"Cacoo has been instrumental in my workflow mapping"

What do you like best about Cacoo?

I love that I'm able to create custom icons and workflow elements that fit my specific needs and even save my own reusable templates.

I also love that I'm able to share view-only links with clients that still allows them to add their own comments without worrying about them "messing things up." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cacoo?

I dislike the new "unlimited/borderless" sheets. While it's nice to have more room to spread things out, it becomes very difficult to find your place when you come back to a diagram because there's no anchor starting point. What problems is Cacoo solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed an affordable yet customizable solution for mapping out automated workflows for my clients. I had previously created my own version of a custom workflow mapping tool in Microsoft Excel, but when I found Cacoo I realized just how much manual labor I had been putting into my projects on my own. Although the new sheets are borderless by default, users can still create borders by changing the sheet size in the settings. You can customize the sheet size or use one of the preset sheet sizes.

To switch back to your starting point in the infinite "free-size" canvas, you can always use the "Shift+1" shortcut, which will take you to the diagram you are working on.

Story map template auto prioritizing help when you drop another sticky note on top of an existing one. Need the ability to quickly re-prioritize sticky notes as we stack rank (check out MIRO's implementation) . Really helps move the discussions along quickly when the tool is able to help update drawing. Also wish Cacoo user story maps had jira integration.
