"Calljmp Helps Us Build and Run Complex AI Workflows in Production"
What do you like best about Calljmp?

At ZONE3000, we work on a wide range of AI and data-heavy projects, often involving multiple models, APIs, and custom logic. One of the biggest advantages of Calljmp is how it lets us define and manage multi-step workflows in a clean and structured way without overcomplicating the orchestration layer.

Instead of stitching together different tools and writing glue code for every step, we can describe workflows in TypeScript and rely on the runtime to handle execution and coordination. This makes it much easier to standardize how we build AI-powered features across different projects.

Another thing we value is visibility. Built-in observability helps us debug faster and understand how workflows behave in real scenarios, which is especially important when working with external APIs and LLMs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calljmp?

Calljmp is clearly built for developers, so there is a bit of a learning curve at the beginning. Teams need some time to understand how to structure workflows properly to get the most out of it. Good thing the Calljmp team is very supportive and they have and in-product AI Assistant that can guide through those who need help with the initial setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong option for teams that need observable AI orchestration"
What do you like best about Calljmp?

What I like best about Calljmp is that it is developer-first and lets us build AI agents as code, not as rigid no-code flows. That makes it much easier to connect agents to real internal systems, APIs, and data sources. We also value the observability side — logs, traces, and run history make it easier to understand what the agent is doing and improve it over time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calljmp?

The main challenge at the beginning was understanding how an agentic backend differs from a traditional backend or a simple automation tool. There is a bit of a mindset shift involved. More ready-made templates and prebuilt examples for common use cases would make onboarding even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Calljmp Solves the ‘Restart Tax’ with Smooth, Stateful Agent Recovery"
What do you like best about Calljmp?

The best thing is that Calljmp actually solves the "restart tax" problem. I was so tired of my agents crashing mid-task and having to pay for the same API tokens all over again. Now, if there’s a timeout or a flicker, it just picks up right where it stopped. It saves a lot of time and money, and I don't have to build custom logic for every single retry. It’s basically a stateful backend for agents that just works out of the box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calljmp?

A decision maker needs to have a dev to get things going as it is a dev-first platform. Which is actually a plus on the long run but wanted to mention anyway. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Developer-Centric Platform with Stellar Integration Support"
What do you like best about Calljmp?

I like Calljmp because it is a developer-first platform for building agents as code, which means they can be deeply integrated into our existing processes and systems. Our developer can easily connect agents to existing databases, APIs, and internal tools, which makes them function almost as real backend components, allowing them to trigger actions in our systems and understand context. The high level of involvement in the development process is impressive, and their team assisted us a lot when we needed additional opinions. The observability feature is also very important, providing clear traces, logs, and run history so we can continuously improve our AI agents. The setup was smooth and simple, and the support team guided us when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Calljmp?

For us, it was new to discover how agentic backend is different from classic ones and why we even need that separate layer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Practical Way to Build and Deliver AI Features Faster"
What do you like best about Calljmp?

"We often need to move quickly when building AI features for client projects. What stands out about Calljmp is how it helps us go from idea to working solution without spending too much time on setup and infrastructure.

We can quickly connect different our tech, experiment with logic, and turn that into something production-ready without constantly rewriting the same parts. It fits well into our development flow because everything is code-driven and easy to adjust as requirements change.

It’s especially useful when projects evolve - instead of rebuilding things, we can extend existing workflows and keep things organized." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
