## Canva Reviews
 ### 1. Effortless Design with Limitless Potential

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhianshu A. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creatives for socials and making templates for many teams. I find it easy to use, with a very user-friendly interface that doesn't lag. There are a lot of template options, so I don't have to start from scratch, which is great. The ability to easily apply brand colors and fonts makes it a one-stop solution for every creative design need. I've become very comfortable with every aspect of it after using it for about three years and can set it up in just a few minutes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

In video generation, you don't have the background removal option in larger videos. I think there should be an option to remove background in large video, large file size video as well.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is easy to use with a lot of options and templates. It lets me use brand colors easily and has a smooth interface, making it a one-stop solution for creative design needs.

 ### 2. Powerful Design Tool with Intuitive Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcus K. | Social Media Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love Canva's AI integrations and the go-to features like Background Remover and Grab Text. The overall brand of the company is something I appreciate, along with its capability to implement brand guidelines. The entire process of design is simplified, especially for someone like me who doesn't have a formal design background or collaborations with tools like Adobe or Procreate. Setting up Canva was super easy, particularly when implementing brand guidelines, voice, and assets.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The way things are seen and organized on the homepage - I would love to be able to color code folders, have more visual ways of seeing all my designs, and customize the homepage itself. You should have color themes, give us a nice earthy neutral or a deep forest green. Implement more color themes based on the brand guidelines of Canva - more than just light and dark - just to inspire more creativity and make the experience more tailored.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy to translate ideas into reality, enhance designs with AI tools, and simplifies the design process for non-designers.

 ### 3. User-Friendly Design Tool with Time-Saving Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Connor A. | Marketing Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create all my social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, Optisigns, and LinkedIn, as well as print ads, signs, newsletters, and mailing pieces. I love how user-friendly it is and appreciate having so many different effects and stock images to choose from. The template feature is super helpful when I'm short on time because I can search existing templates and make edits without creating from scratch. I like the large amount of font types and the various effects like shapes or picture frames, which make it easy to drag and drop images needed for marketing materials. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and as a non-profit, we got Canva Premium immediately after providing proof. Compared to Microsoft Publisher, Canva is a much better product to use because it saves time and offers design inspiration.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The video editing could improve. Sometimes when I'm trying to line up clips of videos in the editing process it seems to easily get messed up. It seems a little touchy. Maybe just some ability to cut down clips without a sliding tool. I used to use it to immediately upload to OptiSigns but that feature is no longer available.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva's templates save time by providing pre-made designs and reducing the need to start from scratch. It's user friendly and offers diverse fonts, effects, and stock images for easy drag-and-drop marketing material creation.

 ### 4. Canva’s User-Friendly Templates and Integrations Make Design Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is extremely user friendly and has lots of templates to get you started across just about any type of document or graphic type you could ask for. It is super inexpensive for the value that is has and has a lot of resources to help get you started. I love that I can integrate Canva with my social media and other AI tools to help me with the design process.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The only thing I dislike about Canva is the whiteboard feature. I wish it was more robust but I know Canva is more of a graphic design tool rather than a whiteboard tool, so the features are very basic.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes me feel like a graphic designer when I am not a graphic designer. The outputs i produce are quality and Canva always gives me a starting point to work with so I can get to my end result quicker. I also love the brand toolkit which makes it easier to put my brand on everything abd share with my team.

 ### 5. Game-Changer for Design Beginners

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Majid M. | Freelancer, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva has really changed how I work. I use it to make posters, fix photos, and create presentations. It’s very easy to edit things on both the Canva phone app and the website. The tools are simple, so even new users can understand them. I also like that Canva gives many good free features for people who don’t pay. Moving from PicsArt to Canva on my phone was a good choice because Canva has better features and was very easy to set up.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some PDF edits and Malayalam fonts don’t work as well as I’d expect. When I edit a Word file and convert it to PDF, I often run into alignment issues. It’s also hard to manage more in-depth edits, and I’d like to see more color-grading themes available.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a game changer for me. It's easy to edit everything in the Android app and browser, and its editing is easy to understand, even for beginners.

 ### 6. User-Friendly Tool That Delivers Agency-Level Results

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luca B. | Co-Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It is very user friendly, it stays current and often adds new features, it makes it possible to get almost agency-level outputs reachable without technical know-how of photoshop, illustrator, or other professional programs

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It really annoys me that now (I guess due to some copyright rule) you cannot just export the image or pic you need from "elements". you need to create a second page just to find a loophole to the rule and be allowed to download what you really need

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very nice layout in very short time. Also, by far the most efficient tool in removing background from pics or for recoloring icons. Way more effective than the integrated tools in Microsoft office

 ### 7. Intuitive and Resourceful, Perfect for Quick Designs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victor o. | Cyber Defense Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like the access to a lot of resources that Canva offers, and the user interface is very nice and easy to navigate. As someone who's a beginner, I find that using Canva for designs and flyers is quite straightforward. The user interface and user experience are very pleasing, which helps me get more creative. Canva also provides a lot of templates, which makes it easier to develop logos or designs as you can choose many templates and edit them to fit your own taste. The setup was easy and seamless, with an introduction for new users that shows you where to find everything. I'll recommend Canva to my friends and colleagues anytime and give it a score of nine out of ten.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think the pricing of Canva could be improved. There are better design apps, so I think they should work on making it cheaper to attract more users. As a student trying to make ends meet, a special plan for students that is more affordable would be helpful. Another thing that makes Canva less appealing is that sometimes the graphics may be kinda low after exporting the design.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easier to quickly create logos, designs, and flyers for businesses, even with the free version.

 ### 8. A Fantastic Time Saving Disign Tool for Beginners with Great ready made templates

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like Canva because I can use it in several different ways for editing, both for business and for work. I personally love using Canva to edit content for my TikTok page, and I also like using it for business purposes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t like that Canva doesn’t offer better subscription plan options. The price should be lower for users who rely on this app for business and as a social media tool.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve problems by offering different editing tool options. It’s useful for homework and for work tasks as well, and it can also help support better revenue by making it easier to create and edit what you need.

Canva is a great way for teams to work together to create cards, pamphlets, mailings, and more! It's relatively easy to learn, easy to implement organization-wide, and has integrations that are helpful. Our organization uses it frequently as we do most of our design work through Canva! It helps us to easily do our design work, share it with others, and make prints to send via mailings. It's relatively easy to use, the customer service is great, and the features continue to expand!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It takes a little bit of time playing with it to get familiar with how to handle certain tasks.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Design work has been made much easier through Canva, and at a great price! Our designs for mailings, annual reports, etc., have all become much more engaging through our use of Canva!

 ### 11. Effortless Design with Magic Layer Feature

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diksha P. | Freelance Graphic Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for designing creative ads and graphics. It's very easy to use, and it solves problems by providing templates that we can customize. I like the magic layer feature because it separates all the elements from the uploaded image. I simply upload any image, click on the magic layer option, and it separates the elements one by one and removes unnecessary layers. The initial setup of Canva was also very easy and smooth; it was very instructive, and the steps were explained properly. My team loves using Canva and uses it all the time for creating branding stuff.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It can add more features of font style and font texture

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is very easy to use and provides customizable templates, simplifying ad and graphic design for me. I also use Adobe Illustrator to create more things and then move them to Canva.

 ### 12. Canva Makes Polished Designs Easy with Templates, Collaboration, and Built-In Assets

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** YASWANTH REDDY S. | Associate Software Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

🎨 Ease of use: Canva’s drag‑and‑drop interface feels intuitive, so you don’t have to be a professional designer to put together polished visuals.

📚 Massive template library: It offers a huge range of templates—presentations, resumes, social media posts, and infographics—so you can start with something ready‑made, save time, and get inspired.

🌐 Collaboration features: It’s easy to share designs, edit together in real time, and leave comments, which works especially well for team projects or group brainstorming.

🖼️ Built‑in assets: Stock photos, icons, fonts, and illustrations are built in and easy to access, so you don’t have to search around the web for extra resources.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

🎨 Limited advanced control: Canva is great for beginners, but professionals may find the customization options too shallow compared to tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Complex layer management, fine‑tuned typography, and advanced effects aren’t as flexible as they need to be.

📶 Heavy reliance on internet access: Because Canva is cloud‑based, a slow or unstable connection can make the whole experience frustrating and interrupt your workflow.

💰 Freemium restrictions: Many of the best assets—premium templates, stock photos, and brand kits—are locked behind a subscription. If you want more variety, the free version can start to feel pretty restrictive.

🖼️ Generic design risk: Since so many people use the same templates, designs can end up looking similar or “cookie‑cutter” unless you take the time to customize them enough.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

🔌 Integrations
Canva connects with tools like Google Drive, Dropbox, Slack, and social media platforms.
Benefit: This makes it easy to import assets or publish directly, without having to juggle multiple apps.

💡 AI / Intelligence
Features like background remover, text‑to‑image, and Magic Write (AI copywriting) add intelligence to the workflow.
Benefit: You can automate repetitive tasks and spend more time on creativity, making the overall process more efficient.

 ### 13. Transformative Design Tool with Easy Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amber S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva for social media campaigns, ads, and everything promotional for my company. The platform makes the creative process so much easier with templates that have set parameters, allowing me to customize them to my own creativity. This feature is super helpful when I'm in a rush or having brain fog. I also love the different effects that can be used on the fonts, the elements you can add, and the available graphics. It's a wonderful platform overall, and it was so easy to set up, making it one of the easiest platforms to use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I will say alignment of things. Sometimes when you put lines, they try to attach itself to whatever element it's nearby and misaligning them. So I will say, like, alignment of things doesn't necessarily have to be what they believe it is.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes the creative process easier with templates that are customizable, which is super helpful when I'm in a rush or experiencing brain fog.

 ### 14. Fantastic Features, Easy to Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tanay M. | Underwriter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for making greeting cards, birthday cards, and presentations. It really helps by providing templates, so I don’t have to think of ideas from scratch. I love the free stuff it offers and the user interface, which is a lot more user-friendly than other software and websites. Canva is the best website for making presentations and greeting cards, and setting it up was a breeze—I just signed up and started using it. I definitely recommend it to friends and colleagues, giving it a 10 out of 10.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The subscription can be a little cheaper.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me quickly start projects like greeting cards and presentations using templates, saving time brainstorming ideas.

 ### 15. Canva’s Templates + Drag-and-Drop Make High-Quality Visuals Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakshit A. | AI Application Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The template library, combined with the drag-and-drop editor, probably saves me 5–6 hours every week when I’m creating content for my AI project presentations and Instagram posts. Rather than starting from scratch or wrestling with Photoshop layers, I can simply choose a template that’s close to what I need, drop in my screenshots or diagrams, tweak the brand colors, and finish everything in about 10–15 minutes. It’s become my go-to tool for producing visual content quickly without sacrificing quality.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva’s drag-and-drop editor and template library are great, but the aggressive auto-snap and spacing suggestions can sometimes get in the way of fine-grained alignment. As a result, small, pixel-perfect tweaks end up taking longer than they should.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has eliminated the pain of creating last-minute presentation decks for review meetings. I can put together professional-looking slides, including system architecture diagrams, in about 20 minutes instead of spending hours in PowerPoint just trying to make everything look decent. The diagramming tools and smart shapes make it really easy to showcase technical workflows or RAG pipeline architectures to clients, without needing specialized tools like Lucidchart.

 ### 16. Super Easy Design Platform with Great AI and Strong Performances

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Arts and Crafts | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

CANVA is a super easy to use design platform that is perfect for anyone to use whether they're a professional creative or just having a play around. It's easy to use app integrates perfectly with phones, tables, laptops and MacBook's. It always performs perfectly! It has a great AI tool to help you with your creations. The pricing is reasonable and definitely matched the production/service you get. Onboarding is easy as it is such an easy product to use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometime the app is a bit clunky when it comes to downloading files and saving them on my laptop. it appears to me you can only download one thing at a time adn if you try to start multiple downloads, they often fail or get stuck on the progress bar right at the end for ever.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have raised the issue with Canva about downloads recently and they're investigating. They're very responsive, friendly and professional.

 ### 17. Effortless Designing with Canva's User-Friendly Interface

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahallya N. | Integrated Content Strategist, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create social media presentations and simple designs for everyday use. I like that Canva makes designing easy and fast for me, helping me create good-looking content without advanced design skills. What I like the most about Canva is how simple and user-friendly it is. It has ready-made templates and a huge library of elements, and everything is easy to customize. It saves me time and makes designing feel effortless, even for someone without a design background. The templates on Canva give me a strong starting point, so I don't have to design everything from scratch. The huge library of elements like icons, photos, and fonts help me quickly customize designs to match my style or brand. It makes the whole process faster and more creative without much effort. It was very easy to set up Canva; we just signed up, and everything was ready to use right away with no complicated setup or training needed. We switched to Canva from more complex tools because it's much easier to use and quicker for everyday design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing that could be improved is that some of the best elements are in the paid version. Also, it can sometimes feel a bit slow or laggy when working on heavy designs.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes designing easy and fast, even without advanced skills. It saves time with user-friendly templates and a vast library of elements, making the process creative and effortless.

I love that I can put my brand in there and it adjusts everything automatically. I can create any design and with a single click, change it to my brand colors and design. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish the AI worked better. It simply doesn't work as well as I hoped or as other products. It just does not generate the same quality of designs.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva because it provides a simple way to create professional designs. I love the ease of use since I'm not a designer. Plus, I can incorporate my brand and automatically adjust everything with a single click, which is really helpful.

 ### 20. Canva Premium Makes Designing Easy Across Devices

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bahadur M. | Designing Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The multiple range of designing elements that we have been getting after subscribing to premium subscription plan of Canva has made our designing needs much easier. The software is compatible with almost all kind of devices and can be easily accessed through mobile application and other different browsers.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

marke is a software which is completely packed with different type of features and designing elements. It is quite difficult to point out its major cons that would hamper the user experience of this software. But I have used it's free plan as well as paid plan and the one and only major challenge that I used to face while using its free plan was the accessibility of good designing elements. Otherwise if you go for it premium plan then it is one of the best designing software that is available in the market.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to work in teams on a single project and every professional is able to give their best input and make sure that the designs are properly done with max creativity. Even its free plan is resourceful for beginners and they should must try it once because for me it has given the best designing experience so far.

 ### 21. Canva’s AI Tools and Templates Make Photo & Video Editing Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman A. | Ruby on Rails Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is the best app. It provides instant photo editing and lots of ready-made templates. Right now, the AI tools are the best part for me: with their help, I can edit photos, polish them, and change parts of an image. It also has a Magic Eraser.

For video, it provides captions that are automatically generated, and it enhances voice as well. I also edit vlogs, so having all these features in one place helps a lot. Overall, it offers many options to edit and create outstanding photos or videos.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Everything is good overall, but the premium version feels expensive if you’re a small creator or editor. Also, some features don’t feel like what I expected from a premium version. I sometimes face issues with the masking layer, where it doesn’t blend the object or parts as well as professional design tools.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has solved a lot of problems for me. Earlier, I used to make YouTube thumbnails in Photoshop, but now I use Canva. It provides lots of templates, which saves my time, and I can easily make posters for any festival or for college. It also has templates for multiple images, and now I’m using the AI features too for creative object addition or removal.

 ### 22. Effortless Design with AI-Powered Ease

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ramesh A. | Technical Specialist , Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating posters for my social service as well in my career i use it for creating PPTs and notes, and appreciate its predefined templates, which make it easy to create a poster. I like its interface and the options it offers to choose a poster easily. With AI integration, it helps a lot, especially when predefined templates aren't what I expect, as I can build from scratch and use AI to design better posters or optimize existing ones. The initial setup was very easy, which I found helpful.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think it would be really helpful if Canva could incorporate more templates. That would make it easier for us to do our work. Specifically, I'd love to see templates for things like Joy of Giving, Blanket distribution, and care for cancer kids.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva's predefined templates make creating posters easy, and its AI helps design and optimize them. The interface has plenty of options and is easy to use.

 ### 23. Fast, Intuitive Design Tool with Powerful Templates and Magic Studio AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a lifesaver if you need professional designs but aren't a designer. It’s fast, the drag-and-drop tools are intuitive, and the "Magic Studio" AI handles the tedious stuff like resizing or background removal in seconds. Between the massive template library and the Brand Kit keeping your colors in one place, it's easily the best way to knock out high-quality social posts or decks without the headache of complex software.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The biggest downside is that Canva can feel a bit "locked down" if you’re trying to do serious professional work. It relies heavily on an internet connection, so if your Wi-Fi is spotty, the app tends to lag or even crash while saving. Advanced users also get frustrated with the lack of fine control—things like precise layer management or high-end print settings (CMYK) just aren't there. Plus, the pricing has become a bit of a pain; between the monthly sub and the "AI credits" system, it starts to feel expensive, especially when you realize you don't actually own the exclusive rights to the logos or icons you're using.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva basically solves the "high barrier to entry" problem for design by making it so you don't need a degree to create something professional. Instead of spending hours learning complex software or hiring an expensive pro, you can just use the drag-and-drop interface and "Magic Studio" AI to knock out high-quality posts or decks in minutes. It also fixes the headache of keeping your brand consistent; the Brand Kit locks in your logos and colors so everything you make actually looks like it belongs to the same business. For you, the biggest benefit is the pure speed—it’s an all-in-one "Creative OS" that replaces three or four different apps, letting you design, edit video, and even schedule social posts all from one window without the usual technical friction.

 ### 24. Canva Makes Pro Graphics Fast and Accessible

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to quickly create professional-looking graphics and marketing materials without needing a more complex design tool. It’s especially useful for things like social media graphics, presentations, ads, flyers, and other branded content. It helps make the design process faster and more accessible, even when I need to turn something around quickly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is its limitations when it comes to working with layers in more detailed designs. It’s great for quick and simple projects, but when you need more precise control over how elements are stacked, organized, and edited, it can feel restrictive compared to more advanced design tools. That can make more complex design work a little less efficient and flexible than I’d like.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing to create polished visual content quickly without relying on more complex design software. It makes it easy to produce things like social media graphics, presentations, ads, and other marketing materials in a way that is fast and accessible. That benefits me by saving time, simplifying the design process, and making it easier to create professional-looking assets even when working on tight deadlines.

 ### 25. Effortless Design with Preloaded Creatives

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Navjyot L. | Project Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva mainly as a student and club member in the social media team for making presentations, creating printables like stickers, standees, posters, Instagram posts, and stories. I find Canva makes creating easy and convenient compared to traditional software like Photoshop. I appreciate the availability of various pre-loaded creatives, which help me load elements into my creative projects faster instead of having to search elsewhere like Google. The one-tap, almost effortless sign-up process is great, and working in teams is so much easier through the sharing feature.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The AI features are very good but tend to hallucinate. Also, the video editing on Canva is not really that good.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes creating easy and convenient, unlike traditional software. The pre-loaded creatives save time by quickly loading elements, avoiding Google searches. Sign-up is simple, and sharing makes teamwork more manageable.

 ### 26. Ultimate Creative Powerhouse for Fast, Professional Design

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristine E. | Digital Content & Growth Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love the vast library of professionally designed templates and the seamless drag-and-drop interface. The "Magic Resize" tool is a massive time-saver for social media management, and the real-time collaboration features make team feedback loops incredibly efficient and productive

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While the platform is incredibly intuitive, the mobile application can sometimes feel slightly clunky when managing complex layers. Additionally, certain premium elements and advanced export features are locked behind a subscription, which might be a barrier for some smaller teams.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva eliminates the complexity of high-end design software, allowing me to create polished marketing materials instantly. This saves hours of production time and ensures all our visual content remains high-quality and perfectly aligned with our brand's specific aesthetic goals.

 ### 27. Intuitive Design Tool for Everyone

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | Manager, evergreen, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that Canva has a free version, which means I don't have to pay for it or get my company to cover the cost. It's fairly intuitive and easy to use, which helps me create high-quality graphics suitable for publishing without having a design background. The intuitive interface and tools make it accessible for anyone, even those without much graphic design experience. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes it is a little difficult to align certain design elements perfectly on a small scale. Small features like lines seem to sometimes snap into positions that aren't exactly right, and it sometimes takes some tweaking to get things perfect.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to make graphics for articles. It solves the problem of needing design skills by offering easy-to-use tools for creating infographics. I like that it has a free version, making it accessible without payment, and its intuitive design helps anyone create professional-quality images.

 ### 28. Canva Makes Design Fast, Easy, and Surprisingly Professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sekhar G. | Octopus Energy, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What do like best canva ok,Honestly? Canva feels like a superpower for people who don’t want to become full-time designers 😄You open it and immediately feel like, “Oh, I can do this.” No giant learning curve, no scary toolbars. You can go from blank idea → polished graphic in minutes. Great when you need something now, not after a 2-hour tutorial.A lot of them are genuinely well-designed, and even small tweaks make them feel custom.Brand kits, fonts, colors—once you set them up, everything magically matches.Commenting, sharing, real-time edits… it’s way smoother than emailing files back and forth.Basically, Canva lowers the barrier between “I have an idea” and “this looks legit.” That gap is where most creative tools lose people—and Canva nails it.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What do dislike about Canva Ooo yeah, Canva definitely has its quirks. Here’s what bugs me most-You can spot a default template from a mile away unless someone really customizes it.If you’re picky about typography, spacing, grids, or precise alignment, Canva can feel a little “hands tied” compared to Figma, Illustrator, or InDesign. The font library is decent, but if you’re a type nerd, it can feel cramped—even with uploads.Big files = lag city. Especially with lots of pages or animations. You design something, fall in love with it, and—boom—paid element. That moment hurts every time.Multi-page brand systems, advanced layouts, or responsive design workflows get messy fast.So yeah, Canva is amazing for speed and accessibility, but once you want depth, precision, or originality at scale, you start feeling the ceiling.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is basically solving one big problem: good design used to be gated—by skills, time, money, or all three.Canva removes the skills barrier. You don’t need to know layout theory, typography rules, or color harmony to make something that looks polished. That’s huge. When you need a slide deck, social post, flyer, or doc fast, Canva collapses hours of work into minutes. The benefit is momentum—you don’t lose energy before you even start.Hiring a designer or buying pro software isn’t realistic for everyone. Canva gives you 80% of the value at a fraction of the cost (or free), which is incredibly empowering. This one’s underrated. Canva makes people feel creative and capable. That confidence means ideas actually get shared instead of sitting in someone’s notes app forever.Non-designers can create on-brand materials without constantly pinging “the design person.” That frees everyone up—including me—to focus on higher-level thinking instead of formatting fixes. How it benefits me personally:
It lets me focus on ideas, structure, and messaging, not wrestling with tools. I can spin up visuals quickly, test things, iterate, and move on. It’s a creativity accelerator, not a destination.
In short: Canva isn’t trying to replace designers—it’s trying to remove design as a blocker. And honestly? It succeeds way more often than it fails.

 ### 29. Effortless Design with Limitless Creativity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** prasanna k. | Senior SEO Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating featured images and banner images for my blogs. I appreciate that Canva solves the easy creation of creatives without needing hard Photoshop skills. I like Canva makes my featured image creation easier and I can get free stock images from Premium. The Magic Eraser is particularly useful for making edits if I want to update images with more changes. I find it convenient to search for elements or images and get assets to use in my featured image creation. The setup was quite easy, which I really liked.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish Canva could let me edit directly on any image elements regardless of where they were created. Every time I have to start from scratch or make changes to the image, which is a bit of a hassle. For example, if I want to edit something I made from my old files, I can't just edit the image directly. Instead, I have to erase the elements or themes and replace them, so I can't really beautify the existing image in Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for creating blog images easily without needing Photoshop skills. Premium stock images and the Magic Eraser simplify image updates and edits.

 ### 31. Canva Makes Designs easy for Everyday use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Niharika M. | Developer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like mostly Canva as it is very easy to use. Everything is readily available in ready-made templates. I can just drag and drop elements, shapes, text, change colors. My design will be ready in minutes. It is very easy to start using Canva, and I did not need any special setup. I use it very often because it saves lot of time for quick designs. Canva has features like templates, icons, charts.

Canva integrates with other tools like Google Drive, Power Point. There is customer support which helps us easy to access. Canva is there in both web and mobile, so I can use it anytime.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike about Canva is that some good designs, templates and features are locked behind the paid version. When I use Canva for slightly detailed work, it feels a bit limited compared to professional design tools. Sometimes the designs can look common because many people use the same templates.

If I need to do bigger designs or videos, then sometimes Canva will be slow at times. If network is slow, then sometimes browser will hang.
Exporting files in some formats is also limited in free version. It is good for Everyday use but not perfect for everything.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating good-looking content when I don't have design knowledge or do not have much time. Whenever I need to quickly make some posters, presentations, videos, I don't have to depend on a designer. It helped me complete tasks faster and keeps my work clean and presentable.

Canva helps me handle last-minute design needs easily. I can prepare designs without any delays. It keeps a design look neat and professional.

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for my rock band's social media, and I really like how you can manipulate their tools because they are so easy to use. It's great for putting images and cutting them, and you can easily layer one over another. Switching from Photoshop to Canva has been a game changer because it’s much easier to use on phones and tablets. The touch and intuitive main menu make the setup process a lot easier.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think more precision when using the pencil tool. On the iPad, more gestures with the Apple Pencil would be awesome.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create image or mood boards easily for my rock band's social media. The manipulation of tools is straightforward, letting me seamlessly cut images and layer them. It's easier for me and my team to switch to Canva from Photoshop due to its intuitive interface on touch devices.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kapil P. | UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to design social media creatives, presentations, and lightweight marketing assets. I like its drag-and-drop interface and ready-to-use templates that help streamline my design workflows without relying on complex tools. Canva removes the complexity of design by offering ready-made templates and an intuitive editor, making it easy to create professional visuals quickly. I appreciate how Canva is evolving with AI, especially the new AI-powered design assistant and prompt-based editing, which can generate complete designs or campaigns from simple instructions. The AI features in Canva, like prompt-based design generation and Magic Design, help me turn simple ideas into ready-to-use visuals in seconds. I find that Canva reduces manual effort, speeds up iterations, and makes it easier to maintain quality without deep design expertise. What I like most about Canva is its intuitive drag-and-drop interface and vast template library, which make creating professional designs fast and accessible. I also found that the initial setup was straightforward—quick sign-up and the ready-to-use templates made it easy to get started right away.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While Canva is very user-friendly, its advanced customization and precision controls can feel limited compared to professional tools. Also, heavy designs can sometimes slow down performance, especially when working with multiple assets. It would be great if Canva offered more advanced layer controls, finer alignment tools, and better performance optimization for complex designs. Improving export flexibility and version control would also make it more efficient for professional workflows.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to streamline design workflows with its drag-and-drop interface and templates. It removes design complexity, helping me save time, maintain consistency, and create professional visuals quickly using AI features.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It is best loved for its extreme ease of use and massive, versatile template library, which allows non-designers to create professional-quality graphics in minutes.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Common criticisms of Canva include its limited advanced design capabilities—such as vector editing and more complex layering—which can make it a poor fit for professional graphic design when compared with tools like Adobe Illustrator. Users also frequently mention template fatigue and a “generic” overall look, along with rising subscription costs. Poor offline functionality is another major drawback that comes up often.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva addresses the problem of expensive, complex, and time-consuming graphic design by offering an intuitive drag-and-drop platform with thousands of templates. It helps users—especially non-designers—create professional, on-brand visual content in minutes, which can reduce costs and speed up marketing workflows.

Compared to tools like Photoshop or Illustrator, Canva lacks precision features (detailed layering, advanced editing, complex vector work).
Overuse of templates
Since many people use the same templates, designs can sometimes look repetitive or less unique.

I love how everything is in one place. Social media posts, presentations, logos, flyers all done in Canva. The collaboration feature is great too, my team can work on designs together in real time.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Too many good features are locked behind the Pro paywall. The free version feels limiting once you get comfortable with it. Also you don't have full control over design details like in professional tools.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It removes the complexity of design tools entirely. I used to struggle with Photoshop for simple tasks. Now I get things done in minutes and my content looks polished and consistent

 ### 39. Intuitive, Fast, and Versatile Design Platform

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kalyan K. | Not Applicable, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I’m not a designer by trade, but Canva makes me look like one. What used to take me hours in complex software now takes 15 minutes. The template library is massive, and the drag-and-drop interface is actually intuitive. It’s been a lifesaver for my social media marketing and quick client presentations. Canva functions as a 'Low-Code/No-Code' environment for visual communication, saving technical users from the 'blank page' problem. I’m particularly impressed by tools like Magic Expand and Magic Edit, which feel like high-end Photoshop features made accessible via a single click. Magic Switch is a game-changer for creating presentations and resizing them for different platforms with ease. The 'Chronically Online' language support, including internet-culture slang, makes the tool feel like a creative partner. The Brand Kit feature is satisfying as it keeps design elements globally available across projects, ensuring consistency. I also found the initial setup of Canva to be very easy, with no complicated configuration required.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While the web-based nature is convenient, it can sometimes lag with very large, asset-heavy presentations. I’d also love to see more robust alignment and layering tools—similar to what you’d find in Figma or Illustrator—to give more granular control over complex layouts. Additionally, the export options for high-resolution print can sometimes be a bit restrictive compared to professional publishing suites. If you create a complex design in Canva and later decide you need to move it into a professional tool like Adobe Illustrator or Figma for advanced editing, you're mostly out of luck. You can't export a 'layered' file (like an .AI or .PSD). You can export a PDF, but once you pull that into another program, the layers are often flattened or broken. You are essentially 'locked in' to their ecosystem. For someone used to technical precision (like coding or CAD), Canva’s simplified tools can feel a bit 'rubbery.' You can’t truly 'draw' or manipulate anchor points on a vector path. The 'Position' tab is a bit clunky. In a design with 50+ elements, selecting the right one can feel like a game of 'Where’s Waldo.' If you are working on a 100-page presentation or a high-resolution video with dozens of assets, the browser can start to chug. You might experience 'stuttering' when dragging elements or long wait times for the 'Magic' AI features to process. Because Canva is so popular, certain templates and 'elements' (like specific stickers or frames) have become overused. If you don’t customize a template enough, your professional presentation or Instagram post might look identical to three other brands your client follows. It takes extra effort to make Canva designs look 'unique' rather than 'templated.' If you’re designing for high-end physical printing (like a billboard or a premium magazine), Canva’s color management is limited. They don’t offer the deep CMYK color profile controls that professional printers often require to ensure the colors on the paper match the colors on your screen exactly. Canva’s data visualization is surprisingly manual. While you can import a CSV or link a Google Sheet, the charts are mostly non-interactive. As your project library grows, finding things becomes a nightmare. Canva’s folder system is quite basic. It lacks the advanced tagging, version control, or metadata search capabilities that a developer or an organized professional would expect. Canva allows you to 'publish as a website,' but it isn’t truly responsive. It doesn’t allow for CSS-style breakpoints. Its built-in accessibility checks are a bit thin. They have a basic contrast checker, but it doesn’t automatically suggest Alt-text for images using AI, nor does it provide a 'Screen Reader Preview' to show you the reading order of your elements. For someone who cares about the 'feel' of a presentation, Canva’s text engine can be restrictive.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me create professional designs quickly without design skills. Its intuitive interface and vast template library cut down my design time significantly, enhancing my efficiency in social media marketing and client presentations.

 ### 40. Really easy to get designs done

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki E. | Email consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Accessible, lots of templates and elements, the AI chat is awesome, really helpful in being able to just get the vision from my head to the screen without having to figure out exactly how to work the software

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

A couple of basic design things are unnecessarily complicated like outlining text, curving text, mirroring design. Also hard to know which elements are vectors and which are images that can't really be altered. Also making custom size shapes is annoying.
Sharing is a bit unwieldy too. And I wish there were defaults to download settings.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for so many things from personal to professional – my account is one giant mess because I'm always logging in and making things. (Not their fault, they have a great organization system – folders, stars, etc.) Slide design, invoice design, social ads, thumbnails, email signature... the list is endless.

 ### 41. Versatile Design Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aayra P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for school, and it helps me easily make presentations with a pleasing design and organize my ideas well. I really like the range of design options available, especially because I can find templates that match my topics, like a presentation for aquatic science. The initial setup was straightforward as I logged in with Microsoft, and the setup instructions were easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish there was an easier way to record yourself presenting. I don't like how it makes me use my face; I want to be able to use just my voice. Also, if I have a video in the presentation, it doesn't play.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me easily create presentations with pleasing designs and organize my ideas well. With lots of design options, I can find templates that match my topics, like aquatic science.

 ### 42. Effortless Design for Everyday Use

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva incredibly easy to use, whether on the app or web, and it's great that it's available on both phone and desktop. The quick layouts are especially helpful for making fliers and documents quickly. I appreciate that Canva makes editing quick documents and Instagram posts much easier compared to Photoshop, Word, Pages, or Adobe. I use it for all my resumes, CVs, event fliers, and quick promo social media posts, and it's just the best for those tasks. The initial setup was absolutely effortless, and overall, it makes tasks much easier, which is why I've switched to using it instead of Photoshop, Word, and Pages for many things.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the layout guides are a bit too touchy, or maybe I haven't figured out how to lock them in better. It's very drag and drop which can be good or bad. I wish they had some you could lock into place, or more rigid templates maybe. Editing my resume is where this would come in the most handy. Just if they had templates with locked layout guides and aligners, or a way to easily lock them into place and align all of a certain section of text to that one specific guide. Right now things kind of align to each other and it's drag and drop, which can get off, slowly, in the course of one document.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Canva makes editing quick documents and Instagram posts easier compared to Photoshop, Word, or Adobe. I love its quick layouts, simple app or web use, and availability on phone or desktop. It's my go-to for resumes, event fliers, and social media posts.

I use Canva for all of my design needs, from social media graphics to digital product creation. It provides an easy and affordable solution for my design needs. I like that it's versatile, has a ton of features, and is pocket friendly! I appreciate the options to resize all of my graphics automatically, the magic erase feature, a text grab feature, and so many templates. The initial setup is super simple and it's pretty intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I have no complaints but it would be nice to see a text masking feature so you can turn your text into anything you want - floral, shiny gold etc.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for all my design needs. It provides an easy and affordable solution with features like automatic resizing, magic erase, text grab, and numerous templates. Its versatility and cost-effectiveness are valuable for creating social media graphics and digital products.

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What stands out most is how ridiculously easy it is to make things look professional — even if you’re not a designer at all. The drag-and-drop setup, ready-made templates, and huge library of fonts, photos, icons, and elements make designing fast instead of frustrating.
Also big win: everything’s in one place — presentations, posters, social posts, resumes, videos — no steep learning curve, just open and create.
Basically, it turns “I have no design skills” into “wait… I made this?!”

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Limited deep design control
Once you want super precise layouts, advanced typography control, or complex edits, Canva starts feeling… boxed in. It’s not Photoshop/Illustrator level.
• Some templates look very “Canva”
You can spot that generic template vibe from a mile away if you don’t customize enough. Makes designs feel less unique.
• Paywall moments
You build the perfect design and then—boom—Pro element watermark 😭 That last-minute surprise upgrade pressure is real.
• Can get laggy
Heavier designs, lots of elements, or slower internet = things start crawling.
• File organization gets messy
After tons of projects, finding old designs can feel like digging through a digital junk drawer.
It’s amazing for speed and ease, just not built for super high-end, pixel-perfect design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can create decent-looking designs fast
I don’t have to rely on a designer for small things
Less stress, less overthinking layouts
My work/social content looks more professional
I can focus on the message, not fighting tools
Basically, Canva turns “design is hard” into “design is doable.”

 ### 45. Canva’s Templates Make Designing Fast, Easy, and Creative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Santhoshkumar R. | Senior Engineer CFD-FEA, Automotive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The best thing I like is it has multiple templates under each topic that is useful to generate a creative idea also to implement the idea as the outcome. It is very user-friendly and effective. Even if we want to change the style, text, color or any small change , it can be done quickly. It makes the photo editing , poster creation, invitation creation etc... in a very easier way

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I haven’t experienced any dislikes or inconvenient situations while using Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration of AI features with the photo we provide really makes our work more efficient. The integration performance is very useful to turn a simple picture into a creative and attractive one.

 ### 46. Effortless Design with Time-Saving Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlin T. | Digital & Social Media Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for my job as a Digital & Social Media Coordinator, and I love how it makes creating graphics for social media, company intranet, and TV screens so easy. It's a fantastic drag and drop platform that saves me a ton of time compared to traditional tools like Photoshop or InDesign. One of my favorite features is the background remover, which speeds up my process significantly by dealing with non-transparent photos. I also really like the duotone feature for easily changing graphic colors. Additionally, the platform's simplicity and the abundance of features are great. I appreciate the readily available library of templates and elements since they provide a starting point for my projects. Either they're ready to use with some edits or they inspire new ideas. The initial setup was incredibly easy, which I appreciated. Overall, Canva perfectly suits my needs, and I’m very likely to recommend it to others.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The servers go down sometimes. And I also wish there were more advanced photo editing features like on Photoshop. Lasso tool, free transform, etc. The basic stuff that Photoshop has I would like to see in Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva's drag-and-drop ease and tools like background remover and duotone save me time versus traditional software while providing creative inspiration with a library of templates.

 ### 47. Efficient and User-Friendly, Ideal for Quick Projects

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenny W. | Marketing Director, Luxury Goods & Jewelry, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for asset creation for newsletters and social media because it's very easy to use, especially since I'm not up to date with the most recent tools in Adobe. I can figure it out pretty quickly and get the assets I need fast. I like how easy and straightforward it is, and the simplicity of the interface makes it great. The ease of exporting the assets is another thing I appreciate. The initial setup was very easy too.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think for large bulk assets it's not ideal for our catalog. We work with large TIFF files that need multiple assets and need different preparation with layers and syncing. A more robust integration with Adobe or Dropbox could be helpful.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is easy to use, even without Adobe skills, helping me quickly create and export assets for newsletters and social media.

 ### 48. Stunning Designs Made Easy with Canva AI

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aneka B. | HR Manager & Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva for internal communication and creating official company marketing materials. The tools let me edit images beautifully without needing to learn complex programs like Photoshop. I originally appreciated the templates, as they help me with design and concept ideas, but now I find the Canva AI to be the best image creator so far. It provides stunning images, making it easy for me to create simple background images tailored to our brand's needs. As someone who isn't a trained designer, Canva lets me work based on intuition, directing a design from a template and generating custom images for marketing, desktops, lock screens, and screensavers. Plus, the initial setup of Canva was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

-

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Canva helps me create official marketing materials and images without learning complex tools like Photoshop. The templates guide my designs, and Canva AI provides stunning backgrounds tailored to our brand, simplifying image creation for marketing and internal use.

 ### 49. Easy-to-Use Design Tool with Time-Saving Templates

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aashrith M. | Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a very easy-to-use design tool. Even if you don’t know graphic design, you can still create good-looking posters, presentations, and social media posts.

It has many ready-made templates, so you just need to edit the text and images. This saves a lot of time. The free version is already very useful, but the paid version gives more designs and features.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Limited advanced editing compared to tools like Photoshop
Many good templates and elements are only in the paid version
Designs can look similar since many people use the same templates

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes design easy for people with no design skills
Saves time with ready-made templates
Reduces the need to hire professional designers
Brings all design needs (posts, presentations, videos) into one platform

 ### 50. Canva Has Everything I Need—Easy, Powerful, and a Daily Go-To

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kennedi L. | Office & Marketing Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

There's nothing I've tried to do in Canva that wasn't possible. I LOVE all of the features it has and how easy it is to create. It's my favorite content creation tool, I use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There's really nothing I dislike about Canva. It's never given me any issues and has never made troubleshooting hard if there was a minor problem. I will continue to use Canva on a frequent basis and recommend it to others.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a marketing professional and creator, I always need somewhere to create & edit content. I use Canva for literally everything - from creating landing pages to pitch decks to logos, I can do it all with Canva. I have a full-time job and a small side business, and I use Canva to create all branding and marketing assets. I'm part of a few community organizations that require me to create social content, branding elements, flyers and more. Canva solves all of this for me.;
