## About Callifi
Callifi is a hosted VoIP phone system provider based in Midtown Manhattan. We install, repair, and support business phone systems for offices across the NYC tri-state area. Services include hosted VoIP, phone system repair (Avaya, NEC, Nortel, Panasonic, Mitel, Toshiba, Cisco), SIP trunking, network cabling, business internet, elevator phones, cloud fax, and business texting. We handle on-site installation, configuration, cabling, number porting, and staff training. When something breaks, you call us and a real person picks up — not a call center. Family-run by Gill and Sass. Serving all five NYC boroughs, Westchester, Long Island, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the Hudson Valley.

**What do you like best about Callifi?**

Their customer service is SO good.  They answer the phone immediately - I always get a real person and they solve the problems so quickly.  They helped me pick the best features for my business like voicemail & fax to email, the auto-attendant, and the find & follow me with call forwarding so I can work from anywhere pretty easily.  It's nice to have a real partner who actually cares.

**What do you dislike about Callifi?**

I have not experienced any issues with Callifi thus far.

**Recommendations to others considering Callifi:**

I've been really happy and recommend them.  If you're having any doubts about your current provider, just talk to them.  They have been doing telecom their entire lives and know this stuff inside out.  They will teach you something new about how telecom can fit in better into your business.

**What problems is Callifi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am usually working with people all day and travelling often; so it's hard to pick up the phone and have people find me when I need.  That's why the voicemail-to-email, find & follow me, auto-attendant, and excellent customer service have been so effective in boosting my productivity as well as maintaining a professional and focused reputation.  My phone service has NEVER been interrupted so whereas I used to worry about phone issues hurting my business and causing me to lose revenue, I don't have to worry about that anymore.
