As a founder, I don’t have a technical background, but setting up our first AI cold calling campaign took just a few steps. The interface is simple and intuitive, so I was able to launch and manage campaigns without extra training. Integrating CallmAi with our existing CRM took just a few clicks, so all our leads and call activity are automatically tracked without manual work, and the customer support team was responsive whenever we had questions. We use CallmAi daily and our outbound calls are now completely handled by the AI agents, this allowed my sales team to focus on closing deals instead of endless dialing. There are plenty of features to customize how the agents qualify leads, book meetings, and follow up, which means we can adapt quickly as our sales process evolves.
