Call corder also has an option to record automatically. **What do you dislike about Call Corder?** The main thing I disliked about the Call corder is that we do not get the free trial to check the UI of the tool and also there is no free version to check. Also, there is no scheduled recording. **What problems is Call Corder solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem Call corder is solving is about data safety. The calls get recorded for future tracking and hence, for the same, the recording gets saved in the disk. ### 2. -During an ongoing call several options are available like hold, hold on hold recording, start, stop. **What do you dislike about Call Corder?** The only thing I dislike about it is the storage space it occupies per call. Also, the data stored remains a bit scattered. **Recommendations to others considering Call Corder:** The best software for business solutions related to industries like BPO, KPO, where the same information is to be communicated to the customers, it can save time and money. **What problems is Call Corder solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can put a legal disclaimer beforehand the call placing which helps a lot in the call center purpose.
