Often we'll have a customer agree to make a review and then they'll forget about it. It's a great marketing tool for understanding customer needs. You can gather useful information from participant's body language or even the tone of their voice. It also connects to major social media accounts such as Facebook, YouTube, Form stack. Adding video category to surveys helps you to collect more information about your campaign. Another thing I like is it's ability to connect other users to your account. **What do you dislike about Bravo Video?** Bravo Video doesn't have reminder system for our clients. Sometimes clients forget to participate the videos and i wish Bravo Video had a notification system inside of their site. Overall there is nothing to dislike about Bravo. **What problems is Bravo Video solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recording short videos of our clients.
