**What do you like best about Business Telecom Services?**

The speed of internet provided by Opus is  amazing and its quite easy to reach out to the customer support team to fix if you face any technical issue.

**What do you dislike about Business Telecom Services?**

I don't know have any reason to dislike opus connectivity.

**What problems is Business Telecom Services solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Majority of our team members are working from home and Opus keep us connected.
