**What do you like best about Braintree Medical Workflow Software (BMW Platform)?**

It helps in all the steps from admission to discharge of a patient. Overall everything is integrated in this system which helps in keeping track on the record of patient.

**What do you dislike about Braintree Medical Workflow Software (BMW Platform)?**

Less efficient and much time consuming. Have to wait alot to admit and start including all the things of a patient in the system. Sometimes it hangs as well and restarts.

**What problems is Braintree Medical Workflow Software (BMW Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me to solve all the management issues for a patient such as tracking of a patients status and current step. Overall, helps in smooth flow of admission and discharge.
