## Canva Reviews
 ### 1. Easy-to-Use Design Tool with Powerful Bulk Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** CJ P. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I absolutely love using Canva; it’s incredibly easy to use. The depth and breadth of the options is unparalleled. The bulk create feature allows us to quickly knock out hundreds of designs in minutes, which is a blessing and helps extend our creative abilities. The additional apps and integrations, such as Google Sheets for bulk uploads and DNS domain integrations for launching test websites, provide substantial benefits in terms of both time and cost savings. These built-in features make Canva indispensable for creating many of our materials and those of our clients.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The conversion over to PowerPoint is often quite clunky. Fonts do not always translate well. Images will shift and resize which can add more time to a project or cost.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva lets us bulk create templated files rapidly, using AI to enhance designs. It offers significant time and cost savings. We appreciate its ease of use, extensive options, and features like bulk create and additional apps that extend our creative capabilities.

 ### 2. Canva Makes Design Fast and Saves time with Ready-to-Use Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lovepreet S. | Graphic Designer and Software Tester, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Simple ready to use templates, it gives me all the rights which are required for a particular user. Selecting any kind template required wheather its an poster/banner or video, Canva makes my work very easy, Earlier i use to use photoshop for minor edits, it takes time, but here in canva, single click to remove the background saves my time, i dont need to open photoshop now, doing changes and exporting in the required format, what else i want,i Design our company posters in canva and its very easy and time saving,
Its like an free employee working for me which reduces my work by 70-80%. Easy to Switch and Maintain teams, no storage limit, i can keep as many uploads i want and the good things is i can place uploads in an particular folder which helps to find the file easily. No alternative for canva for me.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Web View lags a bit, even if i install it using the store on my laptop, its like web view only, if files are heavy or any project which i made is heavy,it takes lot of time, it should have an software version like Corel Draw which can be installed and used and even some features without internet, Basic things it should provide without internet connection, things which can be done at device level. Vector mode & video edit needs more improvement,, Peocessing some data on device will definetly make it ,faster to use, last poin it should provide cdr,psd outputs

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moneyyyy, Previously our company hired an Graphic designer who used to make posters in photoshop, we dont make much posters but we have to pay the designer full time, now in Canva normal user can design simple posters, not only design, just select and edit. Anything that matters in professional world is Time & Money, for me it saves time as com[pared to photoshop and Money as normal employee can select a template and work on it, no graphic designer required. Single Click Background removal, easy to use elements,, in short canva gives full freedom to play with your design and thats what an normal or professional user needs

 ### 3. Our Sprint Reviews Actually Look Good Now and That's Saying Something

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kaleem A. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What stands out most is the collaboration side of it. Our product team uses Canva to put together sprint review decks and roadmap visuals and being able to jump into the same file, comment and edit in real time is pretty convenient. As someone who constantly needs sign-off from multiple people, the shared workspace feature cuts down a lot of the usual back and forth. For a BA who straddles both the technical and business side it's a solid middle ground tool.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The version history is something I genuinely wish was better. When multiple people are editing the same deck during sprint review prep things can get messy fast and Canva's ability to track who changes what and roll back cleanly is not really there in any meaningful way. Coming from a BA background where documentation and traceability matter a lot that gap is something I notice more than most people probably would.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem it's really solving is the communication friction between technical and business teams. A lot of what I do as a BA is translating complex requirements or workflows into something both sides can align on quickly and Canva gives me the visual language to do that without a long turnaround. The benefit is pretty direct honestly. Meetings are tighter decisions get made faster and I'm not showing up with a wall of text in a Google Doc asking people to use their imagination.

 ### 4. Clean, Intuitive Design That Makes Creating High-Quality Visuals Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mathilde L. | CSM Team Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it is to use. It has a clean, intuitive design that makes it simple to create high-quality visuals without spending hours on them or needing any professional design experience.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that organizing and finding existing designs isn’t very intuitive. When working with projects or team folders, the structure can feel a bit unclear, and the search function tends to prioritize creating new designs over locating existing ones. As a result, I sometimes spend unnecessary time trying to find files I’ve already created.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps solve the challenge of creating professional, visually appealing content without needing strong design skills or a lot of time. It provides templates, inspiration, and easy-to-use tools that make it much easier to get started and stay creative.

This benefits me by saving time, reducing the effort needed to produce high-quality designs, and making it possible to quickly create content that looks polished and on-brand -even without a design background.

 ### 5. Intuitive, Free Tool for Quick Edits and Collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joydeep P. | Free lancer , web dev, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really value that Canva is free and offers plenty of editing options, allowing me to add and change things easily. Its user interface is incredibly easy to understand and navigate through. One feature I particularly like is the ability to drop files directly from my download tab into Canva and start editing right away. This feature saves me the hassle of locating files, which saves time and lets me get going with editing without a hitch. The initial setup was also very easy, just requiring a log in and then everything is available for use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It feels it's a lot at times, like things that are not necessary are there too.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is free, provides easy editing, and I love that I can drop files directly into it to start working. It saves me time by simplifying file location and editing.

 ### 6. Easy to Use, Pro-Quality Templates and Fast Team Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sumit M. | Junior Software Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most is how incredibly easy it is to use while still offering professional-quality templates. I can create stunning social media graphics, presentations, and marketing materials in minutes, even without any design background. The drag-and-drop editor and massive library of stock photos, fonts, and illustrations eliminate the need for separate design tools or expensive assets. Real-time team collaboration also allows team members to comment, edit, and approve designs simultaneously, which helps streamline the feedback loop.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is the increasing paywall creep. Many templates, elements, and even basic features like the background remover now require a Pro subscription, which interrupts my workflow with constant upgrade prompts. The offline functionality is also very limited. On top of that, the export quality options feel restrictive, and vector exports often lose quality.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves design inaccessibility—traditionally, creating professional-looking graphics required expensive software and years of training. It also addresses asset fragmentation by offering a unified library of templates, fonts, and illustrations. For me, the benefit is massive time savings: I can quickly produce a polished social post or presentation. It also lowers my stress because I don’t need to coordinate with a designer for every small visual task.

 ### 7. Intuitive UI, Powerful Features That Make Design Fast and Easy

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Davide C. | Head of Sales, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is its UI/UX. It’s incredibly intuitive and well-designed, which makes creating content fast and enjoyable even without a design background. I use it regularly for presentations, social media visuals, and internal materials, and the drag-and-drop experience makes everything feel simple and immediate.

In terms of integrations, Canva fits well into my workflow with tools like Google Drive and Slack, making it easy to import assets and share designs with the team.

From a performance perspective, it’s very reliable. Designs load quickly, and even more complex projects remain smooth to work on.

Considering pricing and ROI, it offers great value. The free version is already powerful, and the paid plan unlocks features that easily justify the cost given the time saved and the quality of output.

The onboarding experience is excellent, with templates, tutorials, and a very low learning curve, so you can start producing content almost immediately. Support and documentation are also clear and helpful.

Finally, the AI features, like text-to-image, background removal, and content suggestions, are a great addition. They speed up the creative process and help generate ideas quickly.

Overall, Canva combines ease of use, flexibility, and powerful features in a way that makes it one of the most efficient tools for everyday design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

There’s not much to dislike, but there are a few areas where Canva could improve.
When working on more complex designs or very large files, performance can occasionally slow down.

While the platform is very easy to use, some advanced customization options are still limited compared to professional design tools, especially for more precise layout control.

Collaboration works well overall, but version control can sometimes be unclear when multiple people are editing the same design.

Finally, some of the best features and assets are only available in the paid version, which can be a limitation for teams relying heavily on the free plan.

Overall, these are relatively minor trade-offs compared to how powerful and efficient Canva is for everyday design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me create high-quality visual content quickly without relying on professional design tools or external support.
Before using it, producing presentations or graphics required more time, multiple tools, or specific design skills.

Now, I can design everything in one place — from slides to social media visuals — using ready-made templates and intuitive editing tools.
This significantly reduces turnaround time and allows me to focus more on content rather than design execution.

It also makes collaboration easier, since I can quickly share designs and collect feedback in real time.
Overall, Canva improves productivity, speeds up content creation, and enables me to deliver visually effective materials with minimal effort.

 ### 8. A Big Help for Small Businesses and Social Media Managers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel A. | store manager, Food & Beverages, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

One of the things I like most about Canva is how much time it saves me when creating designs. The drag-and-drop editor makes it really easy to put together graphics without needing advanced design skills. For example, instead of starting from scratch, I use their ready-made templates for social media posts and presentations, which cuts my design time from hours to minutes.

I also find the AI tools, like Magic Design and background remover, especially useful. The background remover lets me instantly clean up product photos without using complicated software like Adobe Photoshop, which speeds up my workflow a lot.

Another feature I regularly use is the Brand Kit. It keeps my colors, fonts, and logos in one place, so everything I create stays consistent without extra effort. This is really helpful when I’m working on multiple designs for the same project.

An unexpected benefit for me has been how easy it is to collaborate. I can share a design link and get feedback or edits from others in real time, which makes teamwork much smoother compared to sending files back and forth.

Overall, Canva helps me work faster, stay consistent, and create professional-looking designs even without a design background.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside I’ve experienced with Canva is its limited flexibility compared to more advanced tools like Adobe Photoshop. While Canva is great for quick designs, it can feel restrictive when I need precise control over elements, layers, or detailed editing.

Another issue is that some of the best templates, graphics, and features are locked behind the Pro subscription. This can be frustrating when I find a design I like but can’t fully use it without upgrading.

I’ve also noticed that designs can sometimes look similar to others since many people use the same templates. This makes it a bit harder to create something truly unique without spending extra time customizing.

Lastly, Canva can lag or slow down when working on large or complex projects, especially with many elements on one page, which affects my workflow.

Overall, while Canva is very convenient, these limitations can make it less ideal for more advanced or highly customized design work.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing design skills and expensive software to create professional-looking graphics. Before using it, creating visuals meant either learning complex tools like Adobe Photoshop or hiring a designer, which took more time and money.

For me, Canva removes that barrier completely. I can quickly create social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials using ready-made templates, which saves me hours each week. Instead of starting from scratch, I just customize existing designs to fit my needs.

It also solves the problem of inconsistency. With features like the Brand Kit, I can keep my colors, fonts, and logos organized, so everything I create looks cohesive without extra effort.

Another big benefit is speed and convenience. Tasks like removing image backgrounds or resizing designs for different platforms can be done in seconds, which used to take much longer manually.

Overall, Canva helps me work faster, reduce costs, and produce polished designs without needing advanced technical skills.

Nothing. I love everything about Canva at the moment.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of making professional-quality design accessible and fast, without needing specialized skills or expensive software.

Before tools like Canva, creating marketing materials or branded content often required a designer or programs like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, which can be time-consuming and complex. Canva simplifies that entire process.

The benefits:

Saves time – Pre-built templates and easy editing mean you can create polished graphics in minutes instead of hours.
Reduces cost – Eliminates the need to outsource design work for everyday marketing assets.
Improves consistency – Brand kits ensure logos, colors, and fonts stay uniform across everything.
Enables quick turnaround – Perfect for fast-moving needs like social media, email campaigns, and presentations.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is the limited customization and the fact that many designs can feel a bit soulless. The free version is also quite limited, while the premium plan feels costly. On top of that, there’s no offline capability, which can be inconvenient when I’m not connected.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solved my blank-canvas problem, along with the lack of assets and tools, the usual formatting and sizing hassles, and the need for an easy drag-and-drop way to create designs.

It also helps me save time and work more efficiently. The biggest benefit for me is being able to collaborate on designs.

 ### 11. Design Made Quick and Easy, Great for Non Designers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeel M. | Virtual Assistant, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

Canva made life easy. With easy to use templates that helps create professional designs fast. The best about Canva is The drag-and-drop editor, ready-made templates, and huge library of elements save time and effort, even if you’re not a professional designer.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One area where Canva could improve is advanced editing control, like precise alignment, layering, and custom sizing. This can make detailed designs harder to manage and slow down workflow. It also tends to lag with heavy files. Improving performance and adding more refined design controls would make it much better for professional use.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Canva, we struggled with creating professional designs quickly and often relied on complex tools or external designers that consumed lots of time. But now we can easily design high-quality visuals ourselves, which has resulted in saving several hours each week and reducing design costs significantly. No more heavy softwares to use at our workplaces.

It also saves me time when I’m creating a resume or anything else because of the ready-made templates and the easy editing options, which makes the overall experience feel very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside is that many of the better templates and design elements are locked behind the paid version, so the free version can feel a bit limited at times. Also, the platform can sometimes get slightly slow when I’m working on multiple tasks or project designs. Still, for most basic needs, it works really well overall.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva really helps in making things visually appealing and enjoys a seamless process for creating templates. I use it for creating signage or visuals to share internally or post around the office. It's collaborative, which is nice, and it really helps drive efficiency. Canva saves a lot of time, even for someone like me who isn't artistically adept, helping me to make beautiful designs that resonate. Additionally, the ease of setup deserves a score of about 8.9 out of 10. I'm also pretty happy with the overall service from the platform.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think that the AI features and some of the template development and just how that's integrated could use a little bit of work.

 ### 14. Intuitive Design Tool with Room for Improved Photo Organization

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yashar M. | Freelance data analyst, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

For the project where I needed to present my ideas, I chose a template, integrated my content into its structure, and then downloaded it. That way, instead of spending time designing a presentation from scratch, I could focus on the details, the context, and the information I wanted to communicate. It was really easy to use since it was free and very fast, and I only had to log in via Google, so the onboarding process was straightforward as well.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I don’t like that there aren’t folders for organizing photos. It would be really helpful if they added a folder feature so I can sort photos by project and keep everything organized. Also, the AI features feel forced on the user. And integration with Google Slides isn’t available—or at least it isn’t visible enough for me to figure out how to connect it to Google Slides.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me focus on the content without stressing about the design. The drag-and-drop interface is easy to use, and I appreciate having free access. I can also quickly find and add images from the built-in selection, which makes it simple to enhance my presentations.

It genuinely feels like I’m working with professionals—it’s like having a professional service that helps me design what I need in a way that’s clear, polished, and really nice, all for a very reasonable price.

What I value most about Canva is the templates: you tell Canva what you need, and it gives you a starting point you can build on from there. The initial setup was very easy, and overall it’s a very user-friendly tool.

I don’t have anything negative to say about Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 16. Effortless Design with Versatile Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sunny S. | Enterprise Business - APAC, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I create Logos, Flyers, Stickers, Presentations, One Pagers, Instagram Posts, LinkedIn Posts, and Reels with Canva. The templates help a lot in ideation and make it effortless to create unique designs by simply adding content. I really like the ease of use, the ability to download in multiple formats, resizing capabilities, fast outputs, accessibility on multiple devices, and the huge library of creatives. The resizing feature is especially useful, as it allows me to easily resize logos or creatives without worrying about symmetry for various platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook. Switching from Adobe Express to Canva, I find Canva much easier to use, and the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Not sure, but organizing stuff could be easier, and if some AI is used for contextualizing and saving projects in a folder based on keywords or names, it'll be easier.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find Canva's templates handy for ideation and creating unique designs effortlessly. The ease of use, resizing capabilities, fast outputs, accessibility on multiple devices, and a huge library of creatives are really beneficial.

 ### 17. Easy-to-Use Templates, Quality Stock Images, and Time-Saving Brand Reuse

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rishabh J. | Founder, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is a very easy-to-use tool. What I like most about Canva is its pre-built templates, along with the pre-approved sizes for different types of media, such as LinkedIn posts, Instagram posts, presentations, and custom size options for LinkedIn cover images. On top of that, the stock images are very good quality, and I also like the video editing features. Another thing I appreciate is that once the brand credentials are saved, we can reuse them again and again, which saves a lot of time.

We use Canva to manage our company’s social media accounts, develop sales collateral, and handle any other graphic design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva could include more India-specific stock images, as the current selection feels limited and low in number. Also, the dashboard for managing recently accessed files could be more decluttered; right now it gets jumbled every time I open and work on previous files. It would also help if Canva allowed me to rename a file before creating a copy, since that would make organizing versions easier.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps our team design all kinds of graphics and media for our website, blog, and social media accounts. It also supports us in creating sales collateral for the team. Beyond that, we use it for day-to-day image and video editing needs for various purposes.

 ### 18. Canva Makes On-Brand Marketing Easy for Non-Designers

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark W. | Founder, Staffing and Recruiting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I don't come from a graphic design background so for a solo operator such as myself, the ease of working with Canva to create marketing assets for my business has been a real game-changer.

For beginners to design, the range of templates, particularly digital assets for use on social media platforms is a great way to get started; and there really is a design template for every style you could want.

If maintaining a 'brand' feel is important to you, the design features allow you to create a brand pack complete with all your relevant colours and font/text styles.

The platform integrates into all of the popular social media platform so no need to download designs manually in order to post on our preferred apps.

Of late I've been really impressed with the new AI function. Just a few words into the prompt box and the platform creates really strong imagery. I'm still in the early days of using this function, but so far so good!

The introduction of the AI function hasn't slowed down the speed at which the platform operates either. I've noticed no drop off, and the operating speed continues to be snappy.

I find the pricing plans really good value for money. I largely operate on the entry level pricing tier as that works for the size of my operation and what I need from the platform; but there are times where I need a more expansive template or design feature and when that happens I find it easy to upgrade my subscription, and then scale back down when I'm ready.

At the end of the day I can strongly recommend Canva to anyone who is curious. You don't need to be design led to use the platform, it really is that easy to produce on brand marketing assets and tools for your business.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I wish the business pricing tier was more competitive as I would use it more than I do right now. The basic tier works really well for me, and there's nothing I really need the business tier for especially, but some of the design functions do speed things up at times.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is saving me a lot of money in freelancer design fees. About 95% of all my design requirements I now do myself through Canva.

 ### 19. Intuitive Design, Perfect for Quick Team Onboarding

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daryl V. | Marketing Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I find Canva very easy to use and intuitive without a long learning curve. It's simple to understand and not very complicated, which helps when onboarding new team members who can quickly grasp the software and start working. I like that a lot of the elements are drag and drop, which really helps in the creative process. Setting up Canva was really easy; we got it done in less than a day, and it was simple to start using the templates that were available. I appreciate how economical it is, being very accessible with a cheap yearly subscription that includes a lot of photos, videos, and stock images out of the box.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The good thing about Canva being simple is also a downside. Sometimes we have to look to other platforms like Photoshop or Illustrator to do fine work. It has certain limitations because you cannot really do granular work on it. So that's the only downside I think of it. Other than that, I don't really see any issues with the software.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps us easily create marketing collateral, social media posts, and presentations. It's simple, intuitive, and has a short learning curve, making onboarding easy. However, its simplicity means we sometimes need other tools for finer work.

 ### 20. Canva Makes Professional Design Fast and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco G. | Asesor para el cliente, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how easy it makes professional design for non-designers. The most helpful features are the thousands of ready-to-use templates and the drag-and-drop editor. I also love the brand kit tool that saves my colors and fonts. The biggest upsides are that it works entirely in my browser, offers a generous free tier, and allows real-time collaboration with my team. I can create social media posts, presentations, and videos in minutes instead of hours.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that many useful elements, templates, and features like background remover and magic resize are locked behind the Pro subscription. The free version feels very limited once you get used to the premium options. Another downside is that Canva requires a stable internet connection since it is entirely cloud-based. Offline access is very restricted. The image editor also lacks advanced controls like curves, layers, and precision masking, so for complex photo editing I still need other software. Finally, when you export files, the compression can sometimes reduce image quality, especially for print materials.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of needing expensive design software and professional graphic designers for basic visual content. It benefits me by allowing me to create high-quality social media posts, presentations, and marketing materials on my own in minutes. For business, Canva helps solve the problem of inconsistent branding across different teams and platforms. With brand kits and shared templates, everyone in my organization can produce on-brand content without asking a designer for every small change. It also solves the problem of slow turnaround times. Instead of waiting days for a freelance designer, I can edit and publish same day. This saves my business money on external design fees and helps me launch marketing campaigns faster.

 ### 21. Canva is Literally the Best App and I'm a Designer

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cressy T. | Digital Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist , Higher Education, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

As a graphic designer, Canva offers me the ability to share my craft with others. Everyone can use it and their free option is generous! I have recommended Canva and/or implemented it into my workplace for almost as long as it's been around. I've had amazing customer support and have worked with a rep specific to my line of work who was so genuine. Canva has been easy to maneuver since it's start. The browser is my primary go to but the mobile app is pretty user friendly too. It's brand kit section is probably my favorite features. I love having my brand tools at the ready—colors, fonts, logos, graphics, and so much more! Canva provides what seems like an endless amount of templates, ideas, and elements. It changed the template game and I think only for the better.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

My two biggest gripes with Canva are its AI and the lack of an artboard/workspace outside of the active canvas. The AI integration through ChatGPT is disappointing; the two don’t seem to actually work well with each other. I try it every so often to see if it's improved, but I still find the AI to be hallucinatory or banal. I've asked for it many times, but Canva would be even better if it offered a workspace to drag elements off the screen. Figma and Adobe have it and I think if they could get that out, it would bump them back up to the top.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva allows for 'non' creatives to get artsy which in turn allows me to trust them to make something that won't be terrible. The brand kit is a lifesaver for this! I can have an entire repository of our assets from anywhere. I love how responsive the app is when I'm looking for uploads, elements, etc. We pay for the company/team tier which also offers premium designs and content which has saved us in a pinch. I think Canva saves us time and money plus, it's fun to use!

 ### 22. Easy-to-Use, Powerful Design Tool for Creating High-Quality Visuals Fast

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayan M. | Freelance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how easy it is to use while still offering powerful design features. The drag-and-drop interface makes it straightforward to create professional-looking designs, even if you don’t have prior design experience. It also includes a wide variety of templates, fonts, and design elements, which really helps streamline and speed up the creative process. Overall, it’s a great tool for quickly producing high-quality visuals for social media, presentations, and other types of projects.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that, although it’s very easy to use, some of the more advanced customization options feel limited compared with professional design software. A number of features and premium templates are locked behind a paid plan, which can be restrictive if you’re using the free version. Also, designs can sometimes end up feeling less unique because so many people start from the same templates. More flexibility overall, along with stronger advanced editing controls, would make it even better.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the challenge of creating professional-looking designs without needing advanced design skills or expensive software. It streamlines the whole design process with ready-made templates, intuitive drag-and-drop tools, and a broad range of assets. For me, this means I save time and can quickly create visuals for social media, presentations, and other projects, while still keeping everything polished and consistent.

 ### 23. Intuitive All-in-One Design Tool with Great Templates and Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen P. | Finance Manager, Medical Practice, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like best about Canva is how intuitive and accessible it is, even for people without a design background. The drag and drop interface makes it easy to create polished visuals quickly, and the wide range of templates, fonts, and elements helps streamline the design process. I also appreciate how it combines multiple tools; like presentations, social media graphics, and basic video editing into one platform, which saves time and keeps everything organized. The collaboration features are another big plus, making it simple to work with teammates in real time.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that some of its more advanced features and assets are locked behind the paid subscription, which can be limiting for users on the free plan. It can also feel a bit restrictive for more complex or highly customized designs compared to professional tools, since there’s less control over fine details. Additionally, designs can sometimes look similar to others if you rely heavily on templates, which makes it harder to create something truly unique.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of making design accessible to non-designers by removing the need for advanced skills or expensive software. It simplifies the process of creating professional-looking visuals through ready made templates, drag and drop tools, and built-in assets. This benefits me by saving time and reducing the learning curve. I can quickly create presentations, social media graphics, or marketing materials without needing deep design expertise. It also streamlines collaboration and keeps everything in one place, which makes my workflow more efficient.

 ### 24. Endless Design Possibilities with Canva’s Easy-to-Use, High-Quality Graphics

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tosha h. | Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

The possibilities are endless for designs. I have loved all of the added features that come with the paid version. The graphics are of great quality and endless. There have been very few times that I haven't been able to find exactly what I am looking for. I love being able to upload my own files and edit them. Canva is extremely easy to use. What you are looking for is relatively easy to find. I have used Canva multiple times to create projects for my Rise vision board. It worked seamlessly together.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I haven't had very many issues with Canva. The only problem I have had, and I believe it was more operator error than anything, is sharing a project so each person could edit their own version and keep the original the same.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped me with communicating with the parents of my students by enabling me to make eye-catching projects that are hard to ignore.

 ### 25. Fast Designs with Canva’s Easy Templates and Included Resources

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Helder G. | Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva’s pre-set templates make designing so easy. I get inspiration from the different templates, and all I have to do is add my logo, modify the text, and maybe change the colors to fit my brand. It has helped me create beautiful content very quickly, and it’s very easy to use and understand.

Also I like all the resources that are including on my membership, from stock photos to cute graphic designs, makes every penny worth.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

To be honest, there’s nothing I dislike about Canva. It has helped me with so many projects that I’m very familiar with it. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is its AI/intelligence, because it isn’t as good at generating content as other AI chatbots.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helped me solve a lot of communication and branding problems. When I started at this company, it lacked consistency across designs and all the flyers were outdated. Thanks to Canva, I was able to bring harmony to the company’s brand and update the flyers with artistic, beautiful, and professional designs. All with little effort thanks to Canva's performance and tools.

 ### 26. Canva Makes Reels Formatting Easy with Smooth Drag-and-Drop

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ranjeeth N. | Reel Creator & Editor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to format reels, and it’s easy to work with without having to constantly move things around or tweak every design. I can simply drag and drop elements, and the interface feels very user-friendly. I also like that Canva runs smoothly on low-memory devices, and I’m able to keep multiple Canva tabs open at the same time without issues. That’s especially useful when I’m editing reels for different accounts: I can open several tabs with different formats at once, drag and drop the media into each one, and keep changes consistent across them just by switching between tabs. Overall, it’s very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think there are a few issues that should be improved. For example, if I add a text element to a 1-minute video and then drag and drop a 40-second video, the text element should automatically adjust to match the new video length. Instead, the 40-second video ends up behaving like a 20-minute video because it repeats at the end. The element should auto-adjust so it starts at the 20-second point on the timeline and ends at 40 seconds, but right now it starts at 40 seconds and ends at 60 seconds. This really should be fixed. Also, it was somewhat hard to set up Canva for the first time.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to format reels because it’s user-friendly, and I can easily drag and drop elements. It also runs well on low-memory devices and still lets me keep multiple tabs open, which makes it easier to edit the same video for different accounts.

 ### 27. Canva Makes Design Fast and Effortless with Templates and Drag-and-Drop Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritik J. | Software Engineer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What i like most about canva is how simple and user friendly it is even for someone who is not a professional designer, In my day to day work, I use it to create presentations, social media posts, and quick visuals, and it savs a lot of time.
The drag and drop interface makes designing very straightforward, and the availability of templates is a big advantages. it helps me get started quickly without having to design everything from scratch. I also like the variety f elements , fonts and images available within the platform.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One limitation I've noticed is that customization can sometimes feel restricted campared to more adavanced design tools. If you need very detailed or compex designs , canva may not provide fully flexibility.

Also, some useful elements and templates are locked behind the paid version, which can be a limitation for users on the free plan.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva makes it easy to create professional looking designs without needing advanced design skill. Earlier, creating visuals used to take more efforts or required external tools, bit now I can do everything in one place quickly.

It helps improve productivity by reducing the time spent on design tasks and allows me to focus more on content. Overall, it's a reliable tool for creating clean and visually appealing designs for everyday use.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Josh L. | Creative Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

Canva saves me so much time when it comes to designing graphics, posters, print, social media posts, and more. I love that it has the right size for each type of design I need to make. It has a massive library of templates and icons and images to choose from. Plus, I like that you can create brand guides for different brands, so it's easy to choose the correct colors and fonts.

Sometimes the AI options don't always produce the best results. There are so many plugins to use with it that I don't always know which is the best to use. Finally, sometimes the browser lags when trying to do basic tasks in Canva even with good RAM.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to design a variety of graphics in no time at all, and when I'm lost for inspiration I can browse their templates.

 ### 29. Intuitive Design, Ideal for Freelancers

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahesh M. | Freelancer, Media Production, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for formatting reels, and it's easy to use without having to move things or adjust every design. I just drag and drop the elements, and it's user-friendly. I also appreciate that Canva runs on low-memory devices without any issues, and I can have many Canva tabs open at a time. This feature is especially helpful when I'm working on editing reels for different accounts; I can open all the tabs with different formatting at once, drag and drop the media, and make consistent changes across them by switching tabs. It's very convenient.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think there are some issues that should be improved. If I use a text element in a 1-minute video and then drag and drop a 40-second video, the text element should adjust according to the video length. Instead, the 40-second video becomes a 20-minute video because it repeats at the end. The element should auto-adjust, starting from the 20-second timeline and ending at 40 seconds, but it starts at 40 seconds and ends at 60 seconds. This should be resolved. It was somewhat hard to set up Canva for the first time.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for formatting reels because it's user-friendly and I can easily drag and drop elements. It runs on low memory devices allowing multiple tabs, which simplifies editing the same video for different accounts simultaneously.

 ### 30. User-Friendly Tool for Creating Marketing Creatives

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nishat F. | Social media associate, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I’m currently working as a Social Media Associate Intern with the Labour Resource and Migrant Worker Welfare Department, where I use Canva to create awareness posts and other social media creatives.

What I like most is how easy it is to design posts using the ready-made templates. I can quickly edit the text, add icons, and adjust layouts depending on the content requirements. It helps me produce clear, professional-looking designs even without advanced design skills.

It’s especially useful when I need to create multiple posts, because it saves time and keeps the overall design consistent.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

While using Canva during my internship, I felt it has some limitations when it comes to advanced customization. At times, it’s difficult to fine-tune elements to match specific design requirements.

Also, many useful templates and design elements are only available in the paid version, which can feel restrictive when working on different types of creatives.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During my internship, Canva helps me create social media content quickly without needing complex design software. Before, designing posts from scratch used to take much more time, but with Canva’s templates I can put together posts faster and more efficiently.

It also helps me maintain consistency across designs and makes it easier to deliver content on time for awareness campaigns and regular social media updates.

 ### 31. Variety of templates and easy to use and efficient workflow

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aman G. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about this application is how well it supports designing, especially for people who don’t know much about design or don’t have a design background. The standout feature for me is the wide variety of templates available. There are templates for many different domains, and within each domain there are multiple options to choose from, which makes it easy to find something that fits. Overall, it streamlines my workflow and helps me perform better while creating projects.
It is quite frequently used application as it is required in day to day basis.
There is a great ease of implementation with the AI part.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The main thing I dislike is that many of the best templates available in Canva are only in the Pro version, and I can’t access them unless I pay. This creates a limitation while working, because I sometimes can’t move forward with what I’m trying to do if I’m unable to pay for the Pro version. Also, the application lags sometimes when I’m working on larger projects.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem this application solves is that it lets us create more advanced designs even if we don’t know much about design, thanks to its AI feature. Since our family profession involves printing and designing templates, as well as various pamphlets and flex, it helps us a lot in our day-to-day work. Even in my college projects and assignments it helps me a lot.

 ### 32. Canva Makes Fast, Professional Designs Easy with Drag-and-Drop Simplicity

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manthan P. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva's drag-and-drop simplicity is what stands out most — it makes professional-looking design accessible without any steep learning curve. The massive library of templates means you can go from a blank page to a polished result in minutes, which is genuinely hard to beat for quick, everyday design needs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The lack of fine-grained design control is frustrating — things like precise typography settings, advanced layer management, and custom grid systems feel limited compared to tools like Adobe Illustrator. It can also get slow and glitchy with complex projects, and the best templates are often locked behind the paid plan.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the gap between having ideas and lacking design skills. For me as a student, it means creating clean, presentable notes, posters, or presentations quickly — no design background needed, saving time I'd rather spend studying.

 ### 33. A Powerful Creative Tool for Templates, Video Editing, and Branded Watermarks

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew W. | Sales Administration Support, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

It’s a really cool program/site to use. I like that I can upload templates and then have access to all kinds of editing tools and graphical elements. I especially like being able to edit videos and add my company’s corporate watermark, so I can create customized vendor videos with our stamp on them. Overall, it’s great for social media creation, invitations, and just about anything else graphical you want to make.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Some functions required me to do a bit of research to figure out how to pull them off before I could start using the app effectively. It took some time to learn which graphical tools would work for my purposes, and it wasn’t as intuitive as I originally hoped. Once I got the hang of it, though, it worked pretty well for adding watermarks to videos and for creating content for social media posts.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use it to create, edit, and post graphic or video content directly to platforms like Facebook. I can also use different editing techniques, such as adding watermarks to videos or applying different design layouts to social media templates. It solves the problem of having to switch between multiple programs, because everything I need is in one place.

 ### 34. Effortless Design for Everyone with Intuitive Drag-and-Drop and Great Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prapti W. | Account Partner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

how effortlessly it makes design accessible, even if you have zero design background.

The drag-and-drop interface is extremely intuitive, so you can create presentations, social posts, resumes, or marketing materials in minutes without needing tools like Photoshop. Its massive library of ready-made templates saves a lot of time, especially when you’re working under deadlines.

Another standout is collaboration- multiple people can work on the same design in real time, leave comments, and iterate quickly, which is great for team environments.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One downside of Canva is that it can feel limiting once you need more advanced design control. Compared to tools like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, customization options (like precise layering, complex edits, or fine typography control) are quite basic.

Another drawback is that many of the best templates, elements, and features are locked behind the paid version, which can be restrictive if you’re relying on the free plan.

Lastly, performance can lag a bit when working on heavy designs or with large files, especially on slower internet connections since it’s primarily web-based.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of complex and time-consuming design by making it simple and quick.

It helps me create professional visuals without needing design skills, saves time with ready-made templates, and makes collaboration easy—so I can focus more on the message rather than the design process.

 ### 35. Great product, with some unfortunate UX components

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca P. | National Operations Manager, Internet, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

- easy to use or learn as a new user
- easy to edit designs
- free plan can work for most and there is no need to upgrade

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

- the teams paid package where you share your designs with colleagues can be challenging because you have to one by one identify which designs you want to share with the team, versus all designs in that group being public to the team
- we have a paid account, but seeing the paid features with a crown made us think we weren't able to use those features. We eventually realized after a few months that those items were included.
- Sometimes editing the size of something on a design will not let you drag to the size you want, it forces you to align with another object on the page which can be frustrating. I found an alternative where you go in one at a time and change the positioning by a couple points but it's still not the most intuitive or easy to use.
- Customer service doesn't really exist. It's hard to find the contact information and then when you do it's just an email. So you email them and get a different person responding each time and it is a delayed response. I'd much rather prefer a chat bot to speak to a customer service rep while using the product.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

An easy to use design platform for everyone from business to personal at home use. I've used this to design ads for social media, all the way to a funeral video for my grandfather. Both were very easy to do.

 ### 36. Fast, Professional Videos and Graphics with Easy Drag-and-Drop Templates

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dante c. | Media design teacher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I like most about Canva is how quickly I can create professional-looking videos and graphics. The drag-and-drop tools are easy to use, and the ready-made templates and simple animations save me a lot of time. It’s also great for keeping announcements consistent by using the same style, colors, and fonts across everything. For TV announcements in particular, that speed and simplicity make the entire process much easier.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

What I dislike about Canva is that its video announcement tools don’t offer many options compared with more advanced editing software. The timeline can also be difficult to work with, especially when I’m trying to line up audio and visuals precisely. Overall, it can feel limiting when I want more control over motion or more detailed effects. Because of that, creating more complex video projects in Canva can be frustrating.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating videos and graphics quickly, without needing advanced design skills. It offers an easy, fast way to make announcements that still look clean and professional. For me, that means I save time while my work looks more polished. It also makes it simpler to create consistent content without putting in a lot of extra effort.

 ### 37. Intuitive, Beginner-Friendly Design with Plenty of Creative Options

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sophie E. | Talent Acquisition Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I really like about Canva is how easy it is to use. The interface is very intuitive, so even if you’ve never designed anything before, you can quickly figure out how to create something that looks professional.

It also offers a wide range of design features and templates, which makes it simple to customise projects for different purposes—whether it’s presentations, social media posts, or posters. There’s a lot of flexibility without it feeling overwhelming.

Overall, I think Canva is especially great for beginners because it removes a lot of the complexity that usually comes with design software, while still giving you plenty of creative options.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I would like to have more help guides on how to do certain things and use features I am not familiar with as i often find myself googling how to do things

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

allowing me to design with ease

 ### 38. Canvas

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tatiana A. | WordPress Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is basically built for one core problem: you need something that looks good, but you either don’t have design skills or don’t want to spend hours creating it. It removes the friction of traditional design tools and replaces it with speed and simplicity. Instead of learning complex software, you’re mostly editing pre-made structures that already work.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

That said, Canva definitely has limitations. The biggest one is that you hit a ceiling pretty quickly if you care about design details. It’s not built for precision or deep customization, so more advanced users often feel constrained. You can’t fine-tune things the way you can in professional tools, and that becomes frustrating once you move beyond basic needs.
There’s also the issue of designs starting to look similar. Because so many people rely on the same templates and assets, it’s often easy to recognize something that was made in Canva. If originality or strong branding matters, that can be a drawback.
Another downside is how many useful features are locked behind the paid version. The free version works, but over time it starts to feel limited, especially when you run into things like resizing designs or accessing better assets. Performance can also be inconsistent, particularly with larger or more complex projects, where it may lag or feel cluttered.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What stands out immediately is how easy it is to use. The interface is extremely intuitive, and most people can figure it out in minutes. That’s not something you can say about tools like Photoshop or Illustrator. Canva lowers the barrier so much that design stops feeling like a specialized skill and starts feeling more like editing a document. That’s a big deal, especially for small businesses, students, or content creators who just need things done quickly.
Another major strength is the template system. You’re rarely starting from a blank page, which saves a huge amount of time. Whether it’s a social media post, a presentation, or a flyer, there’s usually something close to what you need already built. You just tweak it instead of creating from scratch, and that alone can turn hours of work into minutes.
It’s also become more of an all-in-one tool over time. You can create graphics, presentations, short videos, documents, and even schedule content. For a lot of people, that means fewer tools to juggle, which simplifies their workflow. Collaboration is another strong point. It feels closer to something like Google Docs than traditional design software, where multiple people can edit and comment in real time without friction.

 ### 39. Simple and efficient tool for everyday design needs

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Apoorv S. | Branch Operations Manager, Insurance, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva makes it easy to create professional designs without needing any technical skills. In a Branch Operations Manager role, where regular communication and presentation matter, it helps in quickly designing posters, presentations, and marketing materials. The ready templates and simple interface save time and make day to day work more efficient.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

At times, design flexibility can feel a bit restricted when trying to make detailed changes. Some useful elements and templates are locked behind the premium version, which can be limiting. Still, for regular office work and quick designs, it performs well overall.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of creating professional designs without needing design expertise. In my role as a Branch Operations Manager, it helps in quickly preparing posters, presentations, and marketing materials for daily communication. This saves time, improves the quality of work, and makes it easier to present information clearly to clients and team members.

 ### 40. User-Friendly and Affordable Design Tool That Keeps Our Branding Assets at our fingertipsOrganized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian B. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

How user friendly it is. We use Canva for our business cards and to help design our company logo and our stickers for our folders to present to our customers a polished look. I am grateful that it saves all of our images so that it is easy to reorder. The price of Canva is reasonable and affordable. The AI feature is a new feature that we have utilized in creating our designs.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

It is a new platform for me so there is a learning curve. Some of the pages added can disappear, but as I get more familiar with Canva I feel confident that I will be able to keep my saved designs from disappearing.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting to design our own company business cards. Before we used Canva we would order from another vendor and we would have to go back and forth during design and now I can work in Canva anytime and from home.

 ### 41. Canva Makes Everyday Marketing Design Easy—From Videos to Carousels

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Manit A. | Brand & Marketing Strategist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva is easy to use and user-friendly. The best thing about Canva is it can do all the things that a marketer or a content creator needs in their daily life. Want to build a video with good elements and graphics? Canva can do that. Want to build carousels? Canva can do that. Want to build quick designs with the help of templates? Canva can do that. Canva is compatible on both devices mobile and desktop which makes it convinient to use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Canva should introduce features for bulk design creation. For example, if I want to generate multiple designs with almost the same pattern and only the content needs to change, I should be able to upload a CSV file, map or define the fields, and then have Canva automatically produce the bulk designs.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps in producing marketing activities that we do for social media, and makes it easier for anyone to use. No rocket science, just log in and start making things that are needed. I use Canva to make static posts for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. With high-quality designed templates,it becomes easier to make things quickly and easily.

 ### 42. Modern Design and Savings with Canva

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Humberto R. | Técnico de TI, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I like that with Canva I don't have to buy programs to install on my PC since I do everything from the web, which saves money. I also love that it has very modern and current designs, and it saves me time because there are already templates to be edited according to my taste. Additionally, the initial setup was completely simple, like creating an email account, which makes it easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Prices could be improved because sometimes I may not always use Canva and I would like to receive some kind of credit for the days I don't use it.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva to create designs and videos without installed programs, saving money and time with editable templates and modern designs.

 ### 43. Streamlined Design with Professional Quality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin K. | Pastor, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva for easy social media content creation and it really speeds up my creation and design process, allowing me to post quicker on different platforms. I also benefit from the AI text to image and voice to image functions when I'm pressed for time. The support is quick and very helpful. Canva is user-friendly, and my designs make me look like a pro graphic designer with many years of experience. Creating short video content and adding audio has never been this easy. The initial setup of Canva was extremely easy and fast.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The auto adjust feature sometimes makes the image pixelate when I design content for larger displays like billboards or posters. The output could perhaps be enhanced to a higher quality so that the image can be blown up to a larger scale.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for easy social media content creation, speeding up my design process and posting quicker. Its AI text-to-image and voice-to-image features are handy when I'm short on time. It makes my designs look professional, and creating short videos with audio is super easy.

 ### 44. Canva’s Templates and AI Make Design Fast and User-Friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan P. | General Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

My favorite feature of Canva is the templates and AI features. It is very easy to find a design that you can incorporate for your event or occasion. It runs smoothly as well, with no issues on page speed. I feel it's very user friendly, with new employees either already knowing how to use it, or picking it up without issue.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

Recently, the upload button was moved from the main tab and moved to further down the page. We use this often with uploading pictures of employees and members to use in designs, so this recent change has slowed things down.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva is the only software we use for designing flyers for events or promotions. It fully supports this endeavor, and with its integration with SOCI, this tool makes outreaching to the community and pulling in leads very cohesive.

 ### 45. Canva Makes Polished Content Fast—Easy, All-in-One Visual Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Himanshu J. | Founder, Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

Canva makes it easier for any non-design person to create good designs, edits, websites, and banner posters without needing to understand the deeper details of design. I’ve mainly used its website feature since I’m a developer, but it also comes in handy when I need to put together promotional content.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The main downside is that some of the more advanced brand, AI, and team features are locked behind paid plans, so the free experience can start to feel a bit limited as your needs grow. I’m part of an organisation, so I don’t really run into that issue myself, but for individual users it could become a problem over time.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the hassle of juggling separate tools for design, presentations, PDF work, and collaborative content creation by bringing everything together in one place. Having all of it in the same place makes the whole process smoother and more straightforward.

 ### 46. Helpful for Creating Health Awareness Posters Quickly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rakesh J. | Consultant Gynecologist and Medical Educator, Hospital & Health Care, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I use Canva to create simple health awareness posters, mainly related to pregnancy care and women's health topics. It helps me design visuals quickly that I can share on social media or sometimes use during teaching sessions. The ready-made templates are very useful and save time, especially when I need to prepare something quickly without much design experience.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

One small issue I noticed is that sometimes it takes time to find the exact template because there are many options available. Also, when internet speed is slow, loading designs can feel slightly delayed. Apart from this, it works well for regular use.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Earlier, preparing health awareness posters for patients and teaching sessions in the hospital required more time and basic design effort. It was not always easy to create clear visual content quickly. With Canva, I can prepare simple posters related to pregnancy care and women's health that can be shared with patients or used during teaching sessions. This saves time during busy hospital hours and helps deliver health information more clearly.

 ### 47. Beginner-Friendly Design with Plenty of Templates and Easy Branding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elizabeth A. | Commerce & Digital Delivery Lead / Product Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I love most about Canva is how beginner-friendly it is. As someone who has used Adobe Photoshop for years, I still find Canva great for anyone just getting started with creating graphics and social media templates, especially people who aren’t very tech-savvy. I also like how many templates they offer for free, along with the premium templates available if you’re paying for Canva. Another thing I find really helpful is how easy it is to set up your branding. It makes it simple to use the templates in their library and edit them so they match your brand style.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

I think one downside of using Canva is that you can almost always tell when the template you’re using was made in Canva, if that makes sense. It can feel like it lacks a certain quality or uniqueness. I also dislike how busy the main screen is. I wish there were an option to customize it more to fit how I work, especially since there are so many options, templates, and different ways you can use Canva.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva solves the problem of quickly creating consistent, on-brand, decent-quality content for social media. It also helps with the challenge of needing a designer to create graphics for our marketing, because it’s so easy to make them ourselves thanks to its templates and stock images. We saw an increase of our content creation by 3x and an increase in our social media engagement rate by 60%.

 ### 48. Feature-Rich Yet Costly for Students

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ayush A. | Finance Management , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I really like the thousands of beautiful templates and custom designs available on Canva. I feel like none of the other platforms provide such a large variety of these designs and templates. The AI PPT maker on Canva is another feature I find very beneficial, especially for students and professionals. Also, the initial setup was great because I didn't face any complications.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

The main problem is that most of the custom templates and formats are paid, which can be difficult, especially for students. I think that some mid-level templates and designs should be free.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Canva for Graphic Design, Web Page Design, and PPT purposes. I like the thousands of beautiful templates and costume designs it offers and the AI PPT maker is very beneficial for both students and professionals.

 ### 49. Effortless, Accurate Image Editing That Beats PowerPoint

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Raghav S. | Private Wealth Management Intern, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

What I really like is how easy editing is, especially when working with images—something I just don’t get with PowerPoint. Most of the time when I try to remove an image background in PowerPoint, it ends up deleting part of the picture as well. With Canva, it’s almost always accurate, so I can get the result I want without losing parts of the image.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

My main criticism of Canva is that it doesn’t handle tables very well. Things like sizing and editing cells in the table feel much easier in PowerPoint than here.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me deliver decks faster, which is my main use case. The software is so intuitive that what takes me 30 minutes to edit in PowerPoint, I can do in Canva in under 5 minutes.

 ### 50. Amazing Free Templates and Effortless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tapas Kumar D. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Canva?**

I appreciate the wide range of free templates in Canva for resumes, videos, invitations, and presentations. It's particularly helpful for someone like me who isn't skilled in video editing or design. I love using the latest trend designs available as free templates and the corporate standard resume formats that help me create standout resumes. The interface is smooth and user-friendly, making it accessible even without prior experience. I also find it convenient to easily download creations in high-quality PDF or MP4 formats.

**What do you dislike about Canva?**

As nowadays AI is in so much demand, Canva could add AI features to automate input as per the chosen template, eliminating the need to fill manually. Currently, I need to select text boxes and adjust the page size manually to see properly. Also, for resume creation and spelling correction, I need to use external AI platforms like ChatGPT because Canva lacks these features.

**What problems is Canva solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Canva helps me with video editing and designing, offering free templates for resumes, invitations, and presentations. The templates and smooth interface allow me to create standout resumes and videos without prior experience.
