It has all the basic functions I need from a property management software. It lets me keep accounting and financial information, track maintenance tasks, and create and pay work orders. I really appreciate Buildium’s customer support and technical team. They are consistently working on coming up with better versions of different modules, which greatly enhances my understanding of how the system works and identifies ways of improving it. What do you dislike about Buildium? I dislike the limited report customization in Buildium, as it restricts my ability to add or delete elements as needed.
