It has a relatively simple design, which makes it easy to use. It’s simple, but it performs the main tasks it is needed for reliably (receiving calls).

**What do you dislike about Callflow Cloud PBX?**

The interface is slightly dated, the log in is clumsy, the availability status is unreliable.

**What problems is Callflow Cloud PBX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to support phone lines for incoming and outgoing calls.
