What do you like best about BuildingBlok?

The payment application feature has completely changed how we approve our subs' pay apps. We know longer have to constantly follow up with them each month because they can login to buildingblok and submit their schedule of values, present application and stored material on their own. What do you dislike about BuildingBlok?
