**What do you like best about BT Contact Center?**

BT products are second to none.  You rarely need to reach out for support.

**What do you dislike about BT Contact Center?**

Support is severely lacking.  Service and simple customer service need a major overhaul.

There Is a bunch of options and other alternatives.

**What do you like best about BT Contact Center?**

If you need assistance from BT tweet them as the social media account is uk based and they can prioritise your issue. We had an issue with our wifi setup after moving house and had a frustrating conversation with the call centre tweeting them had the issue resolved in 24 hours and numerous follow up calls and a discount on our bill. We were really pleased and would use this medium to communicate with BT again. 

**What do you dislike about BT Contact Center?**

Going through to the call centre can be hit and miss and employees are clearly reading from a script which can lead to a frustrating experience.
