If you need assistance from BT tweet them as the social media account is uk based and they can prioritise your issue. We had an issue with our wifi setup after moving house and had a frustrating conversation with the call centre tweeting them had the issue resolved in 24 hours and numerous follow up calls and a discount on our bill.
