### 1. Intuitive Design Tool with Stellar Output

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramanpreet S. | Software Developer Tech Marbles , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating quick and professional designs like social media posts, presentations, marketing materials, and simple graphics. I like its intuitive UI/UX and vast template library, which make designing fast and efficient. The AI-powered features, like background removal, are particularly helpful. Canva simplifies design with an easy interface and built-in assets, saving me time. It is very easy for teams to get started, share designs, and maintain consistency with smooth performance. The initial setup of Canva is very easy and straightforward, with minimal onboarding requirements, and inviting team members is simple.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the performance can slow down slightly with very large and complex designs. Canva could optimize rendering for heavy files, introduce better layer/group management, and allow more granular control like selective loading or hiding of elements to keep it smooth.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create quick, professional designs without advanced skills. It simplifies design with easy UI, templates, and built-in assets, saving time. The intuitive interface and AI features enhance efficiency, even for non-designers.

Canva solves the problem of complex and time-consuming design by making visual content creation accessible to everyone, even without professional design experience. It provides ready-made templates, drag-and-drop tools, and built-in assets that remove the need for advanced design software.

 ### 6. Canva Templates Save Tons of Time and Look Instantly Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** laxmikant s. | ITOps - System Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva’s templates are a huge time-saver. Instead of starting from a blank canvas (which can be intimidating), you get professionally designed layouts that are already balanced in terms of colors, fonts, spacing, and visuals. You just plug in your text, swap images, tweak a few elements, and you’re done.

Another great thing is the variety. Canva has templates for almost everything—presentations, social media posts, resumes, posters, infographics, business cards, videos, and even documents. No matter your purpose or industry, there’s usually a template that fits your vibe.

I also love how customizable the templates are. You’re not locked into the original design at all. You can change fonts, colors, icons, animations, and layouts while still keeping that polished, professional look. It’s perfect for maintaining brand consistency without needing advanced design skills.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

For individuals or small teams, Canva Pro can feel expensive—especially compared to free tools or one-time purchase design apps. When you factor in upgrades and occasional credits, the price can get steep.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Canva, creating a CV meant struggling with Word formatting, alignment issues, fonts, and layout consistency. Canva simplifies this by offering ready-made CV templates that are clean, modern, and professionally structured. This saves time and removes the stress of designing from scratch.

Canva also helps by making customization easy. I can quickly edit sections, adjust fonts and colors, and rearrange content without breaking the layout. This allows me to tailor my CV for different roles while keeping it visually appealing and readable.

Another big benefit is visual clarity. Canva’s CV templates are designed to highlight key information like skills, experience, and education in a clear and organized way, which makes the CV more attractive to recruiters at first glance.

Overall, Canva solves the problem of poor formatting and design confusion in CV creation, helping me create a professional, well-structured, and eye-catching CV quickly—without needing advanced design knowledge.

 ### 7. Effortless Visual Creation with Time-Saving Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva mainly for creating quick visuals in my daily work. What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use. Even without any design experience, I can quickly create clean and professional-looking visuals. The templates are very helpful and save a lot of time, especially when I need something ready quickly. I just pick a template and make small changes instead of starting from scratch. The drag-and-drop feature makes the whole process simple and smooth, helping me finish my work faster without any confusion. Overall, Canva makes designing quick and stress-free for my daily work. The initial setup was quick and easy; I was able to start using Canva without any difficulty or special training. The interface is simple to understand, so I could directly start creating designs from the first day without any technical knowledge.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some useful features and templates are only available on the paid version, which can be a bit limiting when using the free plan. Also, when working on heavier designs or files with many elements, Canva can sometimes become slow or lag, affecting the workflow. Finding the right template can also take time due to the vast number available. Additionally, having more control over design elements would be nice, as adjusting spacing, alignment, or exact positioning can be frustrating when trying to make everything look perfect.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create quick visuals without design skills. Templates and drag-and-drop make designs easy and professional. It saves time and fits into my workflow, helping me explain clearly to customers and make work stress-free.

 ### 8. A lifesaver for student assignments and collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahes S. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Honestly, the best thing about Canva is how it makes you feel like a pro even if you have zero design talent. It takes away that "blank page" anxiety because you can just grab a template that already looks amazing and tweak it until it's yours. It’s one of those rare apps that stays out of your way—the tools are right where you expect them to be, and it saves you so much time that would otherwise be spent wrestling with complicated software.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The most frustrating part of Canva is definitely the "template trap." Because everything is based on pre-made layouts, it’s easy to create something that feels a bit generic or "cookie-cutter" since thousands of others are using the exact same graphics. On top of that, the mobile app can be incredibly fiddly; trying to select a tiny layer with your finger often ends up moving the entire background by mistake, which can be a real test of patience when you’re in a rush.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the massive problem of needing professional-quality visuals without actually having to be a trained graphic designer. For a student, it takes away the stress of staring at a blank page by providing thousands of templates for everything from presentations and infographics to resumes. It benefits me by saving hours of time on assignments, making my work look much more polished and engaging, and allowing me to easily collaborate with classmates on group projectitts in real-time. Essentially, it bridges the gap between having a good idea and actually being able to present it beautifully.

 ### 9. Fast, AI-Powered Design with Seamless Templates and Collaboration

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

Seamless UI/UX with templates and a variety of post-processing elements that make it easy to design and deploy quickly. It’s fast, AI-powered, intelligent, and cost-effective. It’s also a great tool for cross-team collaboration. Also, plug-in feature integrations making the job simple.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The home page is where all the files are stored, but it feels unorganized. Because of that, it’s sometimes very hard to find the specific files we’re currently working on.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fast digital post creation and deployment. It supports a range of marketing posts and animations, making it easy to produce and publish content quickly.

 ### 10. Effortless Design with Instant Results

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dharamveer p. | Application Security Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to quickly create visual content like social media posts, presentations, banners, and simple marketing designs. It’s especially useful when I need clean visuals fast without getting into complex design tools. The templates and drag-and-drop approach make it easy to turn ideas into shareable designs. Canva solves the problem of needing good designs without spending too much time or relying on professional design tools. It removes the complexity of traditional design software and lets me create polished visuals quickly. That saves time, reduces dependency on designers for small tasks, and helps me get content out faster. What I like most about Canva is how easy and fast it is to use. The templates, drag-and-drop editor, and built-in assets make it simple to create good-looking designs without a design background. It lets me focus on the message instead of struggling with the tool. I typically combine it with social media platforms, presentation tools, and cloud storage to share and publish designs. This makes it easy to create visuals in Canva and then use them directly across different channels without extra steps.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing that could be improved in Canva is the level of control for advanced design work. For more complex layouts or detailed customization, it can feel limiting compared to professional design tools. Some features and assets are also locked behind the paid plan, which can be restrictive if you use it frequently.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to quickly create visual content, solving the problem of needing good designs without complex tools. It lets me create polished visuals fast, reducing dependency on designers and helping get content out quickly.

 ### 11. Canva Makes Designing Easy With Tons of Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lee Ann M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I've used many publisher programs, but I find Canva to be the easiest to use. It has a myriad of template options. Its desktop interface is easy to use and it's easy to find what you need through search options. It's also extremely reasonably priced and consistent in performance.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only complaint I have about Canva is there is no option to justify text around images or text boxes.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has made design software affordable and accessible for those of us who haven't been to design school. We can still create beautiful documents and videos without having a ton of design knowledge.

 ### 12. Effortless Audio Extraction and Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shalu G. | Custom software Engineer Specialist, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like best about Canva is its ease of use and versatility. The platform makes creating high-quality designs, presentations, and social media content simple and fast. Features like templates, drag-and-drop editing, image uploads, and the Audio Extract & Enhance make the experience even more powerful. Extracting audio from videos and enhancing sound quality is seamless, saving time and improving content professionalism.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One aspect I find frustrating is that the Enhance Audio feature occasionally fails to work as expected and often only operates for about 10 minutes at a time. Since I have already subscribed to Canva, I hope this limitation will be addressed in future updates. Despite this, Canva continues to be a robust and easy-to-use platform, though the audio enhancement tool would benefit from further improvements.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of complex and expensive design tools by offering a simple drag-and-drop platform. As a software professional, I don’t need dedicated design skills to create presentations, thumbnails, resumes, or social media creatives. Ready-made templates save time, reduce dependency on external designers, and allow me to complete work within minutes using a single platform instead of multiple tools.

I use Canva directly as an end user for my own work and content creation, not as a partner, reseller, or consultant for Canva.

 ### 13. User-Friendly Canva with a Huge Template Library for Fast, Easy Collaboration

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is very user-friendly and offers a huge library of templates that really helps with creativity. It’s quick and easy to use, and I’m especially happy with how simple it is to share what I’ve created with my colleagues so they can review and edit it.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some of the provided designs can feel a bit generic at times. It’s really great for creating quick graphics, but it isn’t ideal if you’re aiming for more high-end design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the cost of hiring expensive graphic designers and makes everything much quicker when I need to put together fliers, invitations, or similar materials in a timely manner.

It is very intuitive to use and makes it simple to get the results I want. The in-built templates are very handy and contribute to its effectiveness as a design tool. The ability to effectively plug and play with Canva is fantastic. Additionally, the initial setup of Canva was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes some styles are harder to pin down to a high professional standard, so we occasionally need to use a pro designer. More easy and quick tutorials for users in advanced features would be handy.

 ### 17. Simple Tool I Use for Presentations and Daily Design Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amit B. | Global Buyer, Plastics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use in day-to-day work. I mainly use it to create presentations, basic reports, and sometimes social media creatives. The ready templates save a lot of time, and I can quickly edit text, colors, and images without any design background. The drag-and-drop feature is very simple, and even for urgent work, I can prepare something presentable within a short time.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t like about Canva is that many good templates and elements are available only in the paid version. Sometimes it becomes difficult to find completely free options. Also, for more detailed customization, the options feel limited compared to advanced design tools, and design flexibility is not very high.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve the problem of creating good-looking designs without needing professional design skills. In my work, instead of depending on a designer, I can create presentations and visual content on my own. This saves time and makes my work faster, especially when something is required urgently. It also helps in presenting information in a more clear and professional way.

 ### 18. Intuitive and Effortless Design Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael B. | Business Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create visualizations for data and to make presentations look better, aiming to make something more presentable rather than just text. I have a few other subscriptions for design tools as well, but I find myself using Canva the most because it's the most intuitive and requires the least amount of effort to get something created. I've really had no issues with Canva; it's really one of the very best design tools out there. The initial setup was easy, with no issues at all, thanks to its easy web interface. I'd say I'm likely to recommend it, as I've recommended it a number of times.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I've tried using Canva with Claude. Before, but that didn't work out very well.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for creating visualizations to enhance data presentations, making them more presentable and intuitive compared to just text.

 ### 19. Great for Beginners, Needs More Advanced Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tara B. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for my small business, Noosa Tallow. It helps me with templates for thank you cards and other design needs. I like Canva's simplicity and AI integration, which sometimes helps me overcome creative blocks by doing the bulk of the groundwork. I also appreciate the brand assets section when I paid for the service. The initial setup was easy for me.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the AI results aren't what I am after. It also has limitations when I want to do more design work myself. Some of the auto layout features are painful as it wouldn't let me move something to where I wanted it.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for templates for thank you cards and other design needs. It helps me get past creative blocks with AI doing the groundwork, letting me focus on finessing designs.

 ### 20. Effortless Design with Ready-Made Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Charan N. | student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like Canva because it is very easy to use. It has ready-made templates, which save time and provide a clear starting point, so we don't have to design from scratch. This makes it possible for anyone, like students and teachers, to create professional designs easily. The initial setup was very easy as we could sign up quickly, invite team members, and start designing right away without any technical setup or training. Canva also integrates well with other tools like Microsoft Word, Google Docs, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Our team switched to Canva from traditional tools because it's faster and offers less effort for design creation.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some advanced features are locked behind the paid versions, which limits free users. Improving offline access, giving more free assets, and better control over detailed editing would make Canva even better.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for its ready-made templates and easy interface, which save time and eliminate confusion, helping anyone create professional designs without starting from scratch.

 ### 21. Quick to Start with Templates - Easy, Affordable Design for Small Businesses

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I have had a few issues with fonts when I try to export to another format. I don't really use the AI features. Very often I really just want to export to a PowerPoint.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It avoids us having a dedicated UX resource. We don't use a marketing agency. It is useful for brand consistency given our situation.

 ### 22. Title: Canva Makes Design Simple for Everyone.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santhi Kumari K. | Internship, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to use. Even without any design experience, I can create professional-looking designs in just a few minutes. The drag-and-drop feature, ready-made templates, and large collection of fonts, photos, and icons make designing very fast and convenient.
The most helpful part of Canva is that it saves time. Instead of starting from scratch, I can choose a template and customize it easily. It is useful for creating social media posts, presentations, posters, resumes, and many other designs.
The biggest upside of Canva is that it is beginner-friendly, affordable, and accessible from anywhere. It allows anyone to be creative without needing advanced software or technical skills.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike about Canva is that many good features, templates, and elements are only available in the paid version. Sometimes when designing, I find something useful but cannot use it unless I upgrade to Canva Pro.
Another downside is that customization is limited compared to professional design tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. For advanced editing, precise control, or complex designs, Canva can feel restrictive.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating professional designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. Earlier, creating posters, presentations, or social media posts required a designer or complicated tools. Canva makes this simple by providing ready-made templates and easy editing tools.

 ### 23. The Best Graphic Design Everyone Can Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan B. | Freelance Blogger, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a great design tool for everyone to use, you don't need special skills or know how, its easy to find your way around and everything is straight fkrward and makes sense. I have been using it awhile now but I am definitely no designer. I usually use their templates and edit them to make them mine. I also like to upload my own images to use which is easy to do like everything on Canva.

There is a good range of elements to use on Canva but to get the full benefit you really need a paid account now in my opinion. There are photos and videos for just about everything and graphic elements also for everything.

I'm not a huge fan of the AI features but I do love the background remover. There is so much you can do on Canva I have omly scratched the surface. I need to watch some tutorials on YouTube to learn how to do even more, like text effects more than just the effects you can access in the toolbar.

Canva is great for making images to use on just about everything. I use it mostly for making images for websites or blogs, social media posts, profile pics, business cards, personal projects like invitations and so much more.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don't really like the AI feature, I don't think its ready for prime time. Text isn't right when it generates images with text, it doesn't spell right and jumbles up words.

I would prefer if there was a cheaper tier for when I am not using it as often.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Website graphics, social media and personal stuff, brand colours and fonts

 ### 25. Turning Vision Into Visuals, Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jamial B. | Analyst , Public Policy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love how Canva makes powerful storytelling feel accessible. It helps me go from vision to visual in minutes—whether I’m creating liberation-centered graphics, community flyers, or professional documents—without sacrificing quality or my voice. The platform feels intuitive, supports collaboration smoothly, and stays flexible enough to hold both grassroots creativity and polished, institutional-level work in the same space.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Many of the most useful features and key design elements are locked behind the Pro paywall, which can be a real limitation for community-based and grassroots work that often runs on tight budgets. I’ve also found that the more advanced layout controls and file export options can feel somewhat restrictive compared with full design software, particularly when I’m trying to create highly customized designs or prepare projects that need to be truly print-ready.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva addresses the challenge of accessing quality design by removing the technical and financial barriers that often prevent individuals, educators, and community organizations from creating professional, credible visual materials. For me, this means I can quickly produce polished graphics, presentations, and outreach materials that build trust, increase visibility, and improve engagement—without needing a full design team or specialized software. The time and cost savings also help me stay focused on mission-driven work, rather than getting pulled into the details of technical production.

 ### 26. Where has this been my whole life- My life has been chagned!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhonda M. | Homeownership Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like the AI features for searching and recommending designs and templates. The editing tools are very intuitive and easy to use, and I feel like I can create almost anything—flyers, cards, social media content, videos, and more.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I miss being able to stretch an image. Canva makes you keep the original proportions, and I can’t adjust the dimensions the way I can in Publisher. There are times when I really need to do that, and what should be a quick fix ends up taking me longer because I have to find a workaround in Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva really helps boost my creativity, both by recommending ideas and by helping me bring my own ideas to life.

 ### 27. Fast, Accessible Design Tool with Great Integrations and Time-Saving AI

The interface is easy to understand and accessible for our whole team. We also like being able to integrate our other tools into Canva. The web-based experience is fast, and our team can access it from anywhere, anytime. For most of our work, we’re able to use the free tier, which saves us time and money. The AI features also shorten the time it takes to go from concept to design.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish that printing documents, and file management in general was easier in Canva. I also would love more integrations with Affinity from Canva.

Canva makes it easy for our warehouse team to make delightful internal designs for our team and operations.

I use Canva for creating marketing visuals, especially Hero Images for Newsletters. I appreciate how it allows me to create professional-looking hero images quickly without needing design skills. It saves time, ensures brand consistency, and removes dependency on designers. The platform is smooth and efficient, making it easy to create high-quality visuals quickly, even without designer experience. I really like the drag-and-drop editor and the brand kit, as they make designing very quick and consistent. Features like resize and background remover help a lot. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and quick.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It can feel limiting for advanced or highly customized designs. Some features are locked behind the paid plan and performance can slow down with large files.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**Reviewed by:** Moshika S. | Product Marketing Trainee, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like Canva because it feels like a complete app for creative work without being complicated to use. I use it to make presentations, edit videos, and edit photos all in one place, which saves a lot of time. The AI features are the best part, especially since the voice sounds natural and not robotic. I find the image generation impressive too. I appreciate the ready-to-use templates, which save a lot of time when designing a template. Canva makes you feel like a creator, even if you have just a little bit of design knowledge. Plus, they offer so much without needing to pay for premium.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish Canva provided more free features. Specifically, the background remover should be free because it helps a lot. Right now, I have to use a different site to remove backgrounds, which lowers the quality of my images.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves a lot of time with ready-to-use templates for presentations, video editing, and photo editing. The AI features like natural-sounding voice and impressive image generation make creative work easy without being complicated.

 ### 30. Canva Makes Professional Designs Easy—Templates Save Me Hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The best thing about Canva is how completely it removes the technical barrier to creating professional-looking designs. I don’t need to spend months learning complicated software or have a graphic design degree to make something that genuinely looks great.

The template library is a huge lifesaver, too. Instead of staring at a blank screen and wondering where to start, I can open a template for a presentation, a social media post, or a quick flyer and then customize it to fit what I need. It probably saves me hours every week.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

To be honest, my biggest frustration is that you eventually hit a hard ceiling on what the tools can actually do. It’s fantastic for putting together a quick YouTube thumbnail or a simple presentation, but the moment you need heavy-duty photo editing, detailed retouching, or complex masking, it falls short fast. It’s absolutely not a replacement for dedicated photo-editing software.

Another issue is the elements library—it’s become incredibly cluttered lately. Having to sift through thousands of generic graphics just to find a cohesive set of icons takes far longer than it should, and the search function rarely brings up exactly what I’m picturing on the first try.

Lastly, while it’s great for digital design, getting files ready for professional printing can be a real headache. Even on the premium plans, local print shops sometimes complain about the way the platform exports PDFs or handles bleed margins. It’s an amazing day-to-day tool, but it definitely has strict limits once you step beyond basic digital layouts.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem Canva solves is the huge bottleneck of needing a professional designer for every single visual task. Before, if I needed a quick graphic for a post, a clean slide deck, or even just a thumbnail, I either had to wait days for someone else to do it or struggle through complicated software myself—only to end up with something that looked totally amateur.

Canva removes that friction. The biggest benefit for me is the autonomy and speed it provides: I can jump in, grab a solid template, apply our brand colors, and have a polished asset ready to go in about 15 minutes.

It really empowers those of us who aren’t trained graphic designers to handle the day-to-day visual work on our own. It saves an unbelievable amount of time and keeps the workflow moving, without constantly getting stuck in back-and-forth design approvals.

 ### 31. Canva Makes Reusable Team Templates Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shakya G. | Lead - Creative & Brand Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a great tool for non-designers who need to create simple, creative materials quickly. I mostly use it to build custom templates that my team can reuse for recurring tasks—things like website banners, email headers, and presentation layouts.

It’s a big time-saver: once I’ve set up the structure, everyone else can simply swap in new text or images without needing me to step in and do it for them.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only real frustration is the custom canvas editing. When I’m building these templates from scratch, the manual editing tools feel a bit limited. It’s hard to get things pixel-perfect, and the layer management could be much better. If they improved the "from-scratch" editing capabilities, it would be the perfect workflow tool.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of design bottlenecks by allowing me to scale creative production across my team. Instead of spending my time on repetitive, small tasks, I can build structured templates for things like website banners, newsletters, and reports that non-designers can easily update themselves. This benefits me by freeing up my schedule for high-level work in Photoshop and Figma, while ensuring our brand stays consistent. However, a "Pro Mode" with better custom editing and industry-standard shortcuts would solve the current frustration of switching between professional tools and Canva’s more limited canvas.

 ### 32. Effortless design, amazing features

I like all the elements and new product features that make designing easy and allow assets to align with brand colors and guidelines. The new features also make it even easier to produce a good asset and save time. The user experience is amazing, and I found the initial setup to be easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Changes to the user experience without being notified, needs getting used to.

Canva is super easy to use for creating good-looking content quickly and aligning designs with brand colors and guidelines. It saves time with its amazing user experience and new product features, making designing assets simple and efficient.

I like Canva's interface, and the templates are very attractive. Some key features are very useful and smooth, like the background removal. The initial setup was very easy too. I have used Canva few times in a year.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Like I have used Photoshop and Illustrator for designing, and for printing we need CMYK colors but in Canva we can only get RGB. It would be great help if we could get that in Canva. little bit improvement would be also required for telephone support but canva's chat support is good

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes designing easy and quick for my social media posts and invitations, saving me a lot of time. I find its interface user-friendly, and the templates are attractive.

 ### 34. Effortless Design with Convenient Templates

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating marketing materials, social media posts, email marketing design, and product labels. It makes it really easy to create designs without having to know how to use more complicated design programs. I like the templates option, and that you can easily resize your designs for other formats. The resizing option saves so much time rather than designing multiple versions of the same item. Templates are great when you need something quick. I really like Canva and think they are introducing great features. The initial setup of Canva was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I have tried AI on Canva and it does not work very well. It really doesn't follow the prompts, I think it needs a lot of work before it can be usable to professionals.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy to create designs without complicated software. I like the templates and resizing options, which save time and let me quickly adapt designs for different formats.

 ### 35. Effortless Professional Design for Marketing Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Syed Zeeshan A. | Co-Founder & CMO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how quickly I can turn an idea into a usable design without relying on a designer. The templates are practical and easy to customize, especially for ads and marketing creatives. The drag and drop editor, preset sizes, and brand kit features help maintain consistency while still moving fast, which is important when working on tight timelines.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva works great for most day to day designs, but it does have limitations when it comes to advanced customization. For more complex layouts, detailed layer control, or heavy animations, it can feel restrictive. Also, some useful assets are locked behind paid plans, and large projects can occasionally feel slow.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of slow design turnaround and over dependence on design resources for simple marketing assets. It allows me to quickly create and iterate on ad creatives in house, which saves time and cost. This makes it easier to test ideas faster and keep campaigns moving without unnecessary delays.

 ### 36. Versatile Design Tool with Extensive Free Elements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harisree V. | Assistant Team Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that Canva provides an easy setup with multiple templates available across the board, which fits my needs perfectly. I appreciate being able to create my own project folders that help me manage and work on different projects without mixing them up. The tools inside Canva allow me to adjust sizes and elements on specific projects easily, and I find this really amazing. My favorite feature is the feasibility of adding GIFs and elements, which makes my work easier and more enjoyable. The mobile app is also impressive, letting me use Canva conveniently on the go in mobile too. Overall, these features make Canva a great tool for my design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

At times, Canva has restricting elements. I initially joined Canva a few years back, and there were a lot of elements which were freely available. The Pro plan and stuff is kind of a bit pricey sometimes. I know they do have single day plans and single month plans, but it could be a little more feasible for freelancers and stuff. So, I would say work on the plans for budget-friendly clients.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva provides easy access to many design elements for free, simplifies designing with its ease of use, and offers a variety of templates for different needs. It helps me manage projects effectively by organizing them and ensures my designs are print-ready.

 ### 37. Effortless Graphic Design with a Rich Template Library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sagar K. | SEO Analyst, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like Canva for the availability of free templates. The platform offers hundreds of thousands of free templates, which I can easily select and edit to complete my work. With the free plan, I also get a lot of fonts and accessibility options that make creating graphics easier. Creating posters for events is quick because I can simply select a template related to the event, make the necessary changes, and I’m done. The initial setup required nothing more than logging in, which allowed me to immediately start making edits and changes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There's a particular feature I'd really like with the free plan. Sometimes, we need to remove the background of an image or element, but the free plan on Canva doesn't allow that. There are other software options that do let you remove backgrounds for free. If Canva would add this feature in the future, it would be a great improvement for users.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to easily create posters and thumbnails without being a pro graphic designer. It offers a variety of free templates that I can simply edit to get my work done efficiently.

 ### 38. Flexible Design Tool with Quick Format Saves

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David D. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating marketing pieces, website design, email, and flyers, and I love its flexibility as a creator/editor of designs. I especially appreciate the ease of saving designs quickly in multiple formats. For instance, when I need a PNG file but it's too large, I can swiftly get a JPG instead. Switching to Canva was easy, and I'm very likely to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Beginning an initial project seems to take too many steps. I should be able to select a new project and get right into it. Instead, I have to begin the project and then select more specific details of how I want to begin.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a flexible creator/editor for designs. I can easily save designs quickly in multiple formats, like switching from a large PNG to a JPG.

The platform feels intuitive and makes collaboration easy, and it offers a wide range of templates and tools. With those options, we can efficiently produce presentations, marketing materials, and social content without a lot of extra effort.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While it’s very easy to use, it can start to feel limiting when you need more advanced design control or highly customized layouts. For more complex creative work, precise branding, or more detailed editing, you may still end up needing a more robust design tool.

I'm able to create multiple types of content for social media, emails, and ads.

 ### 41. Intuitive and creative platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** agenteia 3. | Experta en Agentes IA Conversacioonales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Honestly, you don't need to be a designer to create something that looks professional. I work with companies that are afraid of technology, and Canva is my ally because it democratizes design. You enter, choose a template, customize it in 5 minutes, and that's it. This frees up valuable time for your teams to focus on things that really matter.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

That sometimes generates dependency on the template. Some companies become comfortable using only pre-made designs and miss the opportunity to create their own visual identity. Ideally, it should be used as an ally to accelerate, but always keeping your brand different. Technology should empower you, not limit you.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly, it saves me a lot of time. Before, I had to wait for a designer to make each image for social media, or learn from scratch. Now I go in, look for a template I like, change colors and text in 5 minutes, and that's it. What benefits me the most is that I can produce content quickly without depending on anyone.

 ### 42. Ease and Creativity Within Everyone's Reach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jose A. | Interpreter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is its ease of use and intuitive interface, which allow for the creation of professional designs without prior experience. The platform offers a huge variety of customizable templates for social media, presentations, print publications, and more, which greatly speeds up the creative process.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Although Canva is very easy to use, a limitation is that some advanced design features are restricted to the paid plan, which can be an inconvenience for users seeking more creative control without additional cost. Furthermore, for more complex projects, the advanced editing and customization options may fall short compared to professional design tools.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of lacking technical knowledge in graphic design by offering an intuitive platform that allows the creation of professional visual pieces quickly and easily. It facilitates the creation of content for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and documents without relying on a specialized designer. This benefits me because it saves time and costs, improves the visual consistency of the brand, and allows any team member to create and edit designs independently, increasing productivity and agility in daily work.

 ### 43. Effortless Professional Designs for Everyone

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maggy F. | Center Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy and accessible it makes creating professional, visually appealing materials. The templates, graphics, and drag-and-drop tools save time while still allowing for creativity and customization. It helps me quickly design newsletters, classroom materials, and communications that look polished and engaging without needing advanced design skills.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I like least about Canva is that some of the best features, graphics, and templates are locked behind the paid version, which can feel limiting. Certain design elements can also be hard to customize fully, and large or complex projects may slow down or become less intuitive to edit. At times, it can feel restrictive when trying to create very specific or detailed designs.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating professional-looking designs without needing advanced graphic design skills or expensive software. It streamlines the design process with ready-made templates, easy-to-use tools, and a vast library of images and graphics. ### 44. A user-friendly alternative to professional design software

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca P. | Chief Operations Officer DEQUA Studio | Formerly CTO in MarTech, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I’ve been using Canva extensively for creating marketing materials, social media content, presentations, and brand assets, and it has fundamentally transformed how I approach visual content creation. The platform operates as a comprehensive creative operating system that combines intuitive design tools with powerful AI capabilities, making professional-quality design accessible without requiring years of training in traditional design software.

With over 25 AI-powered tools integrated into Magic Studio, an extensive template library containing thousands of professionally designed layouts, and robust collaboration features for team workflows, Canva has positioned itself as an indispensable tool for marketers, content creators, and small business teams who need to produce polished visuals quickly and consistently.

✅ What I really like about Canva:

The drag-and-drop interface represents one of Canva’s most compelling strengths, allowing you to become productive within minutes rather than spending weeks learning complex software. You can simply select elements, move them around the canvas, resize them intuitively, and arrange compositions without memorizing keyboard shortcuts or navigating through nested menus. This accessibility has been transformative for my workflow, particularly when I need to create quick turnaround content for social media campaigns or urgent marketing materials.

The template library deserves special recognition for its breadth and quality. You have access to thousands of professionally designed templates spanning every conceivable use case, from Instagram stories and LinkedIn posts to presentation decks, infographics, brochures, business cards, and email headers.
Each template provides a solid foundation that you can customize to match brand identity, saving hours compared to starting from a blank canvas. The templates are organized by category, style, and purpose, making it easy to find exactly what you need within seconds.

Magic Studio’s AI capabilities have revolutionized how I approach content creation.
Magic Write generates copy tailored to specific audiences and brand voices, which I find particularly useful when I’m experiencing writer’s block or need variations of marketing messages for A/B testing.
Magic Design creates complete designs from simple text prompts, allowing me to describe what I need and receive multiple layout options instantly.
Magic Media produces custom images and videos based on text descriptions, eliminating the need to search through stock photo libraries when I need something specific.
Magic Resize automatically adapts designs for different platforms and formats, so I can create one Instagram post and instantly generate versions for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other channels without manually recreating each size.

The Brand Kit functionality has become essential for maintaining visual consistency across all my marketing materials . I can store up to 100 separate brands in one account, each with its own color palettes, font selections, logo variations, and pre-approved imagery. When I create new designs, all my brand assets are immediately accessible within the editor, allowing me to apply consistent styling with just a few clicks. This feature has been invaluable for ensuring that everyone on my team uses the correct brand colors, approved fonts, and official logo versions rather than creating off-brand content.

The collaboration features: Real-time collaboration allows multiple team members to work on the same design simultaneously, with changes appearing instantly for everyone viewing the project. I can leave comments directly on specific design elements, mention team members to get their attention, and have threaded discussions about revisions without switching to email or chat applications. The approval workflows let me set up review processes where designs must be approved by stakeholders before publication, reducing the risk of unauthorized or off-brand content being published.

The ability to replace logos or images across existing designs in bulk has saved me countless hours . When my brand underwent a logo refresh, I used this feature to update hundreds of existing templates and materials in minutes rather than manually opening and editing each file individually. The Bulk Create feature extends this capability further by letting me upload CSV or Excel files to automatically generate multiple variations of a design with different text, images, or data, which I use extensively for creating personalized marketing materials, event badges, or product catalogs.

Content Planner integration allows you to schedule social media posts directly from Canva without switching to separate scheduling tools . After designing social media graphics, you can immediately schedule them to post across multiple platforms at optimal times, view your content calendar, and ensure consistent posting schedules. This integration has simplified my workflow by keeping design and distribution in a single platform.

The photo editing capabilities built into Canva have eliminated my need for separate image editing software in most cases.
The background removal tool uses AI to accurately separate subjects from backgrounds with a single click, which I use constantly for product photography and creating transparent PNG files. Magic Eraser removes unwanted elements from images while intelligently filling the background, and Magic Expand extends image boundaries naturally when I need to adjust aspect ratios without cropping important elements. The photo enhancement tools automatically adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and sharpness to improve image quality.

Magic Animate adds professional animations to static designs without requiring animation expertise. you can apply entrance effects, transitions, and motion graphics to text, images, and design elements to create more engaging social media content and presentation slides. These animations are customizable in terms of timing, direction, and style, allowing you to create polished motion graphics that would otherwise require dedicated animation software.

(January 2025) The storage capacity on paid plans provides ample space for design assets and projects.
Canva Pro includes 1TB of storage, while Teams provides 1TB per team member, ensuring you never run out of space for templates, brand assets, or completed projects. This generous storage allowance means you can keep the entire design library accessible within Canva rather than managing files across multiple cloud storage services.

(January 2025) The pricing structure offers excellent value compared to professional design software subscriptions . Canva Pro costs $15 per month or $120 annually for individual users, while Teams pricing is $10 per user monthly or $100 annually with a three-user minimum. This represents a fraction of the cost of Adobe Creative Cloud subscriptions while providing the functionality that most non-designers need for business content creation.

Mobile app extends Canva’s capabilities to smartphones and tablets, allowing me to create and edit designs on the go. I’ve used the mobile app to make last-minute edits to presentations while traveling, create social media posts from my phone when inspiration strikes, and access my design library from anywhere. The mobile interface maintains most of the desktop functionality while optimizing the experience for touchscreen devices.

The learning resources and tutorials available within Canva is endless. The platform includes contextual tips, video tutorials, design courses, and an extensive knowledge base that helps you discover new features and learn design best practices. These resources are accessible directly within the editor, so you can learn while working rather than needing to seek external training materials.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The export format limitations represent the most significant constraint I encounter regularly.
Canva doesn’t support exporting to professional formats like PSD, AI, or INDD, which means designs created in Canva cannot be easily transferred to Adobe software for further editing by professional designers.

The AI-generated images and videos are provided in low resolution by default, requiring workarounds to achieve high-resolution output that interrupts the workflow.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has eliminated the steep learning curve traditionally associated with graphic design software. Team became productive within hours rather than spending months learning professional design tools, which has been critical for the ability to produce marketing content without hiring dedicated designers or outsourcing every visual project. This accessibility has empowered me to take creative control of our brand’s visual identity.

The platform solved brand consistency challenges by centralizing all brand assets in Brand Kits. Before using Canva, maintaining consistent use of brand colors, fonts, and logos across team members was nearly impossible, resulting in off-brand content that diluted our visual identity. Now everyone on my team has immediate access to approved brand assets, locked templates prevent unauthorized modifications, and I can audit design activity to ensure compliance with brand guidelines.

Canva accelerated the content production speed dramatically. What previously took hours in traditional design software now takes minutes with Canva’s templates, AI tools, and intuitive interface. I can create a complete social media campaign with graphics for six platforms in the time it used to take me to create a single polished image. This speed advantage has allowed me to increase content output without increasing headcount or budget.

The collaboration features solved coordination problems that previously required constant email exchanges, file transfers, and version control headaches. My team can now work together in real-time on designs, leave contextual feedback directly on visual elements, and maintain a single source of truth for each project.
The approval workflows ensure stakeholders review designs before publication, reducing costly mistakes and brand consistency violations.

Canva’s Magic Resize solved the tedious problem of manually recreating designs for different platforms and formats. Previously, adapting a single design for Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and email headers required creating six separate files and manually adjusting layouts for each aspect ratio.
Now I create one master design and generate all size variations instantly with perfect formatting, saving hours per campaign and ensuring visual consistency across channels.

 ### 45. Intuitive design with templates and one-click editing that makes content creation easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Xiomara D. | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What is an intuitive design program that is easy to handle, has many templates, and creating content is easy since it has editing tools that make a difference with just one click?

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The price is sometimes high, and as for the external tools, they are not classified as either unlimited or limited, which confuses you.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No training required, template that allows you to make modifications, stock images, and the school section helps a lot since you have study tools within the canvas.

 ### 46. Effortlessly Keeps Branding Consistent

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elena C. | Licensed Real Estate Professional, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love how easy Canva is to use. It's super convenient because I can start working on something on my phone and finish it up on my computer, and vice versa. I also like that I can share the link of a particular project with a friend if I need help, which makes collaboration so easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The AI portion, I do wish, was a little more robust. But they're getting there. It's slow and steady. I spent a lot of hours learning.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva keeps everything consistent with my brand by storing my brand colors, logos, fonts, and style, making it easy to stay on brand and keep my messaging the same.

 ### 47. Clean, Smooth, and Fast Design Creation with Canva’s AI Tools

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Clean interface that makes designing quick and easy. Platform runs smoothly and makes sharing with team easy. Canva's AI tools speed up creation and enhance design quality. It offers strong value for the features provided and the time it saves.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva requires a paid subscription to use some of the best templates and images. Platform can feel somewhere restrictive for more advanced tools and occasional formatting limitations

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the challenge of creating professional quality designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. Saves time through ready made templates, easy collaboration, and quickly create visuals for presentations and marketing materials.

 ### 48. Essential for Team Collaboration and Brand Consistency

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcos P. | Product Manager, Newspapers, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What we appreciate most about Canva is how it facilitates collaboration throughout our entire newsroom while ensuring our brand identity remains consistent. We use it in that direction every day. The availability of shared templates, brand guidelines, and visual assets enables our team to work both efficiently and cohesively, which is especially valuable when we create YouTube video thumbnails and Instagram posts together.

Canva is also highly effective for standardizing image attributes such as dimensions and file size for news articles, helping us optimize visuals for platforms like Google Discover. This blend of collaborative features, brand consistency, and technical optimization makes Canva an essential part of our daily editorial and social media processes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

On the downside, Canva continues to lag behind more advanced tools such as Adobe Photoshop, especially in areas like detailed photo editing, precise cutouts, and complex retouching. For these specific needs, professional design software is still essential.

Furthermore, some features and workflows are not as intuitive as one might hope, particularly when dealing with more advanced design options. This can make the learning process slower for some users.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps us solve the challenge of producing consistent visual content at scale within a newsroom environment. In a digital media organization where multiple editors and journalists create visual assets daily, maintaining brand consistency and efficiency can be difficult. Canva centralizes templates, brand guidelines, and shared assets, allowing the entire team to work within the same visual framework.

This approach significantly improves productivity, reduces design bottlenecks, and ensures that visual content for YouTube, social media, and news articles is created faster and with fewer errors. In addition, by standardizing image sizes and file weights, Canva helps us optimize images for distribution platforms such as Google Discover, directly benefiting content performance and visibility without requiring advanced design skills from the editorial team.

 ### 49. Canva Makes Design Fast and Effortless with a Huge Template Library

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Broadcast Media | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

“What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to use and edit designs. I can quickly change almost anything in a design without difficulty. I also like the huge variety of templates available, which makes it easy to create different types of designs for any purpose

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike about Canva is that the subscription can be a bit expensive, especially for students or beginners. I also think there could be more discounts and offers for the premium plans.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing professional design skills or hiring designers for every small task. Before using Canva, I needed help from designers for many things, but now I can create and edit most designs by myself quickly and easily without needing assistance.

 ### 50. Simple tool I use for my creative hobbies

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fanette S. | Digital Content & Learning Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I used Canva to update my resume. There are many templates and it’s easy to adjust text and layout. It helped me create a CV that looks more organised than a simple document. Sometimes friends ask how I made it, and I show them how to use Canva for the same thing.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some templates look quite similar and you need to scroll a bit to find something that fits your style. Also a few designs are only available with the paid plan.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easier to create a good looking resume without design skills. Everything can be edited quickly and exported as a clean PDF. It’s simple enough that I can also explain it to others who want to improve their CV.
