**What do you like best about Bookitbee?**

Selling tickets to events. Simple and straightforward, but able to handle really complex events with tiered pricing, bulk event sales, discount codes, and all aspects of event management.
Integration with Mailchimp, Stripe, etc
Discount codes allow for tracking of specific partner discounts
Cross event promotion (series of events)

**What do you dislike about Bookitbee?**

refunding tickets when an event is cancelled? but that's not an issue with the platform, it actually helps to handle the process and make it (slightly) less painful.
I really can't fault the system, I had a couple of early niggles, but these were resolved by support really quickly, within 24 hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Bookitbee:**

Keep it simple at first, once you release tickets hit the promo tools hard
Pay lower fees, tax, etc for charity events.

**What problems is Bookitbee solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Event management, ticket sales, reconciliation of payments with accounting system (Stripe into Xero)
