We have trouble with LLM models and sometimes it was difficult to received support from Callminer (but the re is a good improvement in the last few weeks). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CallMiner OmniAgent?

I like CallMiner OmniAgent's user-friendly interface, which allows me to navigate the platform without extensive training. I find the easy flow setup and the ability to get an overview of calls and completed campaigns particularly valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CallMiner OmniAgent?

The STT is not very good - we struggle a lot with transcription and the voicebots responses due to poor transcription quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
