Brighthammer Reviews & Product Details

Brighthammer is a fast, simple field documentation app built for independent property restoration companies in the United States and Canada. It combines the ease of a standard photo app with restoration-specific workflows — water mitigation, moisture readings, equipment tracking, dry logs, moisture maps, and an IICRC S500 equipment calculator. Field techs learn it in under 5 minutes with zero training. AI-Assisted Dry Logs use OCR to extract moisture readings directly from photos of your meters, eliminating manual data entry. Photos and notes are organized by room, LiDAR floor plan scanning captures accurate layouts in minutes, and customizable carrier-ready PDF reports, e-signatures, custom forms, and Xactimate (ESX) integration are included. The offline-first architecture keeps working even without a signal — in basements, crawl spaces, and dead zones. Every plan includes flat-rate pricing with unlimited users and unlimited photo storage — no per-user fees, no onboarding costs. Brighthammer is ideal for restoration owner-operators who want thorough, compliant documentation without enterprise complexity or cost. Simple enough to use on day one, powerful enough to run every water job.
