"Easy to detect bugs, integrable with Okta"

What do you like best about BugAware?

It helps in analyzing the bugs at first level and second, I am a Okta user so over that it is available directly as an integration, that is something really cool for me. Okta+BugAware makes the use easier compared to vanilla BugAware. Easy to Implement. Customer Support is not really good, a lot can be improved there. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BugAware?

With advanced tools like Github CoPilot, it lacks the kind of User interface one will desire today and at the same moment, its pricing can be made more flexible to cater more users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BugAware?

1. BugAware is an issue tracking system where bugs are tracked for software defects

2. It is categorized in Incident management tool

3. It works on all web browsers and MS Windows

4. Its UI is not easy to use

5. The frequency of use is not user-friendly
