Okta+BugAware makes the use easier compared to vanilla BugAware. Easy to Implement. Customer Support is not really good, a lot can be improved there. **What do you dislike about BugAware?** With advanced tools like Github CoPilot, it lacks the kind of User interface once will desire today and at the same moment, its pricing can be made more flexible to cater more users. **What problems is BugAware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly it is being used alongwith Okta for tracking down the bugs and sometimes, suggestions/replacements provided by BugAware are helpful. ### 2.
