What do you like best about Buildium?

it's super user friendly, we transitioned from a software with many difficulties and we couldn't be happier Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Buildium?

Simplified my financials for property profitability reviews. It makes it so much easier to manage properties and provide access to management companies as well as tenants. Without buildium it would have been impossible to scale. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Works very great for management purposes"

What do you like best about Buildium?

As the title says, Buildium is a very good management software. It can pay my vendors, collect rent/payments from tenants and collect & pay landlords all directly from the system.

However, my purpose for rating it a 8star is because I cannot refund held deposits back to tenants. As I know this feature is in progress, I cannot wait until it is implemented.

Lastly, Buildium in terms of financial support, is limited in nature. It would be 10/10 if I had the ability to connect a accounting software to Buildium. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks, Marilyn! In addition to our wonderful customer care team, be sure to check out our support articles and Buildium Academy for any other help you might need. Owners can enter their banking information if they want to make a contribution to their property's cash balance, but for payments from you to them, you must enter the information. This allows you to ensure your owner disbursements are being routed to the correct account because you've entered it yourself, and it reduces the likelihood of reversed payments due to typos, etc. Hope that clarifies things!
