How quick software support answers the phone, and how detailed the online help is. The software is easy to use and intuitive. 100% of our tenants use their portal to pay their rent online. In our first year of using this software we've only had to take in and deposit one paper check - which was move-in funds. all other move-in funds and monthly amounts collected from tenants have been seamlessly processed and accurately applied through the software. It was very easy to implement - we did the whole thing in about 1.5 months. I log in every day and the dashboard widgets are very helpful in managing our about 50 doors. Customer support is great on the phone and via email. The features are great and probably their best highlight is the fact that they are constantly improving the software by adding new features and functionality based on user feedback/user-submitted feature requests. User can not only submit feature-requests, but also view all feature-requests submitted by any other user and vote on them. Feature-requests with more votes are reviewed by development team to work on implementing. I feel like every QTR there's a significant jump in features and ease-of-use - love it! What do you dislike about Buildium? sometimes the customer help on email misses the actual question and offers info from a help article I have already read about the subject of my concern, without actually addressing my concern - this doesn't seem to happen when I call in to customer care though, so I usually do that. I wish Vendors could log into their portals to add their requested documents - like insurance, license, W9, banking info support (like voided check copy). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Also correctly applying all funds received, since all tenants use their portal to make payments through the software - leaves n room for manual entry errors. Tracking and staying on top of renter's insurance requirements. Setting up global and property specific things like mgmt fees, late fees, NSF fees, etc. And Paying out all the Rental Property Owners(RPO)!! this is literally couple clicks and all available funds are sent to each RPO at the same time direct to their banks so quick/easy/accurate. Buildium is very user friendly for both staff members and our residents that use the platform. The ease of communication between staff and residents is great. We can use multiple forms of communication with residents, via email and texting. Capturing rental payments are also an ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
