## Canva Reviews
  ### 1. Intuitive Design with Some Alignment Challenges

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sneha M. | Market Research Analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for designing research posters and presentations for university assignments because it makes these tasks easier and more appealing. There are various elements in Canva that simplify the design process, offering an ease of navigation that other recommended platforms like Word lack. I really appreciate the quirky design templates and suggested color palettes, which save me so much time. Canva's templates not only help frame my content better but also provide new ideas on how different elements can come together. The fonts and various design layouts cater to my needs well. Additionally, many people I know use Canva because it's easier to access.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes it becomes extremely hard to align the contents, especially when adding shapes. Every time I add a shape, I think it would be better if features regarding editing the shape, color, or look of it came first.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to design research posters and presentations. It makes designing easier and more appealing with its elements and templates. It saves time, offers easy navigation compared to Word, and suggests color palettes, making it less daunting.

  ### 2. Canva Respects Your Time—Perfect for Fast, Polished Designs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arjun . | Registration Clerk, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

the best thing about Canva is just how much it respects your time. It’s not trying to be Photoshop, and that’s why it works

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It's a great tool for a 15-minute job, but for "real" branding or complex design work, it starts to feel a bit like trying to build a house with Lego—it looks fine from a distance, but you eventually hit a wall where you just need better materials.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva essentially solves the “barrier to entry” problem in visual communication. Before it existed, if you wanted something to look professional, you basically had two options: pay a designer or spend months learning to navigate the steep learning curve of professional-grade software.

  ### 3. Super Easy & Helpful for designing , Agame changer tool then & still dominating

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saurabh C. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Options to add elements or search any particular element in any design is easy which makes the User experience journey hasslefree.

Able to share the design with my team members for collaboration making and integration of gdrive, dropbox or Google photos too is helpful.

Collection of design are topnotch and that goes for every category be it ads or any apps for which we are trying ti design something .
Price point for a business seems okayish. given that from the average response time for any design changes are always seemless making the performance of the system fast.

AI text to audio and which can then be used for Video is really changing the game, with one prompt acting as an instructions to keep the design camera ready is super helpful .

Only once I had a problem with my subscription which was not reflecting correctly that too was resolved with an interaction with their inbuilt chat Bot installed.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Refining the image generated from the instructions given in form of prompt is not very helpful, it tends to give similar set of images and at times goes in a loop.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Making the design super easy and accessible to all no matter you have a designing background or not.

  ### 4. Highly Customizable, Seamless Setup, with Minor Cost Concerns

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunil P. | Lead Documentation Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for image and video creations, and I find the highly customizable features and integrations very beneficial. The range of templates available for videos and images is exactly what I need, especially when preparing marriage invitation cards or videos. I can easily customize them to fit my requirements and export them in the desired format. I also love that I can share creations directly on social media. The initial setup of Canva was seamless without any hiccups.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some high-end features come with a cost or are only available in premium versions. If I'm using or working on a big size file, then there might be some lags. I think there could be improvements in performance and making high-end features available at a lower cost.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me time with its customizable features and wide range of templates for creating images and videos. It replaces time-consuming tools and allows direct social media sharing.

  ### 5. Fantastic Pro Templates for On-Brand Social Posts and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Willem S. | Property Practitioner, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The Pro version is fantastic. The templates make it easy to create adverts and posts for every social media platform, with straightforward options to customise the size and layout. It also helps us stay cohesive with our branding by using brand palettes, which is especially important in real estate—you have to keep the company “feel” consistent across all designs. It’s great for collaboration, too, which makes it even easier to keep everything aligned. As a web-based app there is no installation to worry about!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It can feel a bit less intuitive for new users at first, but once you get the hang of the interface, it’s a breeze to use.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy for me to make my properties look GREAT across all social media platforms. And in real estate, it’s all about getting EYES on them.

  ### 6. Clean UI, Smooth Integrations, and Strong Performance Even on the Lowest Plan

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The UI/UX is clean and neat, especially for new users, so it’s easy to navigate. All the creation options are neatly categorized on the home page, and the integrations work well. I’ve tried OneDrive and the mockup integration, and both worked smoothly. The AI integrations are also done well—you can remove backgrounds and access many more features even on their lowest paid plan.

Performance is great compared to other tools I’ve tested, and it doesn’t depend on your hardware. Pricing is okay-ish and not too pricey, but honestly, the free plan already includes most of the features. And if you run into any problems, support is live; I usually email them when I need help.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s a limit on the maximum number of uploads you can add to its cloud when creating projects, but honestly, the limit is fine for the free plan. I don’t have many complaints about Canva so far.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is a very broad piece of software and can be used in almost every field, no matter what you do. I personally use it for whiteboards, creating and editing photos, videos, and mockups, and sometimes for video editing too (yeah, it has a beta version video editor). It benefits me mainly by saving me time, because it’s direct and straight to the point.

  ### 7. Canva Made Me My Own Designer

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva has completely transformed how I handle social media and marketing content. The drag-and-drop editor makes it incredibly easy to create professional-looking posts, stories, and ads without needing a design background. I especially love the Brand Kit feature — having my brand colors, fonts, and logos saved in one place means every piece of content stays consistent across platforms. The template library is massive and actually useful, covering everything from Instagram carousels to LinkedIn banners. What surprised me most is how much time I save: what used to take hours in other tools now takes minutes. The magic resize feature alone is a game-changer — I can design once and instantly adapt it for every platform.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The biggest frustration is how many useful features are locked behind the Pro subscription. You'll often find the perfect template or element, only to see that paywall icon on it. The free version feels a bit like a teaser. Also, Canva's export options can be limiting — especially for print-quality work where you need more control over resolution and color profiles. Sometimes the platform can feel slow when working with heavier designs or lots of elements on a single page.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Canva, creating social media content meant either hiring a designer or spending way too long in complicated tools like Photoshop. Canva solves that by putting professional design within reach for anyone. For me personally, it means I can churn out polished, on-brand content for multiple platforms quickly and independently. It's saved me both money and time — I no longer need to outsource simple graphics, and I can react fast to trends without waiting on a design team.

  ### 8. Intuitive and Cost-Effective Design Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating social media posts, print collateral, and video edits. I can start from templates, which helps me save time. I find the video editor fairly easy to use. The resources that come with my subscription are very handy, especially for video editing. I think Canva offers great value for the price, with all the resources you unlock and the AI features. The video editing is intuitive, especially when compared to Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, and it allows me to add royalty-free music and graphics right from the app. Additionally, the initial setup of Canva was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish there were more controls related to video editing—some basic options like zoom and panning, for example.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save time using Canva's templates. The video editor is easy, and I utilize subscription resources to enhance my projects. It's intuitive compared to Adobe, with built-in royalty-free music and graphics, offering great value with included AI features.

  ### 9. Intuitive Design, Perfect for Quick Projects

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul S. | Senior DevOps Engineer, Business Supplies and Equipment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating a variety of content, like presentations, social media posts, posters, certificates, worksheets, and educational materials. What I like most about Canva is its simplicity and huge template library, which makes it easy to create clean and attractive designs quickly, even without professional design experience. The drag and drop interface and collaboration features make design work beginner-friendly and efficient. The availability of elements, animations, and AI tools enhance the design process, making it very smooth and productive. It saves me time by allowing me to design professional-looking content without needing advanced editing skills, and it's especially helpful when I need to create classroom materials quickly. The collaboration tools are great for working with others on presentations or educational content since multiple people can edit and review designs in real-time. Additionally, the AI tools help generate content ideas, remove backgrounds, resize designs for different platforms, and create visuals quickly. Setting up Canva was very easy, and the intuitive interface, along with onboarding tips and ready-made templates, ensures that even first-time users can get started quickly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva works very well overall, but some advanced features are limited compared to professional design software. Sometimes heavy projects become slow on lower-end devices or with weak internet connections. A few premium elements and templates are locked behind paid plans, and more flexibility in layer management and precise editing tools would make it even better for detailed design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me time by enabling quick, professional designs without advanced skills. Its drag-and-drop interface and templates simplify creating presentations, social media graphics, and educational content. Collaboration features and AI tools further enhance ease of use and productivity.

  ### 10. Effortless Design for Students, Rich Features

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lutfa K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

As a 20-year-old student, I find Canva easy to use for all my college assignments. I love the drag-and-drop feature, which allows me to create professional-looking posters and PPT slides without any design experience. The mobile app is very convenient for making quick changes to my work while I'm on the way to college. I really like their free features. The variety of templates and fonts available make designing much easier and faster. The photo editing tools and ready-made elements are helpful, especially when I want my Pinterest posts or thumbnails to look more aesthetic. These features help me save a lot of time when creating presentations, Pinterest posts, and simple designs for projects or social media. The templates already look organized and professional, so I don’t have to start from scratch. I like the fonts and editing tools because they make my content look more creative and aesthetic even without advanced design skills. The initial setup of Canva was really easy for me. I signed up and was able to create my first design within a few minutes without watching any tutorials. The interface feels clean and beginner-friendly, especially on mobile, which made everything simple to understand.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes the mobile app can lag a little when I work on larger designs with many elements. I also wish more premium templates and features were available for free users, especially for students.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva's drag-and-drop is a huge time-saver for me, making design more like a game than hard work. Templates and fonts speed up my creations, making them professional without starting from scratch. The mobile app is handy for quick edits, and photo editing tools enhance aesthetics easily.

  ### 11. A Great Tool for Non-Designers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Drashti P. | Fund administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

You can create polished designs simply by moving elements around—no complicated tools or steep learning curve. From Instagram posts to resumes and presentations, Canva offers thousands of templates that you can customize in seconds. Icons, photos, fonts, videos, and animations are all built in, so you don’t have to hunt all over the internet to find what you need.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Because so many people use the same templates, social posts and presentations can end up feeling repetitive unless you customize heavily. Compared with professional tools like Adobe Photoshop
or Figma, Canva can feel restrictive for detailed editing, precision layouts, or complex branding systems. Large projects can lag, especially with many pages, animations, or uploads. Browser slowdowns happen more often than in native desktop design apps.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

You can create presentations, resumes, social posts, invitations, or business materials yourself without special training.Designing from scratch takes a long time. Canva provides pre-built layouts, brand kits, and quick editing tools. You can produce polished content in minutes instead of hours.

It’s easy to use and includes many of the features I rely on every day. It has integrated seamlessly into my daily workflow. Customer service is great, responds quickly, and we were able to implement it without any issues.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The price can feel pretty high for what you get, and the desktop app isn’t as good as it could be. Overall, it could use some improvement to better match the cost.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s easy to use and includes many of the features I rely on every day, so it’s become a natural part of my routine. It also integrated seamlessly into my daily workflow, which made adoption feel effortless. Customer service has been great as well: they respond quickly, and we were able to implement it without any issues or delays.

  ### 13. Your designs as easy as ABC

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Juan F. | Multimedia Production Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best is that it is easy to use to do so many thing for social media. I love that I can share editing rights with friends. The AI to find or create assets is very helpful, and if I have a problem, support is always available with quick respond. I have never had a problem with canva crashing.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

In my case, I would like to have a figma file exported to canva, in such a way in which I can add motion to that design. (if there is any integration already, maybe I don't know about it yet)

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quick designs, especially to create different size of the same design. Quick motion graphics.

  ### 14. Quick and Reliable Design Tool for Beginners

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sujay B. | Manager, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create thumbnails, simple social media posts, and basic promotional designs. It helps me make clean and professional-looking visuals quickly without needing advanced design skills. Canva solves the problem of creating designs without technical knowledge or expensive software. It helps me save time by providing ready-made layouts, so I don’t have to start from scratch every time. What I like most about Canva is how simple and organized everything feels. The templates give a good starting point, and editing is very smooth. It makes designing less stressful and more efficient. I also like how flexible the templates are. Even after choosing a template, I can easily change colors, fonts, and images to match my needs. The editing tools are smooth and don’t feel complicated, which makes the whole process quick and comfortable. The setup was very simple. I signed up and was able to start designing immediately without any complicated process.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike is that some useful templates and design elements are locked behind the paid plan, which can feel limiting when working on more creative projects. Also, when editing more detailed designs, the editor can occasionally slow down, especially on mobile devices. These issues are not major, but improving performance and offering a few more free features would make the experience better.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating clean and professional designs without needing advanced design software or technical skills. It saves me time by providing ready-made templates and easy editing tools, so I don’t have to build layouts from scratch. This helps me produce content more consistently and focus more on ideas instead of struggling with design setup.

  ### 15. Premium customization that makes it easy to design without being a professional

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge R. | DISPATCHER, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Personalization, and the premium method, which allows you to choose an infinite number of elements, is the best way to design without being a professional designer.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The download method is sometimes not optimal when we try to download several videos from different pages. This is because we might want to download different videos, separated by pages and files, but it doesn't allow us to do so. We have to download the videos page by page for them to count as different files; otherwise, they would all download together at once. I would like this to be optimized to allow more customization when downloading files, particularly videos.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

That allows me to design without being a designer, easy, simple, I use it monthly to create more than 60 pieces, and everything is done FAST

  ### 16. Canva: Empowering Everyday Creativity for Individuals and Businesses.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** LOKENDRA T. | Owner/ Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva stands out for its ease of use and quick implementation—you can start designing within minutes without needing professional skills. The number of features is impressive, from templates and stock elements to AI-powered tools, making it versatile for everything from social posts to presentations. I also appreciate the ease of integration with other platforms, like Google Drive and social media, which streamlines publishing. Customer support is generally responsive, and the platform’s frequency of use is high because it’s reliable for everyday design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While it’s fantastic for quick designs, it doesn’t offer the same depth or flexibility as professional tools when working on very detailed or complex projects. Integration is smooth but not always perfect with certain third-party apps, and support, while helpful, can sometimes take longer for complex issues.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the benefit is clear: it saves time, reduces costs, and empowers creativity. As an individual, I can quickly design social posts or presentations without technical skills, and from a business perspective, it helps produce consistent branding and professional-looking content without needing a full design team.

  ### 17. Canva for Small Nonprofit Teams

I really like how comprehensive Canva is. It offers a lot of value for any nonprofit with a small team, and it takes much of the guesswork out of content creation.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike about Canva is that it can sometimes be difficult to navigate, simply because it offers so many features. If you’re not using it consistently, the new updates and changes can be confusing and take a bit of time to get used to.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve our challenge of having a small marketing team and limited staffing. It makes it easier for us to create quality content and brainstorm new ideas, thanks to the many resources Canva has to offer.

It saves a lot of time when making presentations, posters, or social media posts. Everything feels very beginner-friendly but still powerful enough to create professional designs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I don’t like is that many good elements and templates are only available in the paid version. Also, sometimes the app can lag a bit when working on heavy designs or with slow internet. More offline functionality would make it even better.

Canva helps me create designs quickly without needing advanced software like Photoshop. It’s especially helpful for making presentations, notes, and social media content in less time. This saves effort and makes my work look more professional without needing design skills.

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva makes designing easy by offering a huge range of options, and it also performs really well. Editing is fast and smooth, and it’s quick to change different parts of your design without any hassle.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is the limited range of options when it comes to printing a design. I had a really hard time trying to get my A5 design printed correctly on an A4 sheet, and it ended up being more frustrating than it should have been. I also find the premium price a little high compared with the competition.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s made my day-to-day design work much easier, and the templates help me get everything done faster.

Canva is extremely valuable. It has so many options for the designs you can create and it really makes designing content and branded materials easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Occasionally I experience technical difficulties and have to wait a few minutes before my edits update and are available. Despite this my work is always saved automatically.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva recently launched email features. Using this feature allows me to design email elements, images and links all in one workplace, test my emails and export them to gmail. For me, this process was not as simple using some of the other email softwares that are available.

  ### 27. Canva Streamlines On-Brand Content Creation with Fast, Collaborative Workflows

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how it empowers marketing teams to create high-quality, on-brand content quickly and collaboratively. As Head of Marketing at AOK Events, speed and consistency are critical across event promotions, social campaigns, presentations, and client-facing materials, and Canva makes that process incredibly efficient. The platform is intuitive enough for the whole team to use while still offering professional-level design capabilities. Features like Brand Kits, templates, and real-time collaboration have significantly streamlined our workflow and helped us maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across every touchpoint.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One area where Canva could improve is advanced customization and file management for larger marketing teams. While the platform is excellent for speed and accessibility, there are times when more complex design edits or precise formatting controls feel limited compared to traditional design software. Managing large volumes of assets and templates across multiple campaigns can also become slightly difficult as teams scale. Additionally, occasional performance slowdowns with larger presentations or heavily layered designs can impact workflow efficiency.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the challenge of producing high-quality marketing and event content quickly without relying heavily on specialist design resources. At AOK Events, we manage multiple campaigns, client deliverables, social assets, presentations, and event materials simultaneously, so having a platform that enables fast collaboration and easy content creation is extremely valuable. Canva has helped us reduce turnaround times, improve brand consistency, and empower more members of the marketing team to contribute creatively. This has increased overall efficiency, supported faster campaign execution, and allowed us to maintain a professional brand presence across all channels.

It's especially useful for managing regular content creation work with consistency and better visual quality. The initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, which made it simple to integrate Canva into my workflow. I find tools like drag-and-drop editing and AI features incredibly useful for quick content generation, background removal, and image enhancement.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s not much I dislike about Canva because overall it works very well for my daily creative needs. However, sometimes a few advanced features and premium elements are locked behind the paid version, and occasionally large projects can feel a bit slow on mobile devices.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to quickly create professional-looking media content without advanced design skills. It saves time, ensures design consistency, and improves content quality for media campaigns.

Even if you are an amateur, you can design stunning posters with its ready-to-edit templates and designs. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

When I create flow charts with Canva it's hard to handle the flow arrow.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy to design amazing graphics with drag-and-drop features, perfect for those who aren't skilled in professional tools. It offers ready-to-edit templates to create stunning posters, making it a blessing for amateurs. The initial setup is very easy.

  ### 31. Effortless Design with Abundant Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Health, Wellness and Fitness | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for designing various projects like posters and presentations for my college. I really appreciate the templates option; having hundreds or thousands of templates for the same category makes my work a lot easier. I don't have to start from scratch, and the templates help me feel less confused. I also found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish there were more tools available for free. There are many graphics and templates I want to use, but they're only in the premium pack. I also think Canva should provide or launch a public video on YouTube with tutorials for all the options available on both mobile and PC.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't have to start from scratch with Canva. Its templates make designing easy and help me feel less confused. The vast array of templates in each category simplifies my work.

  ### 32. Effortless Ad Creation, Needs More Design Depth

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is very useful for fast marketing and performance design work. I like that it has built-in integrations like Adobe Stock, so I can quickly use images, textures, icons, and other visual elements without leaving the platform. It saves time when I need to create ads, social posts, or simple campaign assets.

I also like that Canva is easy for non-designers to use. Other people on the team can update copy, replace text, or make small edits without needing to ask the design team every time. This is especially helpful when there is a heavy workload and we need quick, effective design updates.

Canva is also good for creating reusable ad templates, which helps speed up performance marketing workflows and makes it easier to produce multiple variations.

The pricing feels reasonable for the value it provides. I haven’t used support, onboarding, or training because I already have design experience and the platform is easy to understand.

The main downside for me is the AI tools. Features like background remover and image expand are still not strong enough for professional design work. The results are often less clean than Figma or Photoshop, so I still need to use Photoshop for more polished image editing.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva is useful for quick edits, simple marketing assets, and reusable ad templates, but as a designer, I find it very limited when trying to create more polished advertising visuals. It works well for basic layouts, but it does not have enough advanced design tools inside the platform.

For example, there is no strong vector editing workflow, no proper shape builder, and limited control over custom shapes and graphic elements. When I try to create more unique ad creatives, I often have to use third-party tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, or Figma to achieve the final result.

So for simple edits and team templates, Canva is convenient. But for professional ad design, brand visuals, or anything that needs more custom graphic work, the toolset feels too basic.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create ads more easily. It allows anyone in the company to update designs, change text, or replace products, streamlining the creation process and making it more accessible.

  ### 33. Simplified Our Branding Efforts with Intuitive Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anurag S. | Founding Engineer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for branding tasks like Twitter and LinkedIn posts. Canva has really helped us move faster in creating standardized graphics for our entire social media branding. I love that Canva has made graphic designing easy for us; earlier, we had to hire someone for Photoshop, which was hectic. The prebuilt set of components and images in Canva, that are just drop-in replacements, help us quickly develop posts for our social media efforts. The setup was easy and the UI is really intuitive, guiding us through the stuff we commonly use day to day.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Their AI features could be a bit better because finding the initial starting point for a design that I have in mind is really tough, and it involves a lot of scrolling through their design. A lot.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva has sped up our branding work by providing prebuilt components and images, enabling us to quickly create standardized graphics for social media.

  ### 34. Intuitive UI with Powerful Design Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crisann S. | Administrative Assistant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love how easy Canva is to use, making graphic design feel accessible for someone like me who has no experience. Canva's user interface is straightforward and easy to navigate, and I find that it simplifies the process of creating graphics and editing pictures. The search function is a big help, making it easy to find features or elements needed for a design. I appreciate how I can organize projects quickly and with ease. Features like background removal, along with a ton of different fonts and graphics, help me create event promotion materials and graphics for various work projects effortlessly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes a lot of the graphics are for Canva Pro only. I wish it was easier to organize free options when searching for elements. I wish there was a filter option for their search feature.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes graphic design accessible with its easy-to-use UI, allowing me to create event promotion materials and work graphics, even without design experience. Features like background removal and multiple fonts simplify complex designs, and the search function helps organize projects quickly.

  ### 35. Easy and time-saving tool for creating thumbnails and social media content

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva mainly for creating YouTube thumbnails and social media posts for my content. It is very easy to use, and I was able to start designing within minutes without any prior experience. The drag-and-drop editor and ready-made templates help me save a lot of time, especially when I need quick designs. I also like the variety of fonts, elements, and customization options available, which help me create clean and professional-looking thumbnails. I mostly use it on my phone, which makes it very convenient for quick edits anytime.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I don’t like is that many useful templates and elements are only available in the paid version. Also, sometimes it becomes slightly slow when working on bigger designs or when the internet connection is not strong.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of designing without needing advanced skills. It helps me quickly create thumbnails and social media content, which improves my content quality and saves time. Because of this, I can stay more consistent with my uploads and work more efficiently.

  ### 36. Professional design without having an in-house designer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristina J. | Principal CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What Canva contributes the most to us is the speed with which you go from an idea to a finished design without having designer training. We are a small agency without a creative department, so being able to produce content for clients (social media posts, proposal mockups, banners, presentations) without relying on an external freelancer or struggling with Illustrator is what hooks us.
The learning curve is very smooth, anyone on the team starts producing useful material on the first day. The template library is huge and well-categorized, saving you a lot of time when you have a deadline looming. Magic Resize deserves a special mention: you take a design and adapt it to Instagram, LinkedIn, story, and web banner in a couple of clicks, which alone saves hours a week.
The integrations with Google Drive and Dropbox work well to keep assets alongside the rest of the project, and being able to schedule social media posts directly from Canva saves us the step of downloading and uploading to another tool. It works in the browser most of the time, although when working with heavy files, you notice some slowness. The mobile version is impressive for quick edits on the go.
The price is reasonable compared to having to pay for the full Adobe Creative Cloud, and for small teams, the cost per user is worth it. If you compare it to hiring a freelancer for each occasional graphic, the ROI is quite clear.
The onboarding was immediate, we didn't do specific training, everyone started at their own pace. The official documentation covers the usual when a specific question arises. And of the AI features, the background remover and Magic Write I use almost daily, especially for quick mockups when I don't have the final copy yet. They don't replace creative judgment, but they speed up the repetitive parts.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

When you need something beyond what the templates cover, it falls short. For very customized designs or work with vectors and layers, you still need Illustrator or Figma. It's designed for speed, not maximum precision, and that shows.

It also bothers me that many templates that seem available are actually premium. You start customizing one, spend time on it, and when you export, you realize that a couple of elements have a watermark. The line between "free" and "premium" is not always clear while you're editing.

With large files, the editor becomes slow, especially presentations with many pages or heavy images. Exporting large PDFs sometimes takes a long time or directly gives an error and you have to retry. The Brand Kit works, but when you have several clients and want to keep separate brands, maintaining consistency among the team requires more manual discipline than I would like.

The collaborative feature works but is not at the level of Figma, and some functions you would expect to be standard (scheduling with multiple accounts, export for printing, downloads without compression) are blocked in higher plans. For us, nothing is a dealbreaker, but they are things to keep in mind if you expect it to completely replace a professional tool.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a small agency and cannot justify hiring an in-house designer, but we constantly need visual material: social media posts, proposal covers, mockups, banners, presentations... Before, this meant hiring a freelancer for each specific graphic or struggling with Photoshop without having design training. With Canva, anyone on the team can produce something decent the same day.
What stands out the most is the time. Preparing publications for a client or a commercial dossier could take an entire afternoon between searching for templates, adjusting sizes, and exporting formats. Now it's one or two hours, and that directly translates into being able to serve more clients without expanding the team.
The Brand Kit also helps us maintain consistency. Before, everyone made their designs with their own criteria, and the lack of coherence was noticeable. Now we all start from the same base, both for our own agency and for the clients we handle.
In the end, what we gain is producing more visual content, in less time, without relying on external resources. For a small company where the most valuable asset is the team's time, this directly translates into profitability per project.

  ### 37. Incredibly Versatile Tool for Projects Across Work, School, and Marketing

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bless G. | UX Designer and Researcher, Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

It has a lot of versatility in use. I used to use it for small creative projects and have upgraded to using it in marketing, finance, school, event planning and more. I’ve used some inspiration for UX work as well as marketing materials.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think it can be a lot of information to work with for a new person. Sometimes the new features can be a little confusing if you’re not familiar with similar tools like figma.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Mostly these days, I use it for marketing, event planning and design prototyping. For me, this is a great resource to use for building businesses, sharing marketing at a low cost, and also maintain a standard of quality I can put my name on.

  ### 38. Intuitive UI, Versatile Features, Minor Lag on Large Videos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really enjoy the user interface of Canva. It's very intuitive and makes the switch from Adobe Photoshop an obvious move for me, mainly because it's easy to use. I love that there are a lot of templates available, which adds to its convenience. I've also been impressed with how well-made the tools are, and I appreciate the possibility of using royalty-free images and videos. The setup of Canva was really easy, and from the first connection, I could start using it thanks to the well-done UI. It's fairly easy to understand the main functionalities, and the help center is pretty well done, making the whole process very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Sometimes when working on large video files from the web browser interface, it can be laggy and take a while to load.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for designing marketing assets, from ads to social media creatives and videos. Its intuitive UI and templates make it easy to use, especially coming from Adobe Photoshop. It's versatile, easier to use, and instinctive.

  ### 39. Fast Design Solution with Minor AI Flaws

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Souptik D. | Co-Founder, Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love using Canva for various tasks that aren't core product design, like internal presentations, case study layouts, and social media posts. It's efficient for creating professional-looking materials without the need for pixel-perfect vector work. Canva saves me hours on non-core design tasks such as decks and social posts. I appreciate the speed of the platform, where I can quickly transform an idea into a polished visual in minutes. The presentations mode in Canva is smoother than PowerPoint, especially for stakeholder reviews, as I can present directly from the browser without worrying about font mismatches or broken layouts on different computers. Setting up Canva was super easy; I signed up, uploaded our brand kit, and started designing almost instantly.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Vector editing feels limited — I wish I could tweak paths more freely. Also sometimes the AI suggestions miss the mark on design intent or brand tone.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva saves me hours on design tasks like decks and social posts, providing a quick transition from idea to polished visual. Its presentation mode lets me present from the browser without layout issues, making it smoother than PowerPoint for reviews.

  ### 40. Intuitive and Versatile, Perfect for Social Media Designs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Usman Ibrahim M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like how Canva is beginner-friendly. It's very easy to use and you don't need to look for anything complex. They offer a very wide range of templates, and any type of template you want, you can definitely find it there. Even if you don't find a specific one, you'll find one that is very close to what you're looking for. Canva has made designing social media posts much easier because we just select templates and change the text inside them to publish our social media posts. I also appreciate how straightforward the setup process was.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Yeah. Everything actually works, but what I want to be improved is that I just have a suggestion. They should have an AI that if a user tells it the design they want, it should just go ahead and design the template in real time, not by selecting from the predefined templates. I think that should be introduced in terms of the AI features.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Canva makes social media design easy by providing a wide range of templates, which streamlines the process from manual creation to simple text edits and publishing.

  ### 41. Effortless Design with Robust Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dawn B. | Marketing and Communications Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like Canva's user-friendly experience. It's really easy to edit and change things, especially when it comes to design. I really enjoy the Canva AI, which makes it valuable because I don't have to search for different elements. I can just create a custom one using the AI in Canva instead of using a separate AI feature and then exporting it. It's also very user-friendly because I don't have to work in different layers; it's all on the same page. I also switched from Photoshop to Canva because it's very user-friendly for my team.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What could be improved about Canva is the content planner. If we could select a certain page in design rather than using the whole design in a social post, that would be very beneficial. I wouldn't have to create a bunch of separate files and just keep it all on one.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I save time on designing with Canva's templates. It also simplifies social media drafting by allowing me to create and schedule posts directly to LinkedIn without needing to schedule separately.

  ### 42. Convenient Design Hub with Room for Growth

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheetal J. | ICT Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva to be very user-friendly and it's a great collaborative tool. We can easily share designs between teams and work on them together. I appreciate the variety of features that allow us to download designs in different formats, even for printing, which is wonderful. With Canva, I've been able to download pictures for mock printing, t-shirt printing, printed posters, ecards, and cards for printing, all of which have been very useful. The initial setup was pretty easy, integrating well with G Suite, with easy login using Google Education IDs, and the onboarding process for thousands of users was manageable. I also appreciated the variety of designs available to explore and the numerous videos to help get started with designing. Canva serves as a one-stop solution for designing, especially with its AI assistance where you can describe something and have a poster, card, or presentation ready in seconds.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The AI features of Canva are very basic and it lacks built in interactive tools for clickable presentations. Since many people use the same templates, the outcomes become similar.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva's pre-made templates and AI assistance offer a one-stop solution for designing, quickly creating posters, cards, and presentations. It's user-friendly and collaborative, allowing design sharing across teams. Its various download formats are perfect for printing posters, t-shirts, ecards, and more.

From creating a leaflet to a website, brand identity to wedding invitation, anyone can do it on Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Designing, creating and amalgamating without the expertise, inspiration nor time.

  ### 44. Canva Makes Fast, Professional Designs Easy—Even for Beginners

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ANANDA D. | Software Engineering Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is super easy to use, even for beginners, which is I like most about it. The ready made templates and drag and drop tools are the most helpful beacuse they save time and make designing quick and simple. Overall the biggest upsides of using Canva are fast design creation a proffessional look and the ability to work smoothly on both mobile and desktop.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One thing I dislike about Canva is that many useful elements and features are locked behind the Pro version. The least helpful part is the limited customization for advanced designs which can feel restrictive for proffessional users. Overall the downsides of using canva are fewer advanced design controls, and repeated or common looking designs when using popular templates.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of complex design by making everything simple and fast. It helps me save time and create professional looking content easily even without design skills.

  ### 45. Quick, Professional Designs with Room for Image Improvement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angela L. | Digital Marketing Manager , Building Materials, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I love how Canva allows me to create quick and professional-looking designs with speed. The awesome templates really save me time since I don't have to recreate the wheel each time. I appreciate how easily the tools can help me make custom edits to presentations, photos, and text. It's also great that I can create polished flyers or presentations in less than an hour. I really like that I don't have to start from a blank canvas because there's always a template that fits my needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The stock images available on Canva are a bit lacking. I wish there was a larger assortment of images to choose from. It would be great if I could search from a larger assortment of images, so I wouldn't have to pull images from the web or do Google searches and then upload them to Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I quickly create professional-looking designs using Canva's awesome templates, saving time by not starting from scratch. I can easily make custom edits to presentations, photos, and text, and create polished flyers or presentations in less than an hour.

  ### 46. Diverse Templates and Stock Photos Simplify Design

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer S. | Activations Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like Canva because there's a lot of different templates and a bunch of different stock photos that you can use, making it really easy to customize. I don't have to do as much googling and copying stock photos from other places since I can find them right in Canva, which speeds things up. The templates also speed up the process and give me ideas when I can't quite come up with a design off the top of my head. I also feel I'm getting quite a bit for free even though the free version has some limitations.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I haven't used a paid version yet, so you know, sometimes the free version is a little bit limiting and, yeah, that sometimes has caused me to have to do a few workarounds.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for creating logos, resizing pictures, and personal projects like party invitations. It speeds up design work with ready templates and stock photos, reducing time spent searching online.

  ### 47. Intuitive Design Tool, Perfect for Small Business Owners

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for creating graphics and social media content for my small business, and it allows me to do easy graphic design myself without having to hire (perfect for solopreneurs like me/small businesses). It's honestly been a game-changer for my business. I love that it's super easy to use and extremely intuitive, with almost no learning curve. I can make great graphics in no time at all. The initial setup was very easy and quick to set up, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The video editing functionality was really glitchy. It would skip and jump. We'd trim or cut the video, then the trim would move to a different spot randomly.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes easy graphic design possible without hiring, helping me stay in business. It's a game-changer for getting my small business off the ground by allowing me to create graphics and social media content myself.

  ### 48. Versatile Design Tool with Outstanding Customization

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex E. | Student, Public Relations and Communications, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like how comfortable Canva feels to use. After a few years, I've gotten used to opening it up for design requests or fun projects. I really enjoy all the customization options, like different fonts, colors, templates, and stickers. It's great that I can export items in so many formats, from GIFs to PDFs. The initial setup was very simple, allowing me to open up a template and start working with just my imagination. Lately, I won second place in a language department design contest using a sticker I created with Canva. It's very fun to play around with, even outside of project work.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don't like how hard it is to split video clips / insert videos to be edited. I can't zoom in enough for my liking to add a cut or transition into another video and I find myself having to improvise (which I don't like).

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to overcome the challenge of starting a design. It's an affordable platform with engaging stickers for presentations and offers a wealth of customization options, making it comfortable and simple to use for various design projects.

  ### 49. An easy solution for creatives who need to create

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva Pro for work and personal projects. From simple "thank you" card designs to posters to videos, I use Canva often. I don't have a background in Photoshop, and I don't need one to use Canva effectively!

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think $23.99 a month is too high for my needs, but I do enjoy having the "pro" perks.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The company I work for cannot afford to hire an outside source for our marketing materials, nor do we have the budget to hire for this type of position. I'm an amateur "designer" who enjoys it as a hobby and Canva makes it easy for me to also use my skillset to support our company's needs and budget.

  ### 50. Effortless Design with Great Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shoaib S. | People and Culture Officer, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like Canva for its ease of use compared to Photoshop or other heavy software. Since Canva is web-based, it doesn't slow down my computer and allows me to animate and align multiple elements without needing to save a lot of images or photos. I appreciate that you can just search for what you need online. The free model is convenient, even though it doesn't have every image I might use. The quality and number of images available are amazing, and if you're a paying member, there's even more variety. The process of logging in and starting to use Canva is very straightforward, and there’s no learning curve. Anyone can just click, drag, and use tutorials on YouTube to create great artwork projects.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

When I'm working with fonts in different languages like Arabic, the effects I apply tend to break up the font. This isn't an issue in English or languages using English-based letters, but it's a problem with more symbolic languages.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for all media purposes like publications, newsletters, and memos. It's easy to use compared to Photoshop, doesn't slow down my computer, and allows animations. Its web-based nature means I don't need to store a lot of images, and browsing for resources is simple.
