**What do you like best about Brighthammer?**

Brighthammer allows me to keep everything in one place. I was looking for specific things in a restoration CMR. Lidar scanning, moister mapping, drying logs, in app form signature, documentation, and photo storage. I am able to do all of this at an affordable cost.

**What do you dislike about Brighthammer?**

That I am unable to get an ESX to transfer into Xactimate.

**What problems is Brighthammer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Brighthammer I was using paper documentation or having to input everything into Adobe and send it for e-signature. This provides me the ability to get on-site signatures stored in one place. The reports flow well and allow me to send them to insurance to tell the whole story. All photos are in one place and I'm not struggling to transfer them all into a Google Drive. 

It has saved tremendous time during pack-outs and inventorying. We are able to photography inventoried items by room and it categorizes them by room.
