It helps in analyzing the bugs at first level and second, I am a Okta user so over that it is available direclty as an integration, that is something really cool for me. Okta+BugAware makes the use easier compared to vanilla BugAware. Easy to Implement. Customer Support is not really good, a lot can be improved there.

4. It's UI is not easy to use
5. The frequency of use is not user- friendly
6. It has many features but if we compare with other tools than we have tools better than BugAware
