## About BrawoAI
BrawoAI is a review collection tool for small service businesses in Poland that want a simple, organized and compliant way to collect real Google reviews. After a completed service, the owner or staff member enters the customer phone number in the mobile app, web dashboard or Apple Watch companion. BrawoAI sends an SMS with a link. A happy customer can continue to Google Reviews, while an unhappy customer can first send private feedback to the business. The system turns review requests into a repeatable process instead of leaving them to chance. The dashboard shows request history, SMS limits, new reviews, private feedback and AI-assisted reply drafts. A business can react faster to difficult signals, while satisfied customers get a clear path to leave a public review. BrawoAI does not sell reviews, remove negative reviews or impersonate customers. It is not a fake review agency; it is an operational workflow for the moment after service delivery. BrawoAI is built for hair salons, beauty studios, workshops, driving schools, restaurants, pharmacies, dentists, physiotherapists and other service businesses. The free plan includes 25 SMS requests or 5 new reviews from business registration. Paid plans start at PLN 99 per month and scale with SMS request volume.

**What do you like best about BrawoAI?**

What I like most about BrawoAI is how it turns reputation management into a repeatable daily workflow, rather than just another task that gets pushed aside and forgotten. The interface is clean and fast to use, but the biggest value for me is the AI support. It helps me write natural, on-brand review requests and responses that don’t sound generic. Overall, it saves time, keeps customer follow-up consistent, and makes it easier to understand what clients are saying so small issues don’t turn into bigger problems.

**What do you dislike about BrawoAI?**

The main thing I dislike is that BrawoAI still feels like a young product in a few areas. The core workflow for sending review requests and managing feedback is already useful, but I’d like to see more advanced reporting, simpler bulk actions for larger customer lists, and deeper integrations with the tools a business uses every day. A few setup steps also take some extra thought, especially when it comes to team settings.

That said, these feel more like product maturity gaps than deal breakers. The foundation is strong; the next step should be making onboarding, analytics, and integrations more automated and straightforward for non-technical business owners.

**What problems is BrawoAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

BrawoAI solves the problem of inconsistent review collection. Before using a tool like this, it was easy to forget to ask customers for Google reviews, especially when the team was busy right after a service or appointment. BrawoAI turns that into a repeatable process: I can send a request by SMS, track the status, collect private feedback, and respond from one place.

The biggest benefit is that reputation management becomes part of the normal daily workflow instead of a random task that only happens when someone remembers. It saves time, helps me catch unhappy customers earlier through private feedback, and makes it easier to build a steady stream of fresh reviews. The AI reply drafts are especially helpful because they cut down the time it takes to write professional responses, while still letting me edit and approve the final message.
