**What do you like best about CallmAi?**

What I appreciate most about CallmAi is how easy it was to get started. As a founder, I don’t have a technical background, but setting up our first AI cold calling campaign took just a few steps. 
The interface is simple and intuitive, so I was able to launch and manage campaigns without extra training. 
Integrating CallmAi with our existing CRM took just a few clicks, so all our leads and call activity are automatically tracked without manual work, and the customer support team was responsive whenever we had questions.
We use CallmAi daily and our outbound calls are now completely handled by the AI agents, this allowed my sales team to focus on closing deals instead of endless dialing. There are plenty of features to customize how the agents qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up, which means we can adapt quickly as our sales process evolves. 
For us, the combination of ease of use, smooth onboarding, and flexibility makes CallmAi an essential tool for our lead generation.

**What do you dislike about CallmAi?**

It took us a little time to figure out the best way to structure our call flows for the AI, which was different from what our salespeople were used to. I’d also like to see more analytics. 
These are small things, but worth mentioning.

**What problems is CallmAi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

CallmAi is helping us tackle two major issues: the high cost of scaling our sales outreach and the challenge of reaching new markets. Instead of hiring more reps, we rely on AI agents to handle all our initial cold calls and lead qualification. This shift has kept our costs down and freed up our team to focus on closing deals.
Another big benefit is multilingual outreach. CallmAi’s AI sales agents can speak to prospects in languages our team doesn’t cover, so we’re finally able to enter new markets and connect with customers we couldn’t reach before. It’s made our sales process much more efficient and expanded our business faster than we expected.
