**What do you like best about Calldorado?**

I have found Calldorado useful for making in-app calls and integrating it with my app has been easy.  Combined with the calls to the specific features of the applications it is an invaluable tool to analyze the users’ actions.

**What do you dislike about Calldorado?**

Something I note is that it still lacks the level of detail I would require for fine-tuning my campaigns. I can’t use information about how the users interact with my application or selected features to retarget them.

**What problems is Calldorado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ever since I’ve integrated Calldorado into the app, I finally found a way to connect the dots between an in-app feature and a phone call resulting in higher call conversion rates.  In this way, the features that cause a call can be determined and it is obvious that these features need to be worked on.

**What do you like best about Calldorado?**

Call tracking is now being incorporated into my Android app by Calldorado. The caller ID data help me know who is calling through the app, thus helping me think of how to develop the features of the app to fit the needs of the users.

**What do you dislike about Calldorado?**

I noticed that it is inadequate when it comes to reporting features. I cannot monitor the calls that have been made for a given period as well as cannot determine which app screens the user has been using before making a call.

**What problems is Calldorado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Calldorado, it is possible to do away with the call tracking that has to be done manually within the app. The caller ID data is useful, and I can use them to make better the app experience of the different customers.

**What do you like best about Calldorado?**

I was satisfied with the fact that Calldorado is perfectly capable to correlate the main functions of my app with the call activity. The additional call data that was delivered to the callers appeared useful for promoting specific offers within the application.

**What do you dislike about Calldorado?**

I faced include call drops and missed connections which greatly affected the smooth running of the call-based advertising. This inconsistency was quite unhelpful for relying on Calldorado as a way to increase in-app interest.

**What problems is Calldorado solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Calldorado provided me with the specific service of providing contextual advertising within the application. It pledged to return user calls to the application’s features, utilizing data such as caller ID for better targeting.
