Occasionally, the platform detects a duplicate and doesn't upload my file and doesn't notify me that it flagged a duplicate. This makes it so easy to use. I love being able to see all of the different categories of images so if I'm looking for print or web, I can easily scan through and find what I need. We currently only have two brands that utilize Brandfolder, which is a darn shame if you ask me. It's such a great tool. I like how one can add Tags against assets to make them easier to search and manage. **What do you dislike about Brandfolder?** I was not able to add a few file types, but then I converted it to other compatible formats so did not impact me much. As a Design Director protecting brands becomes significantly easier with Brandfolder. **What do you dislike about Brandfolder?** It took a while to convince stakeholders that aren't in our field and might not fully grasp the benefits. For example, we update our packaging and renders often. Now we're not afraid that someone is using the wrong render somewhere. We also use the CDN component for shorter load times. It also allows you to enter the application offline, which is very useful, as we can have access to all documents, images and files, without the need for internet. **What do you dislike about Brandfolder?** I wish they would include the file name as a search form and not just the generated tags, that would make the search job easier. When loading a design template into the program, the software feels heavy and slows down, I don't know if the application is poorly integrated into the system. Role access can be a bit difficult to assign, if we are working with a large workgroup, so it would be easier if this feature that is so important, would not be so laborious. **Recommendations to others considering Brandfolder:** A 100% recommended software, which is very easy to use as well as very useful, as it has allowed us to have all our art and designs organized and safely stored.
