the extensive library of images and fonts, which means I don't have to look elsewhere for resources. Canva is fast, saves me a lot of time, and helps my designs look polished, even though I'm not a professional designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

Many of the top templates and images are restricted to the paid version, which means the free version offers only a limited selection of design options. This can make it challenging to access the full range of creative tools without upgrading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Thumbnail Designer Review"
What do you like best about Canva?

As a YouTube Thumbnail Designer I like the features like mockups because while making a app review I can recreate app view in the thumbnail using mockups. Then I don't want to go some website for pngs or graphic designs are these inbuild in Canva also for Free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

There is the issue in mockups feature like I am using it while I already add a image in mockups then after I cannot play another image on it if I added it will also add to mockups it is very irritating. Then there is also a background collections in Canva it is very less and useless because the background can't be used in designs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Design Hero for Everyday Creators -- With Just a Few Trade-offs"
What do you like best about Canva?

The built-in asset library and template system. It's huge -- thousands of templates, free elements, stock photos/videos, which means for most day-to-day design tasks I don't need to hunt down external assets. Also, the collaboration and sharing features work well for our small team: we can comment, share links, and approve designs without exporting to PDFs and emailing back and forth. What I really appreciate about Canva is how effortlessly it gets non-designers into creative mode. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Canva?

That said, there are a few trade-offs I noticed. First: when you start needing real professional-grade design features -- fine vector controls, precise print output, full image-editing depth -- Canva doesn't quite match tools like illustrator or Photoshop. If you're doing complex layout, multi-page documents, or high-end print work, you'll feel constrained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
